Room was clean but bed like a rock very hard and uncomfortable, my son and I did not have a restful sleep only painful backs. Food limited mostly vegetables although good if you want to slim down, not good for a fussy eater, not much snacks before meals.

Staff were kind but we had a mishap on the first day. They needed to put us up in a lower tier hotel. You’ll need to manage expectations if you’re used to Mexico style all inclusives. Otherwise the food was decent. The gym was bare bones. English is not a dominant language. Worth staying if you’re in Antalya for whatever purpose. The process of obtaining a beach towel is a bit absurd, requiring a 10 Euro deposit. Beach area was a bit far from the hotel complex but a pleasant walk in any case by the boardwalk. Location is probably the best in the city. It’s about a 5 minute taxi to the old city or a 35-40 min walk along the boardwalk.

I came to this hotel for a few days with my mates, and we were honestly targeted. Room was dirty, pool was dirty, we somehow all got stung by a wasp in the pool and there were dead insects in the water. It was disgusting. The hotel staff do not care and will not tend to your needs.

I am attaching a picture of a disgusting man, who shouted at us for walking around the lobby shirtless. We didn’t know there was a rule about not taking shirts off. He just fully screamed at us. We then went to sit in the lobby with our shirts on this time, and my friend was tired so he put his leg up on the couch (as others were doing, infact some people were sleeping on them) and the same staff member came and shouted at him to get up. We then refused and argued back as he was being disgusting. Avoid this hotel.

Terrible rooms , everything broken. Cleanliness is questionable.
Advertised , entertainment, bars and nightclubs of which it has none.
Wife booked a massage , next day showed up we were told the spa staff ran off, didn’t offer any compensation on what we already paid. 70 USD.

Imagine being robbed at a 5 star hotel😭
Food is below average basically a prison eating schedule, if you aren’t there you don’t get fed.

Room service non existent, the mini bar in your room doesn’t exist. It’s a ghost town and I see why. You will find yourself walking around alone in an empty shell of a resort that could’ve been good.

I wish I had read reviews before staying here, I had already been in turkey for 2 weeks didn’t pay attention. All reviews are terrible.

1.5-2.5 star hotel max. 5 star hotel in the late 80s maybe.

A merely 3 stars hotel

The hotel is old, and it’s not a 5 stars hotel, mostly 3 with a pool. The staff is friendly. The room service will pass by your room and if you had the do not disturb sign they will never comeback even if they passed a 10. We left the room no later than 10 but they didn’t clean it for 2 times during our stay. The breakfast buffet is very poor, coffee is bad and the juices are powder not natural. Don’t use the pool because you will get a skin rash. The worst thing is the elevator, you spend at least half an hour of your day waiting for it. Believe me I’m not exaggerating.

The staff were rude. There were only one lady who spoke English and was really rude. The room service does not speak English. You have to take your laundry to the reception without laundry bag. The blankets had stains and smelled horrible. The phone in the room didn’t work. The key card wasn’t working.

Worse hotel ever!

Our first night was terrible there, they gave us a room with two single beds and when i requested a double room they said they were fully booked and i had to wait till the next day. The next day when i went to the reception they said the night shift manager usually says this to everyone and they they dont have a double bed. I had to wait another night and meanwhile they put our two double beds together and said "problem solved." My husband developed severe back pains because of their inconvenience. The next day we were moved to another room with a leaking flush, broken shower head that i had to ask 4 times for them to come and fix, as well as a broken AC, which i had to request on a numerous of occasions for it to be fixed. The worse hotel i have been to, the food was disgusting and tasteless, leading us to go out and eat which led us to pay more. I ask them by the second day i wanted a refund and was happy to book another hotel. The Manager was utterly rude and said thats not our policy and they wont do anything about it. I even mentioned i was gonna give a bad review and he mentioned he doesnt care. The staff no longer cares for the hotel and its easily shown by the way they treat their customers. I ideally want a refund as this was suppose to be a honeymoon for us and i even mentioned this to the hotel staff, yet again they didnt care. I also booked a massage at the hotel which was awful, their shower had a massive cocroach. The place is run down and i want a refund!!!!

When we arrived we were impressed with the splendour of the building. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was disappointing, the food was repetitive and poor quality. There were many flea ridden cats in the restaurant, climbing on tables stealing food and generally a nuisance. The hotel was predominantly occupied by Russians who’s needs were catered for more than any other nationality (Russian music predominant around the pool, reps only interested in Russian guests activities).
When we booked there was no option for all inclusive but when we made enquiries at the hotel the cost was ridiculously high as we were already room, breakfast and evening meal.
We will not be staying there again.

Close to/overlooking the beach (but not on the beach).
Close to the old town.
Two lovely grey parrots skilled in attracting guests and entertaining them. They're probably the best staff members.

Cons:
The staff doesn't speak English. In fact, they don't speak any language other than Turkish. So much for a resort! So much for a country that wants to attract tourists from all around the world!
The staff is ignorant in the basic principles of customer service and tourism. For instance, at the front desk, there's no such thing as a line, a greeting smile, or an attempt to help resolve issues. The words "sorry," "please," "thank you," have not yet entered their dictionary and are not part of the daily vocab!
no AC!!! The entire facility didn't have a working AC. They use portable AC units in the lobby. Good luck getting cold air in your room.
No WiFi!!! The WiFi signal is so weak, it's virtually nonexistent. You cannot get a signal in the dinning area, the hallway, or even out side the bedroom.
Found ants and a cockroach in our room.
The staff if not forthcoming when a problem arises. They try to cover it up with promises and excuses when all they have to do is apologize and give a discount.
We paid for a suite, ended up cramped in the bedroom because the central AC was not working. There was a window unit in the bedroom which was leaking condensation water at all times. Why do you put a window unit if you have central AC?!
What a joke...

