In the industrial park surround Malpensa. It's not immediately clear where you are or how to get to the airport.
There is a shuttle about a quarter mile away.
The 'architecture' resembles motels from the 70s which is useful if you drive there, although I am unsure if they charge for parking.
It is the least expensive hotel in the immediate environs of the airport. But not inexpensive and certainly cannot be considered value for the money, although all the hotels in the area can be painted with the same brush.
No frills with sparse furnishings which look like they are from the 70s. There are no additional facilities and I did not eat at the restaurant.
The cellphone reception in the area is poor and the WiFi is so lacking in bandwidth/speed that it fails to mitigate the poor cellphone reception.
That being said, the bathroom, while old, appeared clean and was functional.
Think Schitts Creek without the charm of its' surroundings.

Authentic Italian stay near airport

A perfect stay to rest just before my night flight.
This hotel operates a restaurant that serves authentic Italian dishes “Molto buono!”
Federico and his family are very polite and warm, this is the best option for a place near Malpensa airport, the room given to me is clean, comfy bed and spacious.

A clean bed but no TV or shower...

Checked in near midnight to be near the aiport for a flight
next morning. Room and bed clean. Tried to use the TV,
remote not working. In the morning wanted to have a shower
but water was barely running at the shower hose.
Talked to the guy reception, who arrogantly said
\"i'll come to check when i finish serving people at
the cafeteria\". Packed up as i had no time to spare
and also reported problem to the cleaning lady who
get someone to check it as i was leaving...you expect
things to be functioning when you hire rooms to guests...

Costs of extra bed not clear..we booked for two adults and 1 child, they said you booked double room and should have notified for extra bed, but we booked for three people.
Bed should have been available, with all extra costs? We paid over the olds for quality of hotel... 141 euro. Including 3 euro tax per person

I think one of restaurant managers, was in the main bar with bare feet on settee watching TV, Looked like the bar was trashed like personal living area, and gave bad impression.
I was also told off for sitting my daughter on the bar presumably for highgeen reasons, for which I made my apologies, but then saw the lady with bear feet on the main bar chairs.
Confusion between staff. Although front office manage friendly. Hotel old, WiFi intermittently working.

So many things wrong with this hotel.
Toilets broken and had to manually flush by self by lifting the lid and lifting the stopper.
No lights in halls near our room.
NO breakfast buffet, only stale croissants we had to pay for.
shuttle to airport NOT free, and is done at THEIR leisure not your needs.
Will no stay here again.

Worst hotel of my life

Aircon in room didn’t work, the flyscreen on the windows was ripped (only about a third remained on the window) so couldn’t cool ourselves that way either. Sensor for hallway light didn’t work at one end, so you had to walk a dark hallway (light came on when you got to the end) and there was an actual birds nest on the emergency exit light in the hallway (my daughter thought the baby birds were cute.) Food in the restaurant was terrible, surpassed only by the service (only bad meal and horrible service we had during our week in Italy.) They offer a shuttle service (as per their website) but this is an extra charge they (this they don’t advertise.) This was a nightmare. Tried to save money on our last night, by the time we added in the airport transfer it cost us more for a dump.

Terrible experience. Hotel is located in a sketchy area with dilapidated houses all around. Heat and AC did not work in the room. Water in shower was only lukewarm. Black mould growing on wall and ceiling in the washroom. Leak in the wall between the washroom and bedroom shared wall. The issue seems to have been bandaged for a long time with wall plaster. There is a 2'x2' section of wall with plaster and a hole in it. Sheets are old. Bed was creaky and I could feel the springs in the mattress.

I like the food 👍
Very disappointed ..... not enough hot water in water heater tank.
No window in a bedroom, ceiling is dripping water when it rains, not enough lights in a bathroom. No A/C /Heater control its hard to communicate with the owner or staff and housekeepers cuz they speak a little bit of English so sign language most of the time 😜 but very nice people can’t beat that. I give this property a 3 star ***

Pretty downmarket. We chose it for the proximity to Malpensa Airport, but not z good idea. When you have a bar fridge, but no milk or no coffee/tea or no electric jug, and the only cups are thin clear plastic, you know its basic. No extra blankets, so I was cold. Not recommended.

