The lake and mountain views are amazing. The hotel is right on the road by the lake. The hotel is a big stone European style building with lovely large spaces on the main floor for relaxing, billiards, and breakfast. The room we had was the cheapest. It was small but met our needs. Windows open for fresh air. No air conditioning.) They will give you a fan if you ask. Great location in center of town.

The hotel has no air confirmation. You need to oen the window to have air in the room and the street is noisy all night.
If you need parking you need to pre book it with the hotel and hope you will have parking avilibal for you.

Travelling in Argentina for a while, this was the worst hotel I stayed in. Location was good, close to all the shops and restaurants and right opposite Nahuel Huapi Lake. I paid extra and booked a Lake View room. The staff were very rude and unfriendly. They never greeted you and instead chatted amongst themselves or sat there playing with their phones. I had called, messaged and emailed the hotel multiple times to tell them of a very late-night arrival, yet I was ignored and nobody responded to me. When I arrived, the gentleman said they had received my messages. Could you not respond? Lazy and did not care about guests. They did not offer any airport transfers, laundry or tourist services. I was rudely told that they cannot help me with airport transfers. First time I see a hotel so unhelpful. The rooms were not spacious as advertised on the website. What you see on the website is totally different to what you get in reality. It was like stepping back in time. Old-fashioned, dark and dingy. WIFI was sporadic, not the best. Breakfast was awful. Mainly a cold breakfast. If you want a hot breakfast, then there were only scrambled eggs. Limited choice of breads, pastries, cereals and cold meats mainly. Not fresh. One evening, I asked for hot water at the hotel bar and was told I couldn't have it. The day before I left, I had a note left in my room reminding me that I was checking out the next day and to vacate by 11:00. Are we really that stupid?

The staff and location were wonderful. The breakfast each morning was great. Yummy medialunas!

The reviews about the street noise were 100% correct. I booked a lake-view room, thinking, \"How bad could it be?\" Pretty bad.

I don't know if non-lakeview rooms could hear the noise. If not, I'd book here again. Even with the noise, I'd probably book here again because it really was such a great location. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping.

Also, knowing that I could enjoy the lake view from the breakfast room each morning would be okay by me for booking a non-lakeview room. Really enjoyed our time here, and appreciated the staff's hospitality. Especially considering my Spanish is basic at best, but their English was just right.

Only for the lake view

The hotel is well located right in front of the lake and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. If you can get a lake view room that would be an asset, but likely noisy from road traffic. We had a small room looking onto the inner courtyard. The hotel is quite dated with old stained carpets in hallways. Breakfast spread was excellent with a dining area overlooking the lake. The front desk staff did not speak english and wasn't overly friendly.

The Tres Reyes hotel is located right on the lake, it has a wonderful view of the mountains. It is walking distance from all the shops and restaurants and the central square. The staff is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

Our room had a lake view which was stunning. Room was comfortable even if a little dated. Unfortunately you can't regulate the heating and it was unbearable the first night, added to the heat was the noise of traffic outside, we were told we could turn it off completely, but there was no handle to do so, when the maintenance person arrived he was surprised to see there wasn't a handle nor on the bathroom heater either, but that one was turnedd off. He had to come twice, didn't have a replacement handle, but managed to close it for us, so the next two nights were pleasant. Breakfast was good and staff were nice. Very close to main street, so plenty of restaurants and chocolate stores around!

This property is falling apart. Even the floor has holes that are covered with carpet. Bathroom grout has mold. Towels are worn out. No A/C. Breakfast is very poor. Overall should be demolished. Location is the only good thing. The pictures in the internet are nothing like the true building.

Beautiful view overlooking the lake from an updated and perfectly appointed spacious room and bath. This is an older hotel that has it own charm and is an excellent value. In the city center with all the shops and restaurants. Right now, the hotel restaurant is closed but, you will see the dining room lake view at breakfast.

Our room was right above a busy road and the window was broken. There was traffic noise all night. When we realized it and asked staff to fix it they said ok but no one fixed it. On checkout when I asked for a discount t for the discomfort I was refused. Hotels.com had said it is a $750 charge. The hotel said they wld not charge for the incidentals but I was charged around $790. Overall the rooms are really small and the hotel seems dated. The location is the only excellent thing, located closed to downtown.

I would not stay here again. At check-in the staff were surly and very unwelcoming. It was downhill from there. In the 3 days that we stayed there they did not even give us fresh glasses in our room-- we had to reuse the same glasses for 3 days. Ugh!!

The room was depressing-- not at all well appointed, tacky furniture. The view of the lake from most rooms is unfortunately marred by an ugly dock for boats-- probably one of the few places facing the lake with a bad view.

The breakfast was awful. We had been traveling in Argentina the previous week and had delicious coffee everywhere. Not at Tres Reyes-- even their coffee was disgusting. The breakfast room staff were actually very polite and nice, unlike the front desk staff.

