Rooms at the back of the hotel can hear the warning alarm go off when the underground parking gate opens. Staff were understanding and moved me to a room at the front of the hotel. I sensed that they were aware of the issue.
Rooms were comfortable but i would pay more for a quieter hotel

Really lovely staff and entry. The room was not remodeled as shown in the photos, but it was clean and spacious. Very nice view of the lake! Centrally located to great restaurants and cafes, and lake front only 1 block away. Helpful bag storage if you need it.

The hotel was ok, people were nice and hepful at the reception, good breakfast. The bathroom was ok but when you turned on water taps you had to wait for the water to come out. The TV had bad signal. No clear picture. Another thing what has nothing to do with a hotel that across the street is a store with alcohol open the whole night. Young people do not respect the quiet night time.

I read the customer reviews that this place was great, but it was similar to a motel. If that’s what you are looking for, then this place will do fine. I was expecting a hotel in the 3 star range. I could hear all of my neighbors and the construction outside and the rooms themselves weren’t equipped with any amenities. The staff were friendly and the location is great, however.

The hotel is dated. We had to change rooms at there was no hot water (which is a common issue we learned). It could have been cleaner. It’s on the main chocolate street and has a car park for 400 pesos per day.

There was no AC, there were cockroaches in my room and the Wi-Fi was not working inside the room. I had to go down to the lobby to get Wi-Fi. Also all the pipes in the hotel made noise when I turn them on, and the toilet would not flush.

Stay in the heart of Bariloche...

A really well located hotel with friendly reception staff. You can walk down the pedestrianised Mitre street in the centre directly outside of the hotel. Rooms need a little modernising but still clean and comfortable. Could be noisy if you are there for the Chocolate Festival week! Breakfast was plentiful and varied.

Not well-maintained hotel in downtown Bariloche

This hotel is on the main commercial street in downtown Bariloche.

The room had a very old mattress and a very old sofa. Both were uneven and I couldn't keep my body straight. This sofa and mattress are long due for replacement.

The room didn't have a trash can. Only the bathroom.

Noise levels were an issue. You can clearly hear people's steps from the floor above you, and the constant water running sound from the toilet that never stopped.

The safe box was already closed and locked when I arrived in the room. I had to call reception to send someone to unlock it so I could set my pin and use it.

The breakfast was good. They have croissants, toasts, butter, jam, juices, yogurt, coffee, milk, tea, fruits, etc.

The reception didn't have a list of phone numbers to call for a shuttle to the airport. They only had phone numbers of taxis which cost 3 times more.

We took family to ski. Rooms ok, but AC or whatever system they have could not be control from the room. So we had terrible warm rooms. made it very difficult to handle. Staff just didnt care.

Stopped 2 days to shop chocolate shops while on vacation. Walking distance to Centro historic buildings. Beautiful view of lake. Very nice b'fast buffet. No air conditioning(didn't need it in early Dec). No WiFi x 5 days per another guest, then VERY SLOW for me. Local shops had WiFi. 2 old computers in Lobby but only 1 working! Renovations in progress. It needs it! Great location and price now. Bus terminal 15 min by remis. Airport closer to 30 min. Safe on 2 main streets to shop but warned to not be out farther after dark.

Booked this as it has parking, which was full. Room OK but had 3 very narrow single beds which were very hard and gave the feeling that you could fall off them. Guests in neighbouring rooms very noisy until late at night when they presumably finally went out clubbing. Location is central.

The carpet was a little worn a few stains but ciean. The beds were a little narrow about 3ft, but comfortable. The bathroom was clean with hot water 24/7. The room faced the street with a good view, but traffic all night ,ear pluges are a must to sleep for these street facing rooms.No A/C and no window screens, can not leave window open due to bugs. Almost no english spoken by staf,f but we were in their country and got by ok, a little funny at times. would stay again, but not in street faceng room. Stayed At hotel for 3 days.

My wife and I were pleased with our stay at Super Resort Bariloche. The staff was very helpful and provided us with area maps and some suggestions of things to see and do. We even asked for an upgrade for our second night and were accommodated at no additional cost. The breakfast was pretty good also, with pastries from the panaderia across the street.