Don’t stay here!

The first room they took us to smelled like someone pooped all over it. In the hall in front of the room was a bird nest and a massive pile of bird poop under the nest.
They moved us to a smaller room inside the hotel and the ac didn’t work and the bed was hard as a rock.

- I was told to stay in the room even though the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking...Was told to leave the light out in the bathroom?!?!???
- Finally changed my room but did nothing for my inconvenience...Didn't even offer me a Coffee Espresso

It's technically within walking distance of the airport, but in reality only reachable by driveways (e.g. airport shuttle buses). The hotel is clean and well-maintained, the food is great and the staff are helpful.

Horrible experience, avoid this place

Horrible service..
Before booking we called to ask how to get to the hotel from the airport and have been told that there was a hotel shuttle that could be sent to collect us. But once we got to the airport we called the hotel just to hear that there were no shuttle available.. and to either pay a taxi 20 euros to get to the hotel (for a less than 5mins drive), or to take an undescriptive bus with no name, no indication of where to take it and where to stop..

On top of this the room condition was not really good, quite old with a weird light switching system..

I will never return there and would not recommend this place to anybody.. horrible experience. Book any other hotel, there are just a few euros more and you will certainly get a better service than this place.

Use for Quick Overnight

A funky, converted motel, which has been updated and remolded. Run by an older husband (who serves as the shuttle driver) , wife and their front desk person, and the family dog Romeo. Nice and clean, but in a sketchy area. Its good for a quick overnight if you have an early plane to catch --its a few miles from the airport, but they run a shuttle (at $3 per person each way) . However, for only being 5 minutes from the airport, the shuttle took 50 minutes to come get us after we called. I had to call 3 times, and they kept saying it was on it's way. In January, in freezing temps, that is not good. And they STILL charged us for the shuttle! Also the wife and husband sit in the main lobby area and watch TV, it was interesting to observe. There looked like a good restaurant on premises, we didn't eat there, but they have a bar (expensive) and some reservations get breakfast, but they told us \"at your rate you don't get breakfast\" - what?? We got in late 8 p.m. and left at 6 a.m, so it was a quick sleep before we had to be at the airport for our morning flight.

We arrived at rwo,o'clock on Sunday, Oct. 16 for lunch at Cervo restaurant and we told it was closed by the unfriendly receptionist. We checking in at the hotel and our room was clean but small, the bathroom is in need of a renovation (the shower is rusted). Then the screen on the window was torn. The beds are camp beds, hard as a rock so is the pillow not very comfortable.
All in all the worst hotel we have stayed in during three weeks touring Italy.

That was absolutely horrible place. I spend abroad over 30 days per year and first time I saw three stars hotel in so terrible condition - I was in better hostels. Air condition wasn't working... no, it was even worst, air condition was working... instead cooling, warming up, mosquito net was fully of holes and instead beds were bunks. That was definitely hostel, not hotel.

The hotel room was small, but the bathroom was of the same size like a room. The doors of the shower did not close properly. I could see the signs of being broken before and screwed up together, but it was still broken. The room was clean, but it was quiet cold when I arrived. Had to turn on the heating and wait for long time to heat it up.
They charge for airport shuttle 3eur and then add city tax, which is very strange as there is no city... Transfer takes 5-7min to airport. Very quick.
Good to stay if you need to be close to airport and there is a very nice Italian restaurant near by.

Basic place to stay

We picked this hotel because we had an early flight the next day. It's a very basic place away from any activity centers. The hotel reminded me of those little family owned 1960s era US motels located in the rural parts of America. You got a room, a bed, and a shower. Good enough. Actually this hotel also has a restaurant. It serves a home cooked selection of meals that were better than what was found in some high priced Italian joints in the tourist areas.