Check in was not available at 1.00 as stated. We were told our room would be available in 15 minutes. After 45mins I approached reception who called housekeeping. Room had been ready but he forgot to tell us. Reception gave us complementary drink. Room was lovely with lake view. Good comfortable bed & good sized room. Breakfast had good selection & great views. Location is best in Bariloche, especially if you have no car. Easy access to buses to see whole area. Glad we picked this hotel

The front desk people, with a couple of exceptions were unfriendly. They did help me get a better room after a long explanation about why I wasn’t happy with mine. Repeating several times that I would have to pay the difference. I never intended to get a free upgrade but that’s what they seemed concerned with.

Also, we went to the bar with our own bottle of wine asking to use their wine opener. They charged us a corkage fee to open the wine and hand it right back to us. I am always happy to pay a corkage fee at a restaurant where you are served the wine. In this case it was just too much!

Breakfast was terrible!!! Specially if you are looking for scrumbled eggs and fresh fruit in the morning - just plan on going somewhere else. I asked if it was possible to get a fried egg and was denied that.
Lots of choices for people who like to eat sweets in the morning though, the coffee was really good!
The internet connection was very spotty and I had to go to the lobby anytime I needed to do something important like reply to an email or make a reservation.

The rooms needed an update years ago. I was happy to pay for an upgrade to a bigger room, and bigger bathroom. WiFi didn’t work in either room most of the time. Also, there’s no AC so you can open one of the window which are very nice and have been upgraded! The only problem with that is that the room gets noisy and a LOT of dust comes in from the street. I think a simple fan in the room would go a long way!

The said they couldn’t do anything... because I had paid for a lake view room and all of them were unavailable on the first level...

We only stayed 1 night but would happily have stayed longer if we'd had time. Would recommend and stay again. Comfy bed and smart tv in room. Free cocktail on arrival which we had in the lovely lounge overlooking the lake. Breakfast was ok, standard for we've had in Argentina so far (bread, cakes, scrambled eggs and cereal etc). The hotel offers minimal services. There are no bell boys and you have to lug your bags up the front steps and to your room. The buffet breakfast was good. The bed was a double in a superior room with lake view and it was noisy at night.
The best part it had going for it was the location as it was within walking distance of shopping and restaurants and right on the lake. There was construction going on at the main entrance to the hotel and therefore noisy, but that can be understood. We dont know if we would stay there again as the hotel has not really improved in the last 20 years since we were last there.

Love this hotel. Beautiful lobby with comfy sofas, fireplace and gigantic picture windows which overlook the lake. Lovely bar with free welcome drink also with great view. Breakfast nice again with lake view (lake is just across the road). Nice rooms, garden in back. 5 min walk to town square and all restaurants, shops etc. Staff very helpful. Hotel 3 Reyes was a quality, mid range hotel with friendly staff. Although the room was a little outdated, it was clean and comfortable. The central location was a definite plus, as well as the view from the breakfast and rumpus rooms. It also maintains some period charm within the building itself, as well as in the gardens at the rear. The breakfast was nothing to write home about, but I've found that to be common throughout Argentina regardless. For the price range, I would definitely recommend Hotel 3 Reyes.

The hotel is outdated and looks old. The rooms also looks old, need painting and are tired although clean. It was hot and we had to sleep with the window open.

Localizado excelente, café da manhã bom, mas o atendimento e a limpeza deixam a desejar, travesseiro sujo no quarto. Precisei de um copo para tomar remédio às 23h e liguei na recepção que é 24h para solicitar, o atendente informou que não tinha copo pois o bar tinha fechado, eu perguntei se não tinha pelo menos um de plástico na recepção e ele foi bem rude dizendo que tinha no banheiro do quarto, eu informei que o copo que tinha estava sujo a 3 dias e nenhuma camareira fez a troca. O hotel não tem serviço de lavanderia, não tem ferro de passar, o tamanho do quarto é diferente das fotos e a tv não é smart. A única coisa boa foi a localização.

We had an issue with the Staff, we made a reservation for a taxi cab in reception but they made a mistake and it was not done, as it was at 5:30 am, was really difficult to get a transport to the airport, at the end we arrived on time but we were on risk of loosing the flight.

The staff was not helpful on correct the mistake and get a new taxi.

Quarto limpo ! Cama , roupas de cama e toalhas de boa qualidade! Café da manhã , o café bem gostoso ! Salada de frutas e frutas in natura! Faltou pão fresco ! Ambiente do café muito agradável , espaçoso com vista para a imensidão do lago!! Trabalhadores , cordiais ! Sala de espera muito espaçoso e aconchegante!! Janelas com vidro duplo, mas ainda tem um pouco de ruído! Elevador ! Gostei muito ! Recomendo ! 12/08/25
