Pleasant hotel, though slightly misleading

It was a well priced mini-apartment and extremely handy being opposite a supermarket. However, a couple of details of the room were misleading. First we had no wifi in the room. Also the swimming pool was in a partner hotel 500m away which was also slightly disappointing. Overall an OK stay. The staff were helpful and spoke good English.

Too expensive for what it has to offer

The room and service not great. Beds were not comfortable. The hotel is not in a good location for Sardinia. Service and breakfast poor. It was way too expensive for what it has to offer. Location is not great and hard to find. Long way from Olbia airport by car.

Great Budget Hotel

Our room was 310 - views over the supermarket but it was really quiet at night. Self catering facilities and in the room were adequate and great if you really wanted to save money but we did not use them. We had a balcony with table and chairs. The bed was really firm (my only complaint) air con was available to control the temperature in the apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean and the staff were really helpful. Car park opposite, near the town and beaches a short drive away. Lovely restaurants and bars nearby.
Breakfast was what you'd expect in a budget European hotel and as it was included we took advantage every day, but it did get boring after a week.
Would recommend to families on a budget.

Spacious, friendly apart-hotel near to beach

This was a very handy base to use for discovering the east coast and mountain region of Barbagia in Sardinia. Our apartment was roomy with plenty of storage space, had a balcony to watch the world go by (though don't expect pretty views, you are on the main road down to the beach !!), a separate double bedroom, a reasonably well equipped kitchenette and a very useful washing machine. The well stocked supermarket is literally right opposite, so very handy for getting your own breakfasts and picnics sorted - the beach at Orosei is vast & just a 3-4 minute drive down the road (bit of a trek on foot), so never felt crowded, the sand there is very coarse & we found the sea a little choppy too (mid September) - there are more picturesque beaches. There are a few pizzerias on the same road as Marina Palace, where the food is fine but a little pricey - we found tastier/less expensive options in the prettier square up in the historic/old centre of the town, about 5 mins walk away. Do try some liquorice & myrtle liqueurs and do spend some time in the mountains - also, be patient with the locals, they seem a little frosty & reserved at first but have hearts of gold !!

Roomy family apartment close to centre of Orosei

We had booked a room for five, and were delighted to find that it was a two-room apartment with well-equipped bathroom, and kitchen and dining area at one end of the main room where the children slept.
Clean, pretty quiet, good air-conditioning, and a big carpark opposite plus a large supermarket which was useful for stocking up every day.
Had a lovely stay - saw lots of the area as we hired a car. Needed one as we were doing walks in quite remote areas.
Two local beaches - one had a charge of 5 euros, but was lovely - could park among trees to keep car and food cool, and have swims too. Other was good too - beach umbrellas recommended as was so hot during our stay.

Disappointing hotel but a nice view

All is said in the title mainly. Overall we had a OK experience but many things could be improved.
It was old stuff inside the room mainly, the bedding was terrible (very hard mattress, double bed was two differents beds put close together) and it was very noisy unfortunately (fron within the room - fridge - and people around).
Having a kitchen in the room is very handy though, and the terrace and the view were amazing (if you have the chance to be on that side of the building - the other side being on the street).
We couldn't get the wifi inside the room (had to go to the main hall).
Really beautiful beaches nearby, easily accessible by car.

Posizione eccellente situata nei pressi del supermercato. Ambiente pulito. La struttura fa parte del gruppo Iti Marina, ma non ne ha il carattere di esclusività. Ambienti poveri e mancanti dell'essenziale. Colazione limitata e piuttosto misera. Piscina disponibile presso altro hotel del gruppo. Nel complesso esperienza molto deludente. Non ci tornerò.

Ortszentrum und Altstadt sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, großer Supermarkt direkt gegenüber, großer eigener Hotelparkplatz. Gutes Standard-Frühstücksbuffet, die drei Sterne des Hotels sind nachvollziehbar. Leider befindet sich der angepriesene Swimming Pool nicht im selben Haus sondern im ca. 800m entfernten Schwester-Hotel... Ebenso erfolgt leider keine tägliche Reinigung der Zimmer. Zusätzliche Reinigung kostet einen extra Aufpreis. Ungewohnt: die Gäste sind angehalten, eigenen Müll im Sinne der örtlichen Regularien vorab zu trennen und auch aus den Zimmern zu entfernen.