Look, don't expect luxury. The hotel is a little older, but it is clean, comfortable, and safe. You couldn't be more conveniently located to downtown shopping or sightseeing at the cathedral and along the lakeshore. And there's a panaderia right across the street!

We would stay here again.

Fiquei 4 noites no hotel, o pessoal da recepção foram os funcionários que tive mais acesso Diego muito simpático e se esforçava para atender sempre minhas solicitações e também fala bem o português. Não gostei do funcionário da madrugada do dia 14 de setembro. A má vontade em abrir a porta pois estava trancada pois tive que sair do hotel as 5 da manhã foi imensa, mandou que eu abrisse a porta e como eu não estava conseguindo me deixou ali até que eu ne irritei e disse \"por favor abra\" pois tinha um Uber me esperando...Parecia estar louco pra eu ir embora pra voltar a dormir. Fez meu check out parecia ser obrigado. Exceto isso todos os funcionários são muito gentis. O café da manhã é simples mas atende bem as necessidades. Os quartos são bons e silenciosos. Tudo muito limpo. Perto de lojas e restaurantes. Eu recomendo.

Quarto muito limpo, seguro e sem barulhos. Único ponto que reclamaria seria o valor caro do estacionamento, pois o mesmo não tem manobrista e não é de tão fácil acesso, e pelo preço que cobram para estacionar, acho que isso ficou a desejar. Mais de resto super recomendo o hotel!!!!!

Hôtel bien situé dans la longue rue principale commerçante et animée la journée. De la chambre spacieuse, au 7ème étage, vue sur le lac tout proche et sur les montagnes en arrière plan.
Avec le bus urbain (N°22), possibilité de se rendre au départ maritime d'une très interessante excursion lacustre et pédestre à payer sur place, sinon, en ville, les nombreuses agences la propose. Une belle et méritée découverte.

Es un hotel reviejo. En realidad es un hostal. Los colchones super viejos incómodos e imposibles para descansar. Los inodoros no funcionan como deden de funcionar y hay que vaciar varias veces el depósito de agua. No hay aire acondicionado y la habitación era un horno. Los azulejos del baño y piso pintados en lugar de haber sido cambiados. Personal del comedor catente de simpatía. La recepción tiene excelente atención y voluntad para resolver los problemas pero no es suficiente. Es un hotel que hay que reformarlo a nuevo. La vaca dio todo lo que podía dar

Un hostal venido a menos con cara de hotel

Es un hotel reviejo, simplemente es un hostal venido a menos. El wifi no existe, tuvimos que cruzar la calle y tomar un café en Store café todos los dias durante una semana para disfrutar del bar que tienen un WiFi fantástico, los colchones están super vencidos y no se puede descansar, las cajas fuertes viejas y no funcionan por lo cual debieron cambiarnos de habitación. Muy caro por precio calidad. No hay ventiladores ni aire acondicionado ppr lo que era imposible dormir cómodo. Existen otros 200 hoteles y hostales de primer nivel en Bariloche pero hotels.com, booking, trivago y otras compañías monopolísticas de la hostelería internacional en internet no nos permiten con sus algoritmos ponernos en contacto con otros hoteles. Nos venden la resaca de la hoteleria. Estos intermediarios de la hostelería nos amargan nuestras vacaciones con precios y ofertas no reales y hoteles de mala muerte. Es muy lamentable. Hemos perdido el tiempo y dinero en un hotel que no lo vale. No se puede seguir emparchando con botox las heridas de un hotel venido a menos con el paso de muchísimos años. Hay que buscar hoteles fuera de estás redes que se han apoderado de los espacios de Internet. Hablar directamente con los hoteles, verificar precios y condiciones. Hemos conseguido de esa forma un excelente hotel de 4 estrellas en buenos Aires por 20% menos que los precios que ofrecen estás cadenas de intermediarios. Luchemos contra estos monopolios de intermediarios. Gracias por leerme

Muy bueno!!!

Muy amable todo el personal. La habitación cómoda, limpia y con una vista espectacular al lago. El desayuno súper completo y muy rico!
Lo único para reclamar, es que solicitamos un ventilador y no tenían. Pero esto pasa en todo Bariloche, la ciudad no está preparada para el calor actual.
Sin dudas volveríamos a hospedarnos en Hotel Soft!
