Great place to stay near Malpensa Airport.
Staff is really nice and friendly. They gave us a free upgrade to a junior suite. Thanks!!!
Also, they offered us a glass of Prosecco, it was a kind detail that we really appreciated.
Room was very spacious, extremely clean, with a comfortable bed.
We had dinner at the restaurant, it was good and the service was excellent.
Shuttle from/to airport very efficient.
We do recommend this hotel and we will stay here again for sure

I very, very, much appreciate the staff solving a reservation issue that arose at check-in. My only suggestion for improvement is this -- when making the reservation, you can not see what \"Half Board\" really entails. We had an unpleasant surprise with respect to dinner cost, but that was far overshadowed by the Staff's willingness to change a non-refundable reservation.

Unlike the courtyard, lobby and dining room, the room doesn't meet the level of a 4-star hotel (Fotos look far better). The room, furniture and carpet need renovation, as well as the shower cabinet. The water flow in the shower is weak.
Check-in was very efficient.

The website advertises that the airport shuttle is free, but I was unexpectedly charged €20. This is false advertising. I even called the hotel in advance, and the receptionist (female)confirmed that the shuttle was free. Had I known about this charge, I would have booked a different hotel. When i arrived at the hotel the receptionist (male) stated his colleague was wrong but he could not do anything.

The room was okay. Bar fridge was not working but was fixed the next day. Shuttle service was not found at designated pick up time. Front/Reception Staff was indifferent & while most of the serving, maintenance & cleaning staff was very helpful & polite. Says a lot about customer service & who is placed in front to represent the hotel

We really wanted to like this hotel. The whole place seemed nice until we went in to our room. The bathroom wasn't very nice. Most all of my complaints would be cosmetic. The bed was ok, nothing great. The shuttle to the airport in the morning was late but we still arrived in good time. The restaurant and bar area was probably the highlight. They surprisingly served really good food. The breakfast was great with a huge variety to choose from.

We booked the hotel for one night, it was cheap and we just wanted a place on the road.

The hotel was clean, felt safe. the streets around are very industrial, you can't go anywhere. Most people seemed to stay there for the airport and they have shuttles.

The hotel is on the older side, needed an update - but for one night and the price - it did its job.

The 3-stars are because when i see 4 or 5 stars i expect to be very happy and get some sense of luxury, this hotel has none of that.

Room was clean and fit our needs for one night prior to flying out from the Milan airport. Good and reasonably priced restaurant in the hotel and nice bar area! Breakfast buffet that was included in our stay was quite large and had a lot to offer. 1st shuttle to airport is 7:30am so make other arrangements if you have an early flight! Breakfast starts at 6:30am and the hotel was kind enough to call us a taxi to get us to the airport for our 10am flight back to the states.

Stay at the Moxy or Sheraton if you need an easy airport hotel. This is not it. We ended up spending the same or more with taxi prices! Uber was more than a hundred euro each way. Taxi was half that. The “free shuttle” actually costs 24 euros unless you’re in the middle of the day. The pizza at the bar for dinner was ok, but they said it was “impossible” for us to just take it upstairs from the bar. We had to order it from room service so then it had a 50% up charge. Can we get two wine glasses to bring upstairs? “Impossible.” Is there an ice machine? No. Can we have a bowl of ice from the bar? “Impossible.” 4 paper cups with ice that tasted weird. All in, if you can book elsewhere, I recommend that you do.

I did not find the shuttle area pick up at the airport MXP.
Building needs paint inside and outside.
A kind of bug and a big spider in my room. Grout in the Bathroom tile on the shower cabin was dirty (black) .
The shuttle service from hotel to airport was on time and conductor very nice.

Shuttle service not what it seems

We checked in and asked for the first shuttle out in the morning. They told us they’d get another van since the first one was already full. We assumed it would be leaving at 7:30am since that’s when the first shuttle leaves every morning. Instead they just booked us for the second, 7:45am shuttle, without telling us that’s what they did. The room needs an entire bathroom overhaul. The pizza was great though!

Although airport subtle was requested weeks in advance I was told at check-in that I never contacted the hotel. I showed the gentleman emails from the hotel asking me what time I wanted the shuttle and my response. He commented that I never got a reply back. I didn’t expect a reply back seeing I was responding to their Request for time. He said he would take care of it, but in the morning I was not on the shuttle list. The solution was to put me on a later shuttle, which caused a little anxiety getting to the airport on time.

Ok place. Rooms were clean. The hotel shuttle runs only once every hour also it doesn't start until 7:30 a.m. so if you have an early departure you'll have to pay to go to the airport via Uber, or arranged transportation. Nice restaurant with good food.

I travel through Malpensa quite a bit and so I have experienced many of the airport hotels. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff was reasonably friendly at the front desk, but not particularly warm and inviting. The hotel is in good condition. The night I was there the restaurant was understaffed and it caused a great deal of stress for everybody involved. Breakfast was good. The shuttle service is definitely a very positive amenity.

It's a little farther than the airport than we thought it would be but the shuttle was easy enough to use so that was helpful. Nothing was terrible, nothing was fantastic.

Drivers there are atrocious. It’s very far from Milan. The staff was super nice . The hotel is terribly overpriced and there is absolutely nothing to do in town. The hotel is in terrible disrepair. For instance our shower the water pressure and temperature we wildly inconsistent. You almost have to try to mess it up that badly. The other examples of the sad state are almost too numerous to list.

We enjoyed an ample-sized two-room suite on Piano 4 which was lovely except much time was required to cool down the room using the temperature controller. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent. The scheduled airport shuttle was a definite plus; however it is crucial that the passengers reserve a shuttle departure time. It is possible to find a short nature walk nearby and a castello (20 minute walk). Hotel does offer self-service laundry but there is only one washing machine and one dryer.

The hotel was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the space, the quality linens and towels, and good bath products—it felt like home after traveling through different cities in Italy. I also enjoyed the dining, everything we ordered was perfect!

One inconvenience I had was the access to the hotel. I called the night before to ask whether I needed to arrange a taxi from the Somma Lombardo train station and was told taxis would be available outside. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. There were no official taxis—only a couple of local drivers with small cars that couldn’t accommodate our luggage. The walk from the station to the hotel is quite long, which made things difficult. Thankfully, a kind local helped my family and me get to the hotel safely. The staff at the lobby were nice and helpful when we arrived, I’m unsure about the misinformation on the taxi situation.

Emmanuel at the check-in counter apparently was never taught how to smile. Maria in the morning did not have our breakfast boxes although we had reserved them with Emmanuell. Nor would she allow me to have a cup of coffee although the machine was on and I had been told at check-in that coffee was available 24/. Finally, we had to pay for our shuttle to the airport 24 euros but the person sitting next to me in the shuttle told me she was not asked to pay. All in all a terrible experience.

I was willing to pay more than I wanted to for a hotel the night of our arrival from a long overseas flight because I wanted something easy and comfortable. My expectation was that this place would be nice given how expensive it was, but I was very disappointed. The facilities are old, dirty, and in disrepair. The walls were paper thin. I could hear the person in the room next to us urinating and coughing, and loud voices in the hall. The front desk staff was rude. Restaurant food was overpriced and mediocre. It’s not close to any stores or other points of interest. The airport shuttle does not have enough space for passengers, and only makes one trip per hour, which meant a long wait for the ride to the hotel (even with a reservation) and on both our trip to and from the airport there were guests that could not get a ride because there was not enough room. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Don’t be fooled by the free shuttle. When it exists, it has very limited schedule and is booked far in advance. It’s very hard to take a taxi from here so it turns a cheap airport hotel into an expensive and inconvenient airport hotel.