Per la prima volta sono molto combattuto nel rilasciare un feedback...........per quanto riguarda cortesia del personale e tranquillità del posto sarebbe da votazione massima,
per quanto riguarda la presentazione sul sito sarebbe da zero! trovo molto scorretto mettere foto che non corrispondano al vero, in particolare la foto dell'insieme della struttura è visibilmente tarocca, sempre nel sito è rappresentata una piscina che non esiste nella realtà ( o almeno non in quella struttura ma in un altra li vicino....e cosa me ne faccio?!?!?!)
la gestione della stanza (un monolocale) non prevede il rassetto della camera ed il cambio della biancheria e questo non è stato in nessun modo anticipato,
alla fine siamo stati molto bene e non mi sento di sconsigliare, penso che se presentassero chiaramente la struttura per quello che è e per quello che offre sarebbe ancora più apprezzabile.

Wir waren enttäuscht, denn wenn wir bisher ein Hotel gebucht hatten, gehörte die Zimmerreinigung und der Wäschewechsel dazu. Ansonsten buchten wir eine Ferienwohnung. Die Bettwäsche wurde uns nach der Hälfte der Zeit auf die Betten gelegt. Ab- und Aufziehen haben wir erledigt. Zimmerreinigung gab es gar nicht. Das Waschbecken im Bad lief nicht ab. Trotz wiederholter Bitte kam eine Dame vom Zimmerservice mit einer Plastikpumpe(insgesamt drei Mal), konnte das Ärgernis aber nicht beheben. Wir haben es dann hingenommen(ziemlicher Gestank beim Zähne putzen). Eine gut ausgestattete Küche fanden wir auch nicht vor: keine Kaffeemaschine, keine Kaffeekanne, Besteck für eine Mahlzeit für zwei Personen, nicht einmal ein Weinglas, die Dichtung am Kühlschrank verschimmelt. Wir sind dann einfach immer Essen gegangen, was wirklich sehr lecker war. Der Balkon ging auf eine grüne Mauer aus Unkraut hinaus, aber wir waren sowieso meistens unterwegs. Wahrscheinlich hatten wir Pech, denn das Zimmer lag am Ende des Ganges in der unteren Etage. Den Pool im Nachbarhotel haben wir auch nicht genutzt, da wir dazu erst einmal quer durch die Stadt hätten gehen oder fahren müssen. Das WLAN funktionierte nur bedingt in der Lobby, in den Zimmern überhaupt nicht. Alles in Allem nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Très bon choix.

Impeccable. Check-in rapide. Hotel propre et confortable. J'ai rarement vu une chambre aussi bien équipée pour cuisiner et avec une machine à laver. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Supermarché et parking juste en face. Très jolie plage à 5mn en voiture et possibilité de faire son jogging sur une piste cyclable qui part de l'hôtel vers la plage et le lido.
Les chambres sur l'arrière sont plus calmes et ont vu sur la campagne plutot que la route mais l'isolation et la clim fonctionnent très bien.

La piscina che si vede nelle foto dista circa 500 m dalla struttura, quindi bisogna andarci di proposito. Tanto valeva indicare che era sul mare...visto che dista solo un paio di km. Appartamento monolocale: pulizia approssimativa, presenza di formiche in cucina e qualche scarafaggio. Letto matrimoniale largo 140 cm. L'ultimo giorno l'aria condizionata non funzionava. Orari di check in e check out scomodi.

Das Hotel ist ok. Leider hatte es keinen Pool. Man kann zwar den Pool im Partnerhotel mitnehmen, aber das finden wir immer etwas umständlich. Die Bilder bei Expedia lassen zwar vermuten, dass das Hotel einen Pool hat, hat es aber definitiv nicht. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Die kleine Küche war praktisch. Matratzen sind sehr hart, aber ok. Zimmer war sauber. Zimmer sind hellhörig, man hört den Nachbarn husten. Balkon war an der Seite des Gebäudes zur alleinigen Nutzung. Zum Strand ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit. Aber man braucht ein Auto oder wenigstens ein Fahrrad. Der Supermarkt gegenüber des Hotels ist praktisch. Auch gibt es in dem Ort eine sehr gute Eisdiele und gute Restaurants. Das WLAN hat bei unseren Geräten leider nicht funktioniert. Nicht nur im Zimmer, auch in den öffentlichen Hotelbereichen. Das Personal ist freundlich und spricht teilweise gutes Englisch.

