I had a one night stay in this hotel recently. I booked it mainly as I was arriving late from abroad on a flight and was walking from Bodrum bus station. I had a comfortable stay here in the room I booked. The breakfast was nice. A few things could have improved the experience for me. The tv was not working the night I stayed although it normally did. But if someone is staying for one night, it should be checked that it works since it is advertised as it's no use to me the next day. The girl at reception did her best to get it to work but couldn't so thanks to her anyway. Also, only a small thing but the water in the bathroom tap didn't taste great so best to buy bottled water when washing your teeth. A nice place otherwise. It was very quiet as an out of season stay.

The staff where extremely helpful and felt safe leaving our luggage in reception as too early to go to room. In the evening Alpe gave us some hot water so we could make a drink in our room. Breakfast was very nice. Room was okay no safe to put valuables in so had to keep everything with us. Pool was very nice and clean. Would go again. All staff were welcomimg and friendly.

The car park issues is terrible. The hotel has car parking but just four cars gap!!! meanwhile hotel deal the car park but they want to cost a day/250 turkish liras. I think this topic so terrible for hotel guests

Horrible expérience. La chambre qu’on a eu sentait la moisissure, nous avons dormi difficilement. On a demandé au personnel de nous changer la chambre il n y a eu aucune réactivité par rapport à ça. L une des chambres qu’on a pris n avait pas de télécommande pour le télévision pendant les 4 nuits, tout ce qu’on a eu de leur part c’est un « sorry ». Pour ce qui est du petit déjeuner, pas du tout copieux, des céréales dures et du thé qui se termine vers 9h45 sachant que le petit déjeuner est censé finir vers 10h. Pour finir personnel pas du tout accueillant même pas un au revoir lors de notre départ. Je vous déconseille fortement cet hôtel qui ne mérite pas du tout la note attribué.

Extremely Disappointed: A Nightmare Stay

I cannot express my disappointment enough after booking a six-night stay at this establishment i check out same day and booked another hotel despite I prepaid for the entire duration, expecting a comfortable and clean experience based on their advertised pictures—what a farce!The reality was a stark contrast; the hotel was filthy from the moment I arrived, and the pictures online must have been from a parallel universe.

The staff were either clueless or intentionally unhelpful. Many conveniently \"didn't speak English\" when it came to addressing my concerns. It's laughable that they claimed to be new after four days—what kind of professionalism is that? When I requested to speak with the front desk manager, it was as if they were a phantom. Instead, I was palmed off to someone named Senan, who, despite claiming to be a manager, had no solutions or even basic empathy.

The pinnacle of absurdity was when an animal urinated in the reception area, and it remained uncleaned during my entire ordeal. It speaks volumes about their priorities.

Despite not spending a single night due to the appalling conditions, they had no qualms charging me for the entire stay and refused any refund. I wouldn't be surprised if they rented out my room to another guest while I was fighting for basic decency.

In conclusion, avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy flushing your money down the drain for a nightmarish experience.

A great Stay. - The Hotel is in a good location, 8 mins walk from the bus station and just 5 - 6 mins walk down to the Sea Front or the Town.

The reception and staff are friendly and efficient.

Breakfast is good and is very fresh.

Everything worked in my room, the bed was comfortable and there was a small supermarket 200 metres away for drinks and snacks.

Happy to stay again. :-)

Good spot if you're on a Budget and not to picky

The hotel in itself is very charming, the staff is great, super friendly and always there to help.
The room is quite nice (outside of an outdated A/C still producing cold) if you don't consider the bathroom as part of it.
There is the real big minus here, rustyness e.v.e.r.y.w.h.e.r.e, traces of moisture on the ceillings, shower tap was covered of calcearous trace and to me should have already been replaced a good few years ago.
And last but not least the shower bottom seal was orange/brown and had probably not been cleant for a (long) while too.

In the end we still liked going there and the hotel could be really nice if better maintained but definitely overpriced for the experience.

Spent 4 days in this hotel and it wasn’t really what I expected. Except the swimming pool, I wasn’t impressed by anything else. They didn’t provide water and a proper blanket in our room. Bugs and cockroaches roam around whilst you’re sleeping at night. Booking an eco room doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be given the basic amenities. They need to renovate the bathroom, it has an outdated sliding door. You are not literally allowed to bring food from outside and paradoxically they don’t have serve food unless it is breakfast. I was quite puzzled about my experience over there. The lady at the reception was very kind tho.

The location and service at the hotel were great. All the hotel staff were friendly and able to help us. The facilities themselves are in need of an update. We stayed on the ground floor and their was evidence that constant high humidity has taken its toll. The wall paper was peeling and their was some mold in the shower and bathroom. The room had an air conditioner but it was quite old and therefore too loud to have on at night.

The room was clean and the staff was very frendly. We arrived very early and Nage offered us to have a breakfast. That was very kind. The breakfast was very nice, there were a possibility to choose what to eat. There were a lot of healthy food as veggies and cheese, what is not so common in Turkey. We really loved it. Emre helped us always as we asked him for help. For example to configure the air-condition in our room or to cut our watermelone. The atmosphere is really nice in this hotel. I loved the music in the pool area and the green around the pool:)

I had the enormous pleasure of staying at Costa Bodrum City for 5 nights over the New Year holiday. First of all, the staff is fantastic. The guy at reception is a super star! The hotel is cozy and charming and located just steps from the seaside. The location cannot be beat. I had a garden view room which was newly fitted, a great bed, great pillows and a large shower. Breakfast was all of the traditional Turkish favourites, ample, fresh and delicious. The hotel has an eco-friendly policy which I admire and respect. There is an option NOT to have your room made up everyday, something which I took advantage of. The only thing I did not like was the coffee machine at breakfast. Worst coffee EVER! I will certainly be back to Costa Bodrum City! Thank you for this fantastic experience!

