Great value apartment choice

We enjoyed a last minute stay at this property. It was clean and spacious with what appeared all new furnishing. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The property provides parking (at nominal fee), great wifi, and has a restaurant on site if you do not want to cook in your apartment kitchenette.

Overall it is relatively quiet, except if you have neighbors who watch TV very loud... There was just not enough soundproofing for that...

I would recommend this apartment complex for sure if you are in the area.

Sardinia as always is very beautiful and a lovely place to visit. Our initial contact with the hotel was to email to book our transfer from the airport. This was ignored and we had to call and email many times for a response. The accommodation was basic and had details like not being able to open wardrobes as the bed blocked it. Our first two nights we didn't have electricity and water and had a very loud night of a generator going near our room after. The restaurant on site we booked but after being ignored for 30mins with no sign of anyone coming we decided to leave. The pool area's were nice and the lifeguard Valeria was lovely and the entertainment staff worked very hard and were very nice. The location was only 20mins walk from the beach which was beautiful.

Nice Apartment. Location requires car.

Nice clean apartment. Facilities for self catering were fine. Apartment was just to far from the beach, towns. Not much around this area unless you have a car. The hotel has all these family activities that go on until 11:30pm - midnight. Its super loud. During the day there is loud music at the pool area too so if you want quite, look for something else. If you don't mind the noise, great little place.

Bed room and pool basics right but the little extr

Little extras such as customer service lacking hard to self cater on only four gas rings and no utensils no information about attractions and no WiFi meant we had to be inventive. Nice pool friendly community but just seemed whole island in dark ages poor signposting and information. Enjoying being off main tourist route but there is a balance that was not quite there

Good environment terrible customer service

The atmosphere was good but the customer service was terrible! They offered free wifi and breakfast, but once you got to the hotel the wifi doesn't work and the breakfast isn't free. Another issue we encountered was loud music and a live band playing all night long when residents are trying to get sleep. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone due to their lack of customer service and misleading information.

Je n'ai pas l'habitude de mal noter un établissement. À vrai dire je ne l'ai jamais fait jusqu'à aujourd'hui. Mais là, je ne peux pas faire autrement. Cet hôtel n'a rien de normal... j'ai beaucoup voyagé dans ma vie, mais là j'ai vu des choses que je n'ai jamais vu ailleurs:
- il faut fournir le papier toilette
- il fait payer en plus la climatisation (qui ne fonctionne même pas !)
- il faut payer le service de nettoyage ( qui en 11 jours n'a jamais nettoyé la chambre, ni changé les draps)
- dans la salle bain tout est cassé, impossible de suspendre les serviettes
- accueil très désagréable
- il fait débarrasser les corbeilles de déchets soit même et les mettre où ? Personnes ne nous a indiqué quoi que ce soit!!! Il a fallu chercher !
- et j'oublie certainement plein d'autre choses que je n'ai même pas envie de me rappeler.
Je ne veux plus entendre parler de cet établissement.

Décevant !

Avant d'arriver à l'hotel j'ai bien demandé d'avoir la climatisation étant avec un enfant et en plein mois de juillet, je n'ai eu aucun retour, et qu'elle ne fut pas ma surprise la clim ne marchait pas, et qui de plus n'est pas incluse, mais payante 8€/jour. Arrivé le soir nous n'arrivions pas à dormir tellement la chambre était un four. Heureusement avec l'aide de la gentille dame à l'accueil, elle a fait tout ce qu'elle a pu afin de nous transférer dans une chambre climatisé où on a pu passer la nuit au frais. À part ça, l'hotel est très bruyant et très mal isolé, on entend les voisins comme s'ils étaient dans la pièce, les bruits de canalisations nous réveillent en pleine nuit. Je n'y retournerai pas

Also der Ort SOS alinose ist nett es gibt ein tolles Restaurant mit einer eigenen Metzgerei, mehrere Strände sind direkt in der Nähe, die Unterkunft ist eigentlich gut, aber man muß sich klar sein das jeden Tag von neuen Uhr morgens bis Mitternacht Animation ist, für Leute die darauf stehen bestimmt super, es gibt 2 Stunden Mittagspause, in der Zeit ist auch der Pool gesperrt und ab halb acht abends ist er ganz geschlossen, die Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage kostet pro Tag 10€ und nur die erste Rolle Klopapier ist umsonst.... Also wir würden uns beim nächsten mal für etwas anderes entscheiden.

