We were staying there at the end of September and the place shuts down for the off-season on October 15. Unsurprisingly, Le Palme didn’t put forth its best effort. The fitness center had broken machines and the staff was rarely where you needed them. The place is very dated and has noisy ACs, toilets, etc.

Le Palme is a little tired. Bathrooms are functional but in need of an update. They had small/old jacuzzi/body jet shower, but that left almost no room for the toilet. I'm only 6'3\" but couldn't sit straight on the toilet.
The hotel has plenty of facilities, but beware that you'll have to pay for almost all of them. Parking €20 a night, Spa €10 a visit, Sun Loungers €40 per couple, Dinner €45 per person, set menu. Small bottle of still water €2.50 - there are none provided in the room.
Neither the pool bar nor the lobby bar was staffed. We were pointed towards the beach bar, a 200m walk across the car-park, to fetch ourselves drinks for around the pool.
The hotel is in a good location nearby local restaurants and a surprisingly good shopping area. The promenade by the beach is nice, but sits behind an unending row of beach clubs, so you can't see the sea whilst promenading.
The old town and marina area in Cervia are lovely and you can find good quality and well priced seafood at restaurants along the river.
Overall, enjoyable, but well below the expected experience for a 4 star hotel.

We were there in September. The first week breakfast was amazing with smoothies and good selection of food, but the second week all of it gone.
Also, this hotel totally non-bike friendly. They don't allow you to keep a bike in the room and in the same time doesn't have a place to store them.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff are really excellent, breakfast is fantastic and the pool is really good. I really like the way the three hotels are nestled together in the street. We had a fabulous time and would definitely go back again.

A must for the seasoned traveller
I had a very pleasant stay at this beautiful hotel on my Italian east coast holiday. The hotel is located at the beach walk in the Milano Marittima area with a nice beach view. The pool area is very nice with full service and the breakfast is top notch. Very friendly staff, highly recommended!

Un curieux mélange d’hôtel plutôt haut de gamme mais avec des éléments qui tirent l’impression vers le bas : literie très ancienne et de mauvaise qualité. Rideaux tellement vieux qu’ils sont plein de trous de mites qui laissent passer la lumière. Salle de bain des années 80 .

Che dire, appena arrivato in reception personale alle prime armi, confusione e poche informazioni per il soggiorno. Appena entrati in camera troviamo, testiera del letto sporca, lenzuola con macchie gialle, specchio crepato, insomma, stanza non degna di un 4 stelle superior. Dopo aver segnalato almeno il problema delle lenzuola è stato risolto. Per quanto riguarda il buffet a colazione nulla da dire, sostanzioso, di qualità con materie prime di buona qualità.
Spazia dal dolce al salato. Per quanto riguarda gli altri servizi non posso dire nulla in quanto non li ho provati. Al check out pur avendo fatto la prenotazione con Expedia e quindi pagamento anticipato, la ragazza mi presenta lo stesso il conto da pagare.

Ci sono due cose da dire:
1- La zona reception poco professionali e non si sono attenuti alle regole dei clienti Gold Expedia. Mi hanno chiesto soldi per un upgrade che avrei dovuto avere di diritto. Personale poco educato.
2- Nella parte ristorante invece dove abbiamo fatto colazione ho trovato persone educate e professionali…come se fosse staccato dalla gestione dell’ hotel.
Nel complesso purtroppo non lo raccomando…le foto ingannano e la reception può rovinarvi le ferie…a 270€ a notte…
1- La zona reception poco professionali e non si sono attenuti alle regole dei clienti Gold Expedia. Mi hanno chiesto soldi per un upgrade che avrei dovuto avere di diritto. Personale poco educato.
2- Nella parte ristorante invece dove abbiamo fatto colazione ho trovato persone educate e professionali…come se fosse staccato dalla gestione dell’ hotel.

Das Hotel ist eher ein 3-Sterne-Hotel. Es ist teilweise Renovierunsbedarf vorhanden.
Sehr kleine Dusche, gerade wenn man noch ein Kleinkind darin duschen sollte.
Die Extras sind eher teuer. Z.B. haben wir nach einem Babybett gefragt. Wir haben ein in die Jahre gekommenes Reisebett (Neuwert bestimmt nicht über Fr. 150.00) für 35 € pro Nacht erhalten. Den Preis wussten wir natürlich schon vorher, aber nicht, dass der Preis für ein einfaches Reisebett ist.
Aber im grossen und ganzen sehr nettes Personal und sehr hilfsbereit. Sie bemühen sich, die Wünsche zu erfüllen. Auch beim Frühstücksbuffet gab es genug Auswahl und das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Wir hatten nur mit Frühstück gebucht. Daher waren die Liegenstühle und Sonnenschirm nicht inklusiv (bei Halbpension scheinbar schon). 2 Liegen und ein Sonnenschirm sowie die Badtücher für die Liegen kosten pro Tag 40 € beim Privatstrand.
Die Lage ist jedoch sehr gut. Nahe am Strand, gerade wenn man Kleinkinder hat und ab und zu zurück ins Hotelzimmer muss. Auch das Zentrum ist in ca. 10 Gehminuten gut erreichbar.
Wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen und würden auch selber wieder buchen.