When you get to the airport, call the hotel to get the shuttle driver to pick you up. Do not try to walk there with your bags! If you see a Chihuahua wandering around the hotel, don't be concerned. From what we saw, he owns the place. Especially a couch in the TV lounge.

located in a horrible area!!!!

when we saw it we were shock that the area was so horrible. we stayed in the car waiting to see anything get better but instead we just saw not the type of people we expect in a decent place. So I said there was no way I felt safe nor that my car would be either.
The food in the kitchen smelled like you couldn't believe an Italian person was cooking. Definity do not recommend this place but a single guy go on your own risk.

Hotel corridors were open to the public--there is a gate that shuts at night to keep out unauthorized vehicles, but pedestrians are able to enter any hotel hallway without a key. Room doors and locks were flimsy. The hotel was very loud until very late at night.

We picked to stay in this hotel because we had a long layover in Italy and it is close to the airport. The room was uncomfortable, cold and bothered our allergies because of the cleaning products that were used. When we asked the guy at the front desk to help us with any of our concerns. He yelled at us and was very rude. Also, when we checked in, we asked how long we could stay since our flight wasn't leaving until 4. He said 2 was fine, yet the next morning we got several calls at 12 stating that we had to get out of the room right away. Worst hotel ever and poor customer service.

upon checking in, the reservation said 3 Euro per person round trip but they charge for each way. they also have a sign that says continental breakfast but you have to pay. the shuttle drivers that drove us to and from the airport (different guys) were very rude.

Courteous service made the brief stay enjoyable

We were touring Italy for a week, and stayed overnight to pick up family from Malpensa airport. The staff/management were very professional, friendly and helpful, plus gave us good advice on parking at the airport (the hotel also has a shuttle every half hour)

Overall, good customer service, and great value!

The good: large room, comfy bed, good shower, wifi, price, shuttle service to airport (3 euro pp) ,next to firefly rental, nice and helpful staff.

Situated nowhere from much, this hotel offers close proximity to the airport, but that is all. Airport transfers were 6€ each person for a 5 min ride. we could not get internet in our rooms and even then it was unreliable. TV remote had corroded batteries and still did not work when changed (staff argued that previous patrons were to blame for this), rendering TV unuseable. No air conditioning. Restaurant has selection of only 3 boring looking dishes. Would not return or recommend.

Close to Airport and Cheap

The only good thing about this place is it's proximity to the airport (5 min drive). If you just want a cheap place to sleep before or after a flight, this is the place. The hotel and rooms are outdated, smell of smoke, thin walls, and aren't particularly clean. The restaurant is overpriced and the food is disappointing after eating good cheap Italian food while on travel, but it's the only option for food in the area. Staff was friendly, shuttle service is cheap (3 Euro) and prompt.

Stayed one night at the beginning of our trip and it was just fine. Shuttle to the airport costs 3 euros per person, otherwise take the free airport bus that goes between terminals to the Casa Nuove stop and walk about 5 minutes. Perfectly pleasant, staff was very helpful, only drawback was that they turn off the heat during the day so the room was freezing when we arrived, making getting out of the shower not fun. We tried to book another night for the end of our trip, but they cancelled our reservation the day before we were due to arrive, so we had to scramble to find somewhere else to stay on short notice. The email (via) Expedia didn't give an explanation, only that it 'may' have had something to do with our method of payment; no chance was given to re-enter our info or try another card (if that was indeed the reason?).

Not good

This hotel bills itself at being \"right next to the Malpensa airport.\" Beware, it is not. It is not within a walkable distance, so you have to take a taxi. However, the taxi is quite expensive. The \"free\" hotel shuttle to the airport is not actually free. To make things worse, the hotel room had a terrible, loud buzzing noise all night long that made it impossible to sleep. I would not recommend this hotel. It is worth it to spend the extra money and stay at the airport Sheraton!
