The first night we stayed, we were in the first building. It was beautiful and clean. I was traveling with a service dog and the next night, we were moved to a “pet friendly” room. What a downgrade. This room was located in the 2nd building. It smelled horribly of dirty dog and there were only what I could assume to be long term residents out working on their vehicles in the parking spaces right next to our room. The breakfast is literally packaged muffins and bananas. The upside was each room had a nice hot shower with great water pressure and it was in a location convenient to what we were visiting for. I would probably not stay again.

The staff here is always very nice and accommodating. This is my go to spot when I visit my family. It's super close to the interstate with a 24 hr gas station on the way! A few nearby food options, 😜 including an Arden's Garden so really it's perfect for me. For the price, it really is great. Plus my dog can stay with me there when he travels with me.

This property was okay the room we stayed in was okay the only thing i didnt like was that the sheets and towels all had stains on them and when we got to the room the air wasnt on so it was hot but after a while with the air running it was good. They should prep the room for arrivals and invest in new sheets and towels.

Check in was as usual. The front desk agent was very nice and informative. The room, I checked and the first thing you will notice is the smell. You have to turn on the ac to circulate the air. I did not like what I saw after I turned down the beds, and requested another room, which was not a problem. The night clerk questioned why I did not check the room before I turned down the beds. We are guests not quality assurance management. I did not have time to inspect the room in full until the beds were turned down close to midnight.
The second room was a bit equivalent and we checked out that morning.

The clerk that check me in was very nice and cordial... The room was missing light bulbs but they came and replace it. the room above 121 was noisy all day and nite thats horrible...the bed sheet was dirty with holes on it...thats nuts!! the second came back at around 10pm and wanted to take a shower but no towels! I went to the desk and asked for towels and the clerk says we can bring it in the morning. Seriously?
I got mad, although she ended up getting towels.
The sheets were changed from the previous night although the bathtub was not clean. Do a better job!

Don’t waste your time…

Overnight stay while moving. Parking should have been easy but was not. The room was old, we were asked to put down a cash deposit for the night - which was weird. We chose this hotel because it offered a hot breakfast. There was no hot breakfast, only coffee was hot-ish. We checked out somewhat early that day and still only had the choice of a mini muffin and a banana. We won’t be back.

The room was very clean and nice but the remote to the tv didn’t work neither did the air conditioner. I went out to eat and got back to the room and it was still warm. I could have called but it was late and I’m sure no one in house keeping or maintenance was working. So I just managed it. Also another guest was working on his car and was very noisy.

I got to the hotel about midnight. I only stayed for like four hours. I had a family emergency I had to leave because my father died and this hotel is charging me the full prices if I stay stay there. The whole time but I really didn’t. I checked in on the 16th and I checked right back out on the 17th and the hotel refused to give me my money back every time I call they keep talking about the manager the manager but the manager is never there, and they never return my phone call, it is really sad how they stealing people money you know I checked out within four hours of me checking in, so why would you try to make me pay for a full state and I did not stay a full state, very unprofessional, and I will never book with them again

Unsatisfactory room, smoke smell in a non smoking room, stained sheets and stained bathroom towels. It was uncomfortable staying somewhere that wasn't clean.

Yes its an inn, but a clean room and clean sheets and towels are basics necessities for running any room and board no matter what the price is. The beds looked like people stepped on them with shoes on and the furniture had crud on them.

My boyfriend has asthma and cannot tolerate smoke in the rooms and it’s just unpleasant to smell smoke when neither of us are smokers to begin with. The staff was attentive when I asked for a new room however it cannot make up for the state of their rooms.

I normally doesn’t do a review but my room was horrible. So when I got into my room the scent hit me. It was a smell like the room had been sitting up and the furniture or was like old so it gave it an old smell. The pillow cases and spread was dirty looking. I looked at the tub hair follicles was in the tub. I immediately called the front seat. The guy was very nice he didn’t get no type of attitude with me. He asked did I wanted to change rooms or get someone to come and change the bedding and clean the tub. I told him yes. So he put me in another room. This other room had a horrible odor and fruit flies but not bad but I just couldn’t get right at all. I left there went to family dollar and bought some Lysol, Lysol cleaning wipes, a throw blanket, and a candle. I took a shower left came back after the graduation party was over. When I got back in my room the smelled hit even worse. At that point I didn’t even worry about lighting a candle. I slipped on some jogging pants and a top and told myself to leave early as possible in the morning. I couldn’t sleep I slept on top of the covers with my thrower and my guy friend called me and I told him what was going on. So I basically left Douglasville early this morning around 5 AM going back home. I couldn’t sleep and I couldn’t take the room. Not to mention they have the nerve of asking you to do a $25 deposit. For what!? I don’t think too many people would wanna stay there wants what’s in that room.

Checked in, go to room. To find 2 dirty beds, nasty bathtub and on the sink was a used washcloth and soap.
Took pictures and Went back to the office. Shows the attendant the pictures, she sent me to another room. Same thing, it was nasty. Told her i could not stay there. She asked me to let her put me in another room. Reluctantly I did, sure enough it was the same.
I left and had to go get a room at another hotel.

The first hostess was nice & changed our room due to a wasp nest right outside but later in the 2nd room when I discovered the fridge wasn’t working (and the drier by the pool didn’t work…after I spent $4 on 2 cycles), the host then just laughed & didn’t compensate whatsoever. My son and I had no clothes whatsoever. Also, breakfast was only cereal and muffins & an empty milk jug.

If you're on a tight budget, you may consider this to be a reasonable accommodation. If you are accustomed to nice hotels, this is definitely not it. You get what you pay for. The place is fairly clean, but could use some renovation. There were a few weirdos hanging around back, so I felt safer leaving my car around front, closer to the street. They have a teeny tiny continental breakfast. In summary, a nice cheap motel!

The surrounding area is fairly nice, with lots of restaurants. A quick eight-mile ride down the freeway takes you to Six Flags.

It was too unsettling to check into a hotel with outside entrances. The bathroom was very nice - elongated toilet, new/clean tile and tub, fantastic water pressure in the shower. Room had a good working microwave and mini-fridge. Nice TV - good cable. The beds were on the smallish-size for queens - more like doubles. Pillows were meh. For a motel, this was as expected. The down-side came from the other guests - several were smoking pot in their rooms or right out in front, and lots of banging around / doors opening and closing throughout the night disrupted our sleep.

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at when traveling back and forth to visit family. The smoke detector was ripped out of the ceiling. There were cigarette ashes everywhere. The room was worse than an ashtray. It was dirty, sticky stuff all over the tables and cigarette holes in sheets and bedspreads. If I weren’t scared to go back to the office at such a late hour, we would have left. There were prostitutes in the parking lot too.

Upon arrival I had to not only put my credit card down for any damages, but there was also a $25 cash refundable deposit I had to give. Good thing i had it on hand, but normally i dont carry cash with me. Throughout the night there were gunshots closeby that could be heard and overall creepy people hanging around. There were junk stored under the stairs throughout the property. The rooms looked like they tried to update the decour, but overall still looked outdated. Not worth the price at all when you are scared you might not wake up to a full functioning car.

This “motel” is not worth the price. Rooms smell like cigarettes even though I got a non-smoking room. Rooms were not very clean and beds were not comfortable. Customer service is absolutely horrible do not expect anything different. If you have the money to stay else where please do.