Unica pecca alcune stanze risultano 4 stelle solamente perché hanno televisore e frigobar, capisco la differenza tra suite e standard ma vedere un bagno con la porta verniciata e piastrelle rovinate in una struttura del genere non è accettabile.

Schönes Hotel in unmittelbarer Strandnähe
Wir hatten eigentlich beim Hotel Le Palme gebucht, doch das war wegen Saisonende oder Corona geschlossen, und untergebracht wurden wir gegenüber im Premier Resort. Service war etwas rudimentär, doch waren auch nur noch wenig Gäste da. Zimmer war gross und komfortabel, mit Sauna-Whirlpool Badewanne und perfekt auf 23 Grad temperiert, Balkon leider von morgen bis abend im Schatten. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gross, Qualität gut, wegen Corona kein Self-Service. Lage des Hotels 20 Meter vom Strand, vor dem Hotel gemütliche Lounge-Möbel, die Stühle am Strand schon fast abgeräumt.

Grundsätzlich ein tolles Hotel mit Zimmern die einen super Ausblick aufs Meer ermöglichen. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet vorhanden und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Kritik: das große Fenster im Bad konnte man nicht verschließen, d.h. man könnte theoretisch problemlos ins Badezimmer von außen einsteigen.
Die Fließen im Badezimmer hatten teils deutlich ersichtliche Risse.
An der Hotelbar konnte man mir die Preise der Getränke und Snacks nicht sagen. Der Fitnessraum ist viel zu klein.
Sonst war alles in Ordnung (Pool, Terrassen, Privatstrand, usw.)

Hotellet liggee ecis vid stranden, fräsch privat beach. Du får betala för solsäng och paraply vilket är värt pengarna, då ingår handduk. Poolen på hotellet kostar inte, handduk ingår , solsängarna inte lilka fräscha. Stor frukostbuffé där det mesta finns. Vårt rum var ok inte lika uppgraderar som hotellet i övrigt. Nära till restauranger och butiker . Mini livs nära, riktigt fräsch.

Spa di buon livello (occorre però spostarsi alla struttura di fronte). Colazione/brunch veramente Top. Abbiamo apprezzato la felssibilità sull'orario di rilascio della camera.

In un triangolo di hotel uno più bello dell altro dove si fatica a decidere dove restare, tra piscine e idromasaggi si rischia di non andare nemmeno in spiaggia ,la colazione completissima in terrazza con vista mare sopra la piscina e una delle cose che più ho apprezzato.

Prima hotel beetje gedateerd, kamers hebben veel klein onderhoud nodig! Geen waterkoker koffie thee, strijkijzer, ed op kamer. Raam sluit niet, wc blijft doorlopen, leidingen maken kabaal etc. Airco in de gangen zou geen luxe zijm. Personeel werkelijk keurig en vreindelijk spreken alleen weinig engels!. Het omtbijt is echt super. Zwembad prima en lifegard Viiktor heel goed. Goede avondanimatie alleen komt men amper vragen of je iets wilt bestellen. Rustig fijn publiek. Kinderanimatie matig, is met name voor kleine kinderen vooral meiajes, niet voor 9-14 jarigen jongens, die zitten zich op bedjes te vervelen. Voor ons was locatie van belang en ideaal. Vreemd dat je voor garage €14 per dag moet betalen en je autosleutel moet inleveren en ineens jouw auto voor het hotel geparkeerd staat? Auto’s staan tot in de doorgangen garage geparkeerd door hotel zelf.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am eigenen Strand mit schönen Ambiente! Sehr sauber doch etwas ins Alter gekommene Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam! Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren vorzüglich 😃👍👍👍 Das Pool ist groß und Handtücher waren reichlich vorhanden!!!

Yksi iso miinus...olimme ironman thriathlon kisoissa eikä kilpapyörää saanut viedä hotellihuoneeseen vaan se piti viedä toisen hotellin varastoon. Monissa kisoissa olemme ympäri maailmaa kiertäneet ja tämä oli ensimmäinen kerta kun pyörä piti viedä varastoon. Hivenen jännitti onko pyörä enää tallella kisan koittaessa.

Buon albergo ma troppo caro per i servizi che offre sicuramente non c'è la qualità/prezzo. Tutti gli extra sono da pagare a partire dalla spiaggia. Un semplice aperitivo pagato €. 15,00 al bar dell'albergo.

Close to the beach, beautifull view over the sea , great breakfest Buffet and very friendly staff . The only thing we didn't enjoy so much was the noisy Music at night !!