The location was great and the check in was very smooth even though we arrived late. The amenities were perfect and view were beautiful. The spa is highly recommended.
Just breakfast was disappointing. No fruits and waffles or pancakes which kids expected. Also we had a problem with the check out staff. He turned out to be very rude and that ruined our last day.

The food is something to be desired , the hotel is basically tired! The front desk staff are very helpful and made the stay that much more bearable . Not worth paying t be fully inclusive as you will eat out. It is a pity because I imagine it was once a lovely hotel, the grounds could be wonderful and the area around / sea and parks are lovely . wifi didn't work very well - so perhaps a good place to take kids ;)

I did not enjoy my stays.
The hotel announced that there is a daily activity’s next to pool and an animated show and there was a huge board with the timing but in fact nothing was there, I tried to ask the reception in this regard but they never answered or help.
We booked for all exclusive but we get bored as there lunch buffet was exactly the same as the dinner
The safety concerns was not as expected for 5 stars hotel, I slipped while I was walking because of oil spill in dinner time. I was in pain, and no one paid any attention to that. Until I asked them more than once to clean the floors so that no one else falls.
The room was big and clean and comfortable
There was no WiFi connection in the entire hotel
The outdoor swimming pools was big and clean, but we did not see and indoor swimming pool as the mention in their page.

If your English speaking or basically not Russian do not stay at the hotel, the staff are awful they talk and assume your Russian the other guests are all Russian and are very rude, the food is basic nothing special or 5*, the biggest issue was wifi THERE IS NO CONNECTION IN ANY ROOMS, we had to always sit in the lobby to get some connection which was very annoying they did not mention you can't connect in the rooms. They did not clean the rooms everyday we would have to ask so they could do it, all in all I had the worst experience ever, for a 5* hotel it was terrible, never in my life have I ever been so insulted by staff members the customer service is awful they do not acknowledge you when your at the desk they ignore you it was disgusting NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!

The hotel is in an excellent location. It has spectacular view & facilities are quite high standard and top of the range.
There is a shuttle that takes you from/to the beach throughout the day. The hotel has also a beautiful inside/outside park with the a lake for those who enjoy peaceful quite walk and relaxing in the park.
The hotel is enjoyable and relaxing especially it facilitates of all kind of people from Business, leisure, Families etc.
Also they have excellent variety of entertainment and food and drink.
Also the management are there to help if you are unhappy with any service or having issues with the hotel in general.
You do not require to go outside because they cater for all your needs and I recommend to book 'All inclusive option' to enjoy fully.
It also not far from Malls and the main shops/market area & city center of Antalya & the Marina

The worst experience of my life

Poor service, the place smells bad, the floor is sticky, they charged me one extra night and they refused to refund me, the laundry took one shirt for two days and never brought it back and when I asked them about when I checked out they said we don't know, the mini bar is broken and the ac never cold, I don't recommend this hotel at all, the breakfast area smelled like rotten food, never ate there, lack of workers and it takes forever to check in or check out and you will have to stand the whole time because there is no place to sit at the reception.

I stayed here because the price was right and it is next to the Sheraton where I had a convention. Breakfast was average with lack of bowls every morning and cats begging for food. The buffett dishes ran out at dinner and it took forever to get htem refilled. Therre was water dripping on my carpet from the air conditioner. Overall just an adequate place and i would not stay there if I had another choice.

Oda servisi var denilen otelde sadece Bolonez soslu makarna, tavuk ızgara ve köfte servis edebildiklerini söylediler. Kızım için ısmarladığım bolonez soslu makarna, kalmış ve kokan tavuk etini andıran garip parçalarla dolu bir sos ile geldi. Gece vakti mahalledeki bir lokantadan gidip kendim yemek alıp gelmek zorunda kaldım. Odalar klima ile ısıtılıyor. Klimayı belli bir ısının üzerine ayarlamak için önce resepsiyona derdinizi anlatmanız onların derdinizi teknik servise aktarması ve size yeniden dönüş yapması gerekiyor ve kapatırken de yine teknik servise ulaşmak gerekiyordu. Resepsiyondaki tüm görevliler yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor, fakat otel bir turizm tesisi olamayacak durumda. Çok sahipsiz, bakımsız ve hijyenden uzak.

Das Hotel würde noch nicht mal 1 Stern bekommen. Altes, dreckiges Hotel. Badezimmer katastrophal, es gibt nur Bäder, keine Duschen und die sind alle kaputt, Duschkopf kommt so wenig Wasser raus. Wenn man duscht wird der ganze Boden nass. Klima funktioniert einwandfrei. Personal sehr nett. Das Essen ist katastrophal. Für eine angebliche 5 Sterne Hotel gibt es jeden Tag das gleiche zu essen ohne Geschmack. Kein Fleisch, nur Hähnchen oder Putenfleisch. Service gibt es auch nicht, jeder muss sich selber bedienen. Swimmingpool sehr dreckig. Insgesamt ist die Anlage schön groß, aber renovierungsbedürftig. Keine Animation oder Unterhaltung, nichts was beschrieben wurde. Ich würde nie wieder dahin gehen.

Worst hotel in Antalya

Please stay away from this horrible hotel. The staff should not be working with humans and the hotel is in a bad condition. Stay safe. The hotel owner is a very bad guy. They destroyed our holiday.

L’hôtel est vétuste et sale.
L’espace piscine n’est pas nettoyé régulièrement et donc de la nourriture et des boissons traînent sur les tables.
La chambre n’est pas propre.
L’espace fitness ne comporte pas d’eau ni de fontaine et vous devez apporter vous même vos serviettes.
La nourriture le matin est ennuyeuse.
Bref mauvais sejour
