The hotel was amazing. It was in a great location walking distance to the city center and Bodrum Castle. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and had a good selection. Only thing is they don’t turn on the AC in spring which is when we were there. That was not a big deal. I highly recommend the hotel.

We stayed here at the end of April and this hotel is in a great location. It's 5 mins to the bay and within 10-15 mins walk to pretty much most restaurants add the Bodrum Castle. The staff is great, and the rooms are very nice. Although we didn't use the pool (it was a bit cool), but it's nice and has been good views. The breakfast/bar is on the rooftop and it has amazing view of the bay. It can get a bit noisy cause you can hear singing from some of the places, but it's a vibe. One thing that didn't work well was the WiFi in our rooms. No matter what we did or the staff told us it just didn't work. It worked well in the lobby, so that's something that can be improved. But overall our experience was really good and I would stay here again.

Beautiful, well appointed hotel and room. The breakfast on the terrace was outstanding as well as the service. A wide varinty of food choices. Very clean throughtout. The location is excellent. A few minute walk to the water and shops and restaruants. I highly recommend it and would defintelyl stay there again.

Awesome rooftop terrace with spectacular view of port and harbour area. Morning breakfast was very well handled by the girl in charge. She was polite and super friendly. Her English was more than adequate. The entire staff was beyond reproach. Main selling point was the location.

The Ena is a beautiful hotel with an amazing location. The views from the Roof Terrace where we had breakfast were amazing.

It was fine.

The hotel is great, excellent pool deck, although it would be good if one could order drinks.

Staff was fine, they didn't go overboard to assist with recommendations of boat trips and struggled to order a taxi for my trip to the airport. I stepped into the road and flagged one down myself.

No internet in my room for the entire stay. The first night, the guy on duty offered me his phone to create a hotspot which I thought was beyond kind, but not an offer I could accept. I alerted the morning staff to the issue. Second night, the issue had not been fixed. The guy on duty was not helpful, shrugged and basically wasn't interested. I got the feeling they know there is an issue.

Prior to arriving, I contacted the hotel to arrange an airport transfer, which is a service offered on the site. Was told they don't do it. I'm ok to sort my own taxi out, but they shouldn't say they do it if they can't.

Not the best part of Bodrum in my opinion, but it was good to be there for a couple of days, and then move to another hotel closer to the Marina.

Super LUX hotel in the heart of the city

I’ve been to Bodrum multiple times. Ena is in a league of her own. If you are looking for a quiet hotel in the heart of the city center, this is it. There is no comparison. The rooms are incredible, the staff is friendly and helpful…definitely staying here again. Incredible art on every wall, amazing ambiance and vibe. I was surprised just how incredible this place is. If you can budget it, I would highly recommend upping to one of their suites with a bathtub. Game changer after a long day at the beach. This hotel combined with day trip excursions from Sami at hotel istanköy tours down the street was the ultimate combo. Awesome private LUX adventures by day then settle into the night with this LUX hotel. 100X better than my first trip to Bodrum.

Elegant hotel but in very noisy street.

This is a very elegant hotel but situated on a very noisy T junction with constant 24 hour traffic noise. The standard room we had was very small so subsequently uncomfortably hot especially at night and impossible to have the windows open because of the extreme noise.
The receptionist Deniz promised he would upgrade us (as per our vip gold status) if a room became available during our 7 night stay but didn’t even though the hotel at the end of our stay was practically empty.
The air conditioning was dreadful and we were told it could only be controlled from reception so several times we had to call down in the early hours for them to switch it to cold as it was pumping out hot air! Bizarre!
The pool was closed with rubbish floating in it all the time we were there and no sun beds out so nowhere to relax except armchairs on the terrace with no shade whatsoever. Deniz explained that they were not allowed to open the pool until 15th April but a neighbouring hotel we visited had their pool open and sun beds arranged around it.
There was no kettle in the room even though their own brochure stated there was, when we pointed this out we were given a kettle and two cups and saucers but no coffee, tea or milk which we had to go out and buy. These days almost every hotel from basic to 5 star has tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
Breakfast was superb and the young waitress serving was lovely, helpful and efficient.

