Our room was very hot when we got there. We opened the window to get some fresh air and a security alarm kept saying “video surveillance”. We had to close the window. We turned on the ac. The light from the thermostat was so bright it lit up the entire room. The sink was outside the bathroom so there is no privacy for brushing your teeth, washing, or shaving. The refrigerator leaked and I stepped in a puddle of water in the middle of the night. There was a pile of hair in the corner of the bathroom and the tub had some makeshift patchwork thing in the bottom. The carpets were generally very dirty. We were pretty disappointed overall and had we been staying more than one night we probably would have gone to another hotel.

The staff was very helpful, we had some strange noises in the night, not from other guests but it had been from the mechanical room we were next to, when we mentioned the noise the staff was concerned and did what the could and needed to make our stay better.
The pool and pool area looked clean, we didn't visit but could see from our room.
The breakfast had very few options, waffle, cereal and a yogurt, coffee and juice. But the area was clean.
The location of the hotel is great, and we will stay again when in the area.

Pool looked dirty, and it is not heated and there is no spa or hot tub. The breakfast was the worst we have every experienced. No bread or toaster. No eggs. Supposed to be batter for making waffle. Empty the entire time we stayed and when ask if they can replace it the woman only said one word \"NO\" ! When I complained the office said she doesn't speak English. No apologies. When asked for clean towels we are told you must bring the others back before we give you others. Had to almost beg for toilet paper. The woman on days in the office accused my granddaughter and her husband of \"trespassing\" even thought they were staying with me and I had paid extra for 4 people in room. Room keys didn't work and we had to keep asking for others. They give the HOMELESS rooms for up to 21 days so the place is FULL of sketchy looking people. Not many tourists stay there. It is close to everything movies, and stores many restaurants of every kind close enough to walk and if you want you can take city bus down to the Ferry and go to San Francisco, but it stops running at 10pm If you stay here just know it reasonably priced but no amenities whatsoever. It is clean enough but not exactly a tourist hotel per se!

We requested clean towels since we wanted to shower after arriving from six flags. We opted out of housekeeping that day so we didn’t get clean towels by choice as we didn’t want anyone in the room. We had the intention of requesting the towels before we showered. The attendant said I had to come get the towels and he still would have to check if he had any clean towels available. We have done this at different hotels with no issues. Not very convenient. Not even sure I believed the attendant, he probably just didn’t want to do it since it was an inconvenience to him.

We arrived after 10pm on a Saturday night. The entire hallway smelled of weed and cigarettes. It was stuffy and stinky. After 7hrs of driving we were too tired to go anywhere else. We were checked in quickly and went to our room. Opened the door to a well used, dirty room. Went back downstairs and was given another room. The hallways smelled of drugs and was extremely hot. Our room according to the wall AC was 80*. The hallway was hotter. It took about 2hrs to cool down. We did open the window and every time someone walked through the complimentary parking, parking lot just outside, the eye in the sky announced “you are being recorded”. I could not determine which was worse… waiting for ac to kick in with window closed or keeping the window open and listening to the robot recording all night.
The bedding and pillows were fresh and the room was clean but the air did smell. If you are allergic to smoke etc do not stay here. If you need a budget friendly place and need just to sleep and get back on the road this is still a pass/no go. It was barely clean and far from “comfort”. I want a refund. Do yourself a solid and pass on this hotel.

You get what you pay for: The towel issue was an inconvenience- having to turn in all used towels to get a refreshed set; there was also an issue with hot water, so I got up two hours earlier at 430 am to have a warm shower. Night shower was cold; direct tv service didn’t work on my final night; lastly I saw a roach in my bathroom on my last day there. You get what you pay for.

As someone who prioritizes cleanliness this is a great match, the area surrounding the hotel is not very family friendly which is not a fault of the hotel, which brought some not top tier guests. However the room itself was spotless, bathroom is old but clean, everything else was great. Not a spot on the sheets or pillows. Towels were fluffy and clean. Bed comfortable.

Breakfast has great waffles, there weren’t any protien options but fruit, yogurt, juice and cereal were great.

Biggest concern was Wifi was touch and go, plus the service in the area was bad, couldn’t work from the hotel, but basic wifi was okay.

Would probably return if returning to the area.

Got to the room and there was still rotting food in the room. The lady at the desk did upgrade us but even the suite looked terrible. Honestly very uncomfortable being there overall.

Mini-fridge squeaked every 2 hours walking me up
The shower tub felt squishy like I could fall through at any moment.
And do not get room 211 -- elevator noise is horrendous
A different room without problems would have been a good review.

The only positive was cheap.The morning service was terrible from the man with the glasses and peppered facial hair and room that looked like it was falling apart. It was dirty and I saw 3 cockroaches and was greeted by ants every morning in the shower.

Yes , the only thing don't like the small pillows woke up with neck pain. Because the pillows are small and when you move around at night you loose the pillow from under you neck. I have neck problems and it was very uncomfortable, basically with no pillow.

Pros: bed was the best bed I’ve ever had in a hotel, I slept like a baby. The rooms were quiet and again, super comfortable. Housekeeping never bothered me during the day and I was sleeping during every day while working night shift. Ice maker worked, breakfast had great options, loved the gym and the laundry facility was also really appreciated. The air conditioner/fan/heater worked great.
Cons: there were ants all over my shower every day, I have a video of them crawling out of the walls. Yuck. The hot water never truly got hot, I could take a warm shower but the water would never get hot. The hotel overall was dated, and could use an update.
So, would I stay again? Probably mainly for how quiet it was and the great bed! Never had a bad experience with staff either.

Did not care for the cleanliness of the lobby. I was first in after opening at 6:30. The floor area at the waffle station was sticky. My shoes were sticking to the floors. The Large waffle maker griddle was not cleaned. Had burnt residue on hot plate that transferred to my waffle that was made. It was not edible and was thrown out. Our stay was for two days. We did not get maid service the next morning. Had to ask for towels. The beds were hard, not comfortable at all.

Dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in. They had left the window open to try and air out a horrible smell. I had to leave it open just to sleep. It's right next to a busy freeway that was ridiculously loud. I got in late so just tried to deal with it figuring they would at least clean it in the morning. Nope. No house keeping at all the next day. Lesson learned. Never again!

The property was very clean from the exterior to the rooms. There were plenty of major department stores and restaurants in the area and it is close to Six Flags. The only reason I didn’t give it an excellent is because the continental breakfast was a little lacking being in California you would expect some fresh fruit. An elderly gentleman was trying to ask the lady restocking if they had eggs and she blatantly ignored and then did the whole I don’t speak English ordeal when he wouldn’t stop asking.

Great Location!

The pool was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. The only issue I had was there was never anyone at the front desk when you had a question. When you request for your room to be serviced, it takes them a very long time to respond. They don’t have a quarter machine for the washing machine either. You have to purchase a $10 roll of quarters from the front desk. They only have one ice machine. I would stay here again. The location is great. Tons of food places nearby and a CVS.

We needed a late check in and called ahead to let them know we would be there later. It took about 30 minutes to check in and we went up to the room they assigned us. When we opened the door we were greeted by a horrible smell. We turned the light on and people were in the room sleeping! The man jumped out of the bed ready to fight and we got out of there as soon as we could. This is so unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Car got broken into while parked in there parking lot and stuff got stolen and they refused to even give us a box or duct tape to drive 3 hours home with a window completely broken window so we could make due with our 5 kids. There was no manager and they refused video footage of the parking lot. The bed had little white spiders and the breakfast is absolutely disgusting and wasn’t refilled so a lot was out. Made our 6 flags trip awful.
Would never ever recommend or go back.
