She was very particular about how it displays, which is important and it can easily neglected especially when you are very busy. She took care of things in a courteous manner. The Best Hotel in Turkey!
A friendly welcome by staff at this perfect hotel for relaxing. About 15 minutes walk to the centre. Clean and comfortable room with great shower, TV, balcony and mini fridge. The breakfast was the best, such a choice of delicious items! The pool was super clean and easy to get in with towels offered for use by the hotel. We love this hotel, the best place we stayed during our 2 month trip around Turkey! I wish we'd stayed longer and hope we can come back!

It was very comfortable. I've stayed in many hotels in this area. The bed was great. I was able to sit on my own patio, close to the pool and breakfast area. It was quiet. It's located Across the street from Carrefour. Very easy to walk down towards the center. The staff were very welcoming. I will definitely stay again.

Costa Sariyaz is quite different from the pictures. The main area and pool is very nice. However, rooms are very different in a bad way. Beds are uncomfortable. We got 2 rooms and both were ok. Staff is not so friendly and for us the hotel is just ok. We even ask for towels to take to the beach and they don’t give you. This I consider a poor quality service as you’re tourist and obviously not carrying towels around to go to the beach. At breakfast if you want orange juice they charge you extra even though you have included breakfast.

We stayed here for our final night in Bodrum. We had just got off a Sail so this was a lovely hotel to come to for a night after our weeks sail.
The staff were so accommodating as soon as we were welcomed to the hotel. They helped with our luggage to the room and we were able to relax and sun bathe as soon as we got there.
They even let us have a late check out which was amazing for us as we had a 15 hour journey back home so to stay and relax at the hotel was amazing. I will definitely be returning and for longer than 1 night! The astetic of the hotel was lovely, with sun loungers, a pool area and the place was very bright and clean!

Because I needed hot water for a shower
After 3 complaints and two bad reviews for NO HOT WATER, I promised them I would give a 5 star rating if they would turn on the hot water heater. They did on Day 3 so here is the 5 star review. But the hotel owner keeps two very large dogs in the center courtyard and they often howl at passing cats betwwen 2a and 5a waking up many of the guests.

Pool steps are very slippery. I, as well as two other guests, was hurt by slipping into the pool. I brought the issue to the attention of the reception. His response was that they are aware of it but can't do much.

Hotel Dive Bar
Well where to begin. If there was a hotel version of a dive bar then this it. Friendly enough staff but that’s where it ended. Rooms were dated and stale, cigarette butts and ants on the balcony and barely warm showers. The bed was rock solid like something out of the flinstones and one small weird blanket that didn’t really provide any comfort for us at all. All and all it was a very disappointing stay for the price we paid and I really wouldn’t recommend this for other couples as an enjoyable and vibrant space to stay. Look elsewhere in Bodrum!

We came back to this small hotel, we'd first visited in 2019, because it's in a decent location and it's a decent stay. Only 10/15 mins walk to the beach or the bus depot. Hotel is in a quiet area of town with plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.
The hotel is well managed and clean and the pool and surrounding area is very good.
Plentiful breakfast with sufficient variety.
Staff are very pleasant.
The rooms (we stayed in a superior room) are roomy enough and are cleaned on request.
The only negatives are that the toilet bins aren't cleaned daily but maybe we could have requested that.
Also,the pool umbrellas don't offer much shade and are static so you can't move them to suit the movement of the sun. This wasn't too much of an issue in early June but in the heat of high summer it would become very uncomfortable. When we'd previously visited there were larger movable umbrellas which maybe could be reintroduced.
Overall, it's a good hotel and good value for money.

The room itself it wasn’t very bad quite small for how much they charge what I didn’t really like they have a sign showing there is no food or drinks whatsoever allowed in your room if you need to eat or drink you have to use the restaurant in the hotel which was very expensive also they haven’t mentioned anything on the website that’s no food or drink Rose allowed I find it very strange I travel so much I never got across hotel doesn’t allow food or drinks the staff was very nice

Everything was fine until...I forgot my computer in my room and it was gone!! obviously it was taken by one of the staff. They just told me that their staff would never do anything like that...yet my computer dissappeared. They even suggested I left it somewhere else and did not take any responsibilitybat all!!

Awesome stay! Great breakfast and pleasant staff. Would only say that rooms need a slight upgrade. The yard is beautiful and the pool is amazing. A real wonderful boutique hotel! Oh and just needs an upgraded WiFi system. WiFi is not at all reliable during certain times. Other than that, very very pleasant experience with the hotel. Close to the beach and other focal Bodrum points!

Dirty hotel with a rude stubborn receptionist
It was the worst \"boutique\" hotel and experience during our stay in Turkey. The bed sheets were stained in several locations, the room smelled so dusty, dirt gathered on table tops, and the room and bathroom condition were horrible. Right after check-in I told the receptionist (during day shift) of this unacceptable first impression only to find he was rude and mentioning that the room is non-refundable. I was willing to forfeit my complete payment for 3 nights in order not to stay in this dirty hotel and deal with the rude receptionist. The result was that we cut our trip short in this hotel and moved to another place with no refund.
Next, their included breakfast is the perfect recipe for chronic heart burn. You can select between cling film wrapped vegetables, fried onion rings, french fries, and hot dogs in the early hours of the morning. Be sure to take a Nexium pill right after.

It was just perfect for our requirements. Extremely good value for money. We booked for one night and stayed for three. Lovely pool outside our room and the atmosphere was delightful and relaxing. Peaceful and quite, with lovely sun lounges and umbrellas. You can walk into town, it is just that the paths are a bit narrow and unsteady. Better to hire a taxi, which costs about 3 euro and do the walking around the town, which is full of all kinds of shops and restaurants.

Originally I had booked this hotel for 2 nights but because my experience by far surpassed my expectations I decided to stay here for additional 2 nights. I was greeted with smiles as the desk clerk took the time to orient me to the room and it’s features. From the time I arrived it was a constant pleasant surprise from how clean and presentable things were to the amazing daily breakfast that was also included. The staff here felt like family. Friendly and helpful. I had a few special requests that were happily provided without hesitation and cheerfully. I look forward to the next time I can come back to this beautiful place called Bodrum and this lovely hotel with the best service and people. It was an absolute pleasure. I’ll miss this place but now have great memories to share with my friends back home. Thank you to everyone at the Costa Sariyaz Hotel that made this possible.

At check-in, I was presented with a contract that I would not bring food or drink from outside of the hotel onto the property and that the hotel had the right to take food and drink away if I did. If I had not already paid Expedia, I would have walked out and found another place. I signed the contract reluctantly. The hotel had an inadequate cafeteria that was only available at certain times of the day. There was nothing on Expedia's Costa Sariyaz page about this.

Cheap budget hotel, get LESS than you pay for.
We ended up leaving our nonrefundable four day booking stay one day early. Our room was not cleaned for the three days that we were there, except once when we specifically requested it and then was not cleaned properly as pictures show, they just made the beds. We had a small patio that we could have used to overlook the pool area. It was so dirty full of cigarette butts and these disgusting items that we would not sit out there. We told the staff, even took pictures! Nevertheless nothing was cleaned. The public areas were cleaned - but obviously the bedrooms are dirty. We felt that if this was so dirty, what else was so dirty? Bathrooms? Beds?
We spoke to the staff on multiple occasions to try to have it rectified before we left, to no satisfaction.
The pool area is quite nice. Decent pool for short laps, decent depth to be able to play.
