Needed a last minute place to stay and the price was right! It was a charming place to stay with a neat and tidy room. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Stayed here for 1 night on our way up to Cervinia. Close to Malpensa airport, approx 15 min drive, plenty of parking, had a late flight but desk still manned at 23.30. Family room for 2 adults and 2 kids was perfect. Good sleep followed by a lovely breakfast. Several supemarkets nearby (we used Lidl) to stock up before driving up to the mountains. Great price for 4 people inc breakfast.

We had an issue upon arrival, and Francesca, who helped check us in, also arranged for assistance for us which we would not have been able to accomplish ourselves. She was phenomenal.Once checked in and the issue on the way to resolution, Dalila was attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful during our stay.
Based on our experiences with these two women alone, we would return to Oleggio. But the stay in the hotel was comfortable and the surrounding area beautiful, so we would return to continue to explore Oleggio and its surrounds.

When we went out to ask someone, no one was available. We also could not turn off the air con, which made us all quite cold as we slept. This hotel is much better than many 4 star hotels we stayed in Italy. It is well maintained, organized, super clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff is polite and helpful. Breakfast has many good varieties, and dining options are available. If you have a car, the hotel is only 15 minutes away from Malpensa Airport. It has free private parking. The location is only good if you are flying in and out from Malpensa. Otherwise it is far from city and costly.

The hotel controls the heating system from the front desk and even if it’s really cold they won’t allow the temperature to go above 22. But they also won’t provide blankets. There was a vert thing blanket and that’s all. There are no options for vegans in their restaurant and there is no much around unless you have a car a can drive to a restaurant few miles away.

Beautiful hotel. Even though its next to a main road you cant hear anything. I travelled with 1 child and had the option of a double or twin room. When we arrived to the room i was shocked i was given a double room and also a twin room which was attached so not just 1 balcony but 2. Very clean and comfortable. The only 1 thing i disliked was being in a room next to the lift i could hear it all night up and down and opening and closing. I should of mentioned it so not the hotels fault and if you can sleep through noise its absolutely fine. The staff are wonderful and the food and drinks are delicious. Its also not a far walk to the local train station or town. Loved my stay here wish it could of been for longer!!! Thanks for a wonderful stay

A gem in the suburb town of Oleggio right next to the airport. Clean and updated facility and comfortable bed. Really appreciate the family room with two twin beds and one queen. Everyone slept comfortably before our flight.