Photos don’t show the real area . Hard to find the hotel . Lady was nice enough to upgrade us however “standard” room as a upgrade was very standard. Aircon didn’t work in one of our rooms . Blanket was too small . There’s no locks on the doors shower is tiny and I mean very tiny and when having a shower the smell of poo comes through

A little gem

From start to finish the service given by Ferhat and the staff was superb. I had requested a kettle for our room by phoning the day before and it was in the room when we arrived. We were allowed to use the room even though it was at least 45 minutes before the scheduled check in time. A warm welcome was given and the hexagonal pool was a pleasure to use. One of the most varied buffet breakfasts I have seen. Plenty of choice. So peaceful a setting. We are already planning our return.

A experiência no hotel não foi muito boa. A localização não é das melhores e o café da manhã, apesar de ser das 8h às 10h, por volta das 9h já estava quase tudo acabando, sem reposição.

O quarto também tinha vários problemas: não tinha cartão para ativar a energia, algumas luzes não funcionavam, o controle do ar-condicionado e da TV também não, e a maçaneta da porta estava com defeito, sendo bem difícil de fechar.

Também não recebemos a plaquinha de limpeza. Pedimos para limparem o quarto, mas quando voltamos no fim da tarde ainda não tinham limpado. Depois fizeram só uma limpeza rápida.

No geral, deixou a desejar.

Küçük kendi halinde bir yer temizlik bakımından sınıfta kaldı yastık kılıflarının üstünde boya lekeleri vardı gündüz resepsiyondaki ekip gayet güler yüzlüydü lakin gece personeli müziği kısmamızı ve içerde kaç kişi olduğumuzu sorgulayacak kadar büyük terbiyesizlik yaptı. Bir dahaki bodrum turumuzda tercih etmeyeceğiz.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück und die Zimmer waren sehr gut und sauber.
Unser Anliegen wurde von der Hotelinhaberin höchstpersönlich geregelt. Wir wollten ein neues Zimmer da wir eine Spinne sahen. Zwar kleinlich, aber meine Freundin hat leider eine Spinnen Phobie, deshalb wurde selbst eine Kleinigkeit für unsere Gunsten geregelt.

Tek gecelik konaklama için yeterli konfora sahipti. Konumu iyi. bazı teknik tamiratlara ihtiyacı var. Banyoda rezervuar su kaçırdığı içi su israfı mevcut. Çıkarken yönetime bildirdik. Personel ilgili. Sabah kahvaltısı güzel ve yeterli idi. Kısa süreli konaklamalarda tercih eidlebilir.

Schöne ruhige Lage mitten im Wohnviertel 10 Minuten zu Strand u. Einkaufs-/Flaniermeile. Pool o. k., aber der Holzboden drumherum schon alt und teilweise gefährliche Nägel u. Splitter die zu beachten sind. Im Bad offener Schimmel a.d.Wand. Nettes Personal und schöner Innenhof machen alles in Allem ein akzeptables Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis aus.

Fena değil

Hotel güzel bir konumda. Temizlik olarakta fena değil çalışan tatlı bir abla var bizimle ilgilendi sürekli. Tek beğenmedimiz şey dusuydu daracık ve kapkaranlık, duş kabinin kapısı bile zor açılıp kapanıyordu. Birde pandemiden dolayı kahvaltı servisini personel yapiyor iki kişiydik zeytin istiyorduk ve tabağa iki adet zeytin koyuyorlardı yani bu kadarda az olmaz insan bir zeytin mi yiyecek her seferinde biraz daha koyun demek zorunda kaldık buda olumsuz bir noktaydı. Ama genele bakacak olursak büyük bir sıkıntı yaşamadan tatilimizi yaptık.

Only one window with view on a wall: very dark room. No decoration, very basic, shower a bit broken, very nice swimming pool and courtyard, helpful staff to organize excursion, fine breakfast, short walk to the city center and harbor.

HAYALKIRIKLIĞI

Otele girişimiz ile birlikte hayalkırıklığı silsilesi başlamış oldu. İlk olarak bize gösterilen odaya girdiğimizde suratımıza çarpan kanalizasyon kokusu, otel görevlisinin “naftalin kokusu” diye bir savunmaya geçmesi kadar şok etkisi yaratmadı açıkçası. Sonra odamızı değiştirdik ve 1 metrekareden daha az duş alanına sahip odamıza geçtik. Duşakabin içerisinde hareket etmenin zorluğunu tattık. Kahvaltı masalarının hepsini aynı bezle silen Batman şapkalı genç bize otelin “covid tedbirlerine” ne ölçüde uyulduğunu(!) gösterdi. Otel adına olumlu hususlar, otelin konumunun merkezi olması ve özveriyle çalışan ablanın güzel ve içten diyaloglarıydı. Kısacası bu otel bizim için büyük ölçüde hayalkırıklığı oldu.