Bellissima struttura ottima pulizia e ottima colazione. Da rivedere il ristorante non all altezza con piatti non molto freschi. In più sgradevole inconveniente tecnico con L ascensore rotto per il tempo del soggiorno e farsi 2 piani di scale con le valigie non è stato piacevole. Del resto ottimo posto

Noi abbiamo usufruito di un appartamento per una settimana. Posto situato vicino al supermercato ed agli altri servizi. Peccato per la presenza di formiche allinterno dell'appartamento ed in cucina.
Inoltre il wi-fi della struttura non raggiunge gli appartamenti.

Bruyant, pas passer le ménage de la semaine ni changer les serviettes décevant , en plus il fallait payé 6 euros par jour pour avoir la climatisation alors que c’était compris dans les prestations au départ .
Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement

La résidence est très bien située près de la plage et de toutes les visites possibles. Par contre le soir à partir de 21h il est impossible de dormir, la musique pour l'animation est mise tellement forte que même sur la terrasse de la chambre on ne s'entend pas parler. J'ai essayé de faire comprendre à l'équipe d'animation que les vacanciers ne venaient pas tous pour faire la fête mais aussi pour se reposer, la personne n'a rien fait pour que la musique soit moins forte. Je n'ai donc pas profiter de mes nuits de repos comme je le pensais. Je ne conseille absolument pas cet établissement si vous voulez vous reposer

L’appartement est trés très bien et la propreté aussi,le service du personnel est très réactif et toujours souriant,je penses qu’ils auraient pu mettre quelques produits en plus pour le nettoyage de la vaisselle car il a fallu acheter éponge,savon,torchon...

. Nous avons demandé à changer dès le 1er jour car nos étions un peu éloigné et nous avons été installé près de la piscine. appartement conforme et bien situé, spacieux . Néanmoins, je déplore le manque de four ou de micro onde car nous ne pouvions rien réchauffer. avons manqué de climatisation (qui est en option) pendant 2 jours mais ça a été rétabli.

Super leuk , het appartementen complex s ruim opgezet met geweldig zwembad, schone kamers echt alles is netjes. Er komen veel Duitsers en Italianen zelf. dorpje waar je lopend restaurantjes af kan ( wel op toeristen berekend) top locatie

Wir hatten ein Appartement und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Appartement ist geräumig, hat eine Terrasse und die Küche ist Südländisch eingerichtet ( das Nötigste, reicht aber). In der Rezeption ist immer jemand erreichbar und es gibt einen schönen Pool. Es war in unserem Zeitraum sehr ruhig. In der Nähe gibt es Supermärkte und Restaurants. Der Strand ist etwa 1Km entfernt.

Das Hotel liegt in einem komischen Vorort von Orosei, schlecht zu finden, denn man sieht gar nicht wirklich, dass sich dort ein Hotel befindet. Im Ort selbst ist nicht viel los. Zum Strand geht's etwa einen Kilometer aber sonst hats dort nicht viel zu bieten.

Wir hatten ein Appartement gebucht. Jedoch war bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich, dass der Hotelservice nicht inkludiert ist. Was ich bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel doch schon erwarte. Nein, wir hätten die Betten selbst beziehen müssen, Müll entsorgen etc.
Den Eingang von dem Appartement konnte man schlecht finden und überall war Müll und Schmutz und es stank fürchterlich.

Wir sind dann gleich wieder abgereist!

Large and clean Apartement, near the sea (1,2 km).
Animation starts at 09:00 at the pool and ends at 23:30. Very loud during the day.
But if you are not in the Hotel during the day, its ok.

Credevamo di aver prenotato un alloggio tranquillo in un residence 4stelle, invece siamo finiti in un villaggio vacanze con animazione rumorosa e quasi continua. Siamo stati sviati dalle info prese su internet e al telefono, scarse e fuorvianti. E la qualità non è da 4 stelle: letti scomodissimi, colazione con caffè alla macchinetta e vivande insufficienti, zanzariere ridicole ecc. La disponibilità del personale non è bastata a risolvere tutti questi problemi.

Geräumige Hotelanlage

Wir hatten ein geräumiges Appartement mit akzeptabler Ausstattung. Großer Balkon und noch viel größerer Terasse welche wir mit den Nachbarn teilten. Durch die verwinkelte Aufteilung keine Seltenheit....
Wir hatten auch Frühstück was preislich ok war, bietet allerdings keinerlei Abwechslung. Sehr italienisch halt.
Großer gepflegter Pool mit ordentlichen Liegen und Beschattung. Kinderbereich vorhanden.
Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis!

Résidence sympa,

Le choix d'une résidence donne plus de liberté que l'hotel. Idéale pour rester proche des enfants avec de la souplesse dans l'organisation.
Les animations sont correctes pour les plus jeune jusque 12-14ans.

L hôtel est bien entretenu, la piscine est grande dans un cadre plaisant avec sa place et ses oliviers. La chambre est spacieuse, literie confortable et salle de lumineuse. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.