Прекрасный завтрак в ресторане откуда открывается шикарный вид. Единственное пожелание - хотелось бы, чтобы была бесплатная питьевая вода в номере.

We loved the hotel very much. Friendly staff made our stay especially comfortable. Clean, stylish rooms. The hotel is situated in quiet place but close to the embankment. Nice breakfast in the roof top restaurant with amazing view. It would also be nice if there is a free bottled water in the room.

Two day stay in Bodrum

The hotel staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. Valet Parking on site. We used the lovely roof terrace once for a late lunch and for (the excellent) breakfast every day. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was nice, but a bit tired. The location of the hotel is pretty good with a 10 minute walk to the old town (and a great view of the bay from the terrace). I would certainly stay there again.

We loved Ena because of fantastic staff, services, room, breakfast, location. My only issue was no provision of coffee in room amenities even though it was included at the time of booking. This is a small service which can easily be provided by a classy place like Ena. All in all, I'd love to stay here again :-)

This hotel was so cute, stylish, clean, and I loved the aesthetic. The terrace had beautiful views and there was a great breakfast. The location was perfect and walking distance from the town area. The front desk people were friendly and very helpful with recommendations/tips. The only thing that could have been better was the comfort of the beds. There was only one blanket which was a bit rough and thin, and no sheet. I requested a sheet to make it slightly more comfortable, but I think this should have been included already. Other than that, we loved this hotel!

Tiny Rooms and Poor Service

This hotel has only one bedroom with two single beds. It is not really a boutique hotel, as the great majority of the rooms are extremely small. The hotel is in a noisy street, which is also very dangerous to cross; therefore, elderly people and children should be very vigilant. The day time receptionist who introduced himself as the manager was very unprofessional and wanted us to give up our room to other guests, because we had the only room with two single beds. His argument was that a family with two small children needed the room. We refused and discovered later that the guests in question were 6 adults in their thirties. Thereafter the daytime receptionist was being unfriendly. Although we had lunch and drinks at the pool, one of us had carried a small bottle of water from the next door shop. One of the staff members came and said that if she sees us with a bottle of water purchased outside she will have to take our room number and report us, and repeated herself three times. We are not school children who can be told off. There were days we had to wait an hour and a half at the pool before a staff member showed their face and took our drink orders.
Some reviews say the hotel staff is doing their best. But except for the lady at the reception most are not well trained and have no notion of customer service. I would be ashamed to take any of my friends or family members to this hotel again. With such poor service and tiny rooms I can book cheaper hotels in Bodrum.

Ena Hotel is gorgeous! The service was amazing. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant was so kind and helpful. I felt very pampered. It is also located in a great spot. A short walk to the bodrum castle, either marina, beach access, food and shops. I also liked that it was not on the main (noisy) drag. I'd go back in a heart beat!

This is a lovely hotel for the price. In a great location! Less than a 5 min walk down to the water and tons of Restaurants. About a 10-12 walk down to the marina. The staff really went out of their way to make us comfortable and accommodate any request.

Vi hade en trevlig vistelse. Vi hyrde en av lägenheterna och trivdes bra. Lägenheterna är helt nya och designen genomtänkt. Ac och wifi fungerade bra. Det fanns allt som behövdes för att laga mat. Sängen var otroligt bekväm, det märktes att den var ny. Det finns också tvättmaskin i lägenheten. Vi trivdes så bra att vi förlängde vår vistelse. Personalen var trevlig och poolområdet fint. Det fanns poolhandduk att låna. Eftersom vi bodde i lägenhet testade vi inte frukosten.

Für ein Städtetrip in Bodrum super. Hafen in paar Gehminuten erreichbar. Tolle Restaurants in der Stadt. Kleiner aber ausreichender Pool im Hotel und eine super Aussicht von der Terrasse.