Siamo stati al residence Palace di Orosei per un soggiorno di 7 giorni io e mia moglie dal 17/7 al 24/7/2017.
La struttura compreso il bi locale è molto accogliente tutto ordinato a nuovo compreso di tutti i comfort.
Il personale è gentile e cordiale e premuroso nel soddisfare le richieste.
Ottima la posizione strategica ad un passo dal centro.
Non dispone del servizio ristorazione ma convenzionato con un altro albergo della stessa catena a circa 500 mt che dispone di un ottimo ristorante con pizzeria a forno a legna.
Direi che ci tornerei sicuramente.
Bravi al tutto lo staff.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, gegenüber befindet sich ein Supermarkt, zudem ist man schnell zu Fuß in der Stadt. In Straße befinden sich Lokale und Kneipen, in denen man gut essen kann. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig, unser Zimmer bestand aus einem Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Doppel PET, und einem Nebenzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten einem Fernseher und eine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank. Das Bad war groß und es hatte eine schöne Dusche. B Laden stand im Lobbybereich zur Verfügung. Frühstück konnte man für sieben Euro pro Person dazu buchen. Das Frühstücksbuffet bestand aus Müsli, Obst, Brötchen, Croissants, verschiedene Säfte, Wurst, Käse Marmelade und Nutella, sowie mir verschiedene Kaffeearten.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel residence nella prima settimana di settembre, buona l'accoglienza del personale, monolocale in linea con le aspettative che ci eravamo creati dalle immagini e dalle info reperite, buona la dotazione degli utensili della cucina, comodo il letto, aria condizionata funzionante compresa nel prezzo, funzionale il terrazzo della camera che dava sul retro, spazioso il bagno e confortevole la doccia con la cabina in vetro, unico neo il fatto che avesse una finestra che non dava verso l'esterno, potendo così avere ricambio d'aria, ma in un'altra stanza del residence, probabilmente un magazzino.

Camera piccolissima in cui non ci si poteva nemmeno spostare,cucina vecchissima con minifrigobar con reparto ghiacciaia rotto,sprovvisto di detersivo per piatti e fiammiferi per poter accendere i fuochi.doccia con tenda in tessuto che ti si appiccicava addosso.letto una piazza e mezza anzichè matrimoniale con materasso durissimo!nessuna pulizia se non a pagamento e nessun cambio lenzuola o carta igienica (da comprare in supermercato),antipatia di tutti alla reception, nessuna indicazione o spiegazione se non gliela storcevi dalla bocca...pochissima ospitalità e peraltro esigevano che pagassi 4 extra di colazioni che io avevo già pagato precedentemente,nessuna fattura richiesta anticipatamente,nessun kit caffè/the come da descrizione su Venere dove ho acquistato il soggiorno (solo una vecchia moka).
La colazione davvero scarsa e triste perchè sempre uguale!
Uff che posto orrendo, ce ne sono una miriade di migliori nei dintorni....recatevi altrove!

Di fronte al residence si trova anche un supermercato.
Noi siamo rimasti solo 3 giorni ma ci siamo trovati bene non lontano dal centro di Orosei e da Marina di orosei dove consiglio di fare il tour in barca per il golfo di Orosei che è fantastico.

Vi hade en trevlig vistelse. Trevlig och servicebenäget personal. Frukosten var bra för italiensk standard. Rent och fräscht när vi kom men tyvärr städas det bara vid ankomst inte däremellan. Det som inte var bra är att man ser bilder på en pool på Hotels.com men den tillhör inte detta hotell utan ett systerhotell som ligger ca. 800 m ifrån genom stan.Så dessa bilder skulle man inte visa. Värdeskåpet var trasig, det fanns inte någon väskförvaring på rummet. Frysfacket i kylskåpet var trasigt och tyvärr hårda sängar. Annars var det ett rymligt rum med delad balkong. Mittemot fanns det en livsmedelsaffär och parkeringen för hotellet precis bredvid. Bra med restauranger och caféer och en ganska bra affärer att handla. 2 km till en lång fin strand.

Appartement propre, spacieux, bien équipés, proche du centre et de la plage, seuls bémols: un petit peu bruyant et la piscine n'est pas sur place (environ 500m).

Hotel in guter Lage

13 tage Sardinen, gut geeignet für eine Mischung aus Strandtagen und Ausflügen. Orosei ist nett und nicht sehr teuer, es gibt gute bezahlbare Restaurants in der Nähe.

Hotel très agréable.

Hotel très agréable. Le personnel est très avenant.
Proche et des commerces et restaurants. Animations dans le centre tous les soirs.
L'appartement est grand, la literie est bonne. Le ménage est fait une fois par semaine.
Le parking est gratuit ainsi que le coffre fort.
La piscine se trouve à 300 mètres au niveau d'un autre hotel.
Le seul bémol concerne l'isolation. Les appartements situés côté rue sont très mal insonorisés. On entend la douche, les wc et la vmc. Donc si vous avez des voisins sans gêne qui prennent des douches tardivement, ce n'est pas le top.
Il est préférable d'opter pour les appartements côté terre qui sont beaucoup plus calmes.
En face de l'hotel, un supermarché avec des prix corrects. Pour faire des économies, à environ 2 km, il y a un supermarché Eurospin avec énormément de choix et pas cher.
A faire sur Orosei, la balade en Zodiac de 9h à 17h pour visiter les plages non accessibles à pied ou en voiture.
40 euros par personne au départ de Cala Gonone.
