No Elevator. ADA Compliance? Breakfast was fair in today's world. Really Friendly Lady that was on 2-10 pm. Convenient for our stay to See the USN and MC Blue Angels. Has a pool and a Jacuzzi even though we didn't have time to enjoy them.

The room was basic with beds, clean linen, refrigerator, TV, and microwave. Breakfast was also OK. The shower pressure was extremely weak along with the shower head. While basically clean, repair was needed for holes on the walls and the night stand, almost coming off the wall.

Ok hotel. No Elevator. Two Disabled Folks Given a Top Room , said they couldn't accommodate us. A very nice busy lady helped us graciously on 2-10 Shift during Air Show Weekend Friday and Saturday evening. Get an escalator or an elevator. Convenient location. Muffins are excellent at breakfast, Waffle Maker kept the waffles sticking on the maker
I could use a deeply discounted rate my next two night stay. I didn't pay with Monopoly Money either.

All metallic surfaces including the chrome-plated hardware in the bathroom and table lamps in the bedroom were corroded with rust. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The parking lot was filthy trashy, and in need of the services of a competent landscaper. The windows in the room needed cleaning. The furniture in the dining area was nasty. The Clarion Hotel should get this property updated or unload it from it from the Clarion fleet. Breakfast was bland and tasteless. Your location is terrible. Who thought it was a good idea to have your lobby entrance facing the dumpsters and used grease containers from the restaurant? When in the parking lot you can smell them. All door frames in the hall are in dire need of paint.

First off there is no elevator and we were on the 2nd floor. It seems as though this was a renovation that is not totally complete. The bathtub was all scratched up and sink didn’t drain properly. The carpets in hallways were old and paint spattered on it. It certainly was not up to what I paid. Staff was nice and breakfast was fine. Would not stay there again!!

There was no one at the front desk upon check in. A sign indicated to please ring bell for service. Which I did, then waited over 5 minutes with no one to check us in.
After driving for over 5 hours, I just wanted to check in and relax. I finally had to call the hotel to get someone to come and check me in.

We had a really great stay at this hotel! The indoor pool and hot tub were definitely a highlight—both were clean, relaxing, and the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The breakfast was also really good with plenty of options, and everything was fresh and well stocked.

The hotel itself was very clean, which is always a big deal to me, and the staff did a great job keeping everything nice and welcoming. Another huge plus was the location—it was close to everything we needed, making it super convenient for getting around without having to drive far.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay.

Floor in room was dirty and had to request it to be mopped even after housekeeping cleaned the room. Mildew and mold visible in shower and room smelled like mold. Nightstand was bent and barely hanging on the wall.

The hotel itself is in a decent area. It felt safe. The staff at check in were wonderful. However, the room was dirty and had not been cleaned well for some time. The shower was disgusting with soap scum and hair on the walls. The floor looked like it wasn’t swept or mopped after the last occupant left. The bedding was clean and smelled fine but otherwise the cleanliness was awful.

My daughter‘s Apple Watch was stolen while we were out for the day on Saturday. I forgot to put the do not disturb sign up stating no housekeeping services would be requested. Additionally, our fire alarm had been removed from our wall and was sitting in a drawer, and we did not realize that until our second morning. The lady who runs the breakfast is incredibly rude and suggested we fill a water bottle for my daughter in the bathroom instead of her being willing to fill it from the kitchen sink right behind her. Waiting for a callback from management, will update if anything has been addressed.

The room was clean. Although, it was not as described in the booking app. The accessible room was supposed to have a roll in shower. I asked the desk attendant about this prior to entering the room. She said “uh-huh”. Upon examining the room, I returned to the desk and told her about the shower and showed her what my reservation said. She said it was handicapped accessible and that they didn’t have any rooms like the one described in the booking. The breakfast was decent enough with the scrambled eggs being a bit dry and the sausage overcooked. I was only there for one night, so I didn’t really experience any other amenities.

The tub had a ring around it. The floor had clearly not been mopped as there was a brown drink spot under the side of one of the beds. And no do not disturb sign for the door, which lead to the cleaning people getting into my room. The person at the desk for check in was not friendly and didn't say anything she didn't have to.

The entire lobby smelled of marijuana when I checked in and then the halls smelled of it the next morning. The rooms seemed nicely remodeled not too long ago, so the effort was there, but the floors especially were filthy. The snack/grocery area was very cool - lots of variety. The staff seemed nice enough. We had to constantly ask for coffee to be replenished during the breakfast buffet. I checked out a day early.

This property had roaches bugs bedbugs. The staff was rude. It was horrible. Going in you would’ve thought different but once you got there and stayed in a room, you’d know better. As long as the lights were off, you didn’t see the bug of the roaches, but when the lights came on, and you turned on a little heat, they went crawling.

This is second time we came that you could smell weed. First time was first Fri night of October that we smelled it. We stay here 2 times every month. Second time was today (10-17-25). Not as bad this time, but last time it was Soo bad we woke up with headaches. Thinking of maybe trying another hotel.

I went down to the lobby around 6:30 am for coffee. There was not a regular coffee container available. I asked the front desk attendant if there was coffee and she shouted “ITS BEING MADE!” Not the best reaction to hear/feel at 6:30 in the morning.. I will never stay at this hotel again. Also this made things very uncomfortable for my child that was with me.

The whole hotel was dirty. The AC wasnt on when he got to the room at Midnight. Was told by the front desk \"it will cool down eventually\". The bathroom had hair in several spots, the tub was dirty and the floor was nasty. I dont recommend this place.

Upon entering room, we immediately noticed multiple baby roaches crawling near the fridge and desk. The front desk receptionist was accommodating to get us a different room, which was clean and we did not notice any roaches. Our 2nd room had broken window curtains so street lights shone through window all night. Lots of breakfast options. No elevator for 2nd floor.

Property outside is very unkept with lots of litter.
Room was dirty, damaged place on wall, terrible smell and no smoke detector. Got a second room and it was no better. When we came back to room after a wedding around 10:30pm, the room next door was playing loud music and the staff made no attempt to correct it. We ended up NOT staying the night and driving home!

We have stayed here 3 other times because the beds are comfortable. This time was the worst- there was rust on our bathroom floor, a dirty used washcloth in the shower and sticky mess in the fridge. They were so understaffed, we waited in line just to ask a question and check in was very slow. The whole place reeks of weed now.

This is 3 rd time staying at this hotel in 6 months and the ice machine is still broken. The only ice machine available is on the 2nd floor. However we are senior citizens and we would have to climb stairs since the hotel does not have an elevator. I think at this point it is time to buy a new ice maker since the hotel is usually at full occupancy when we stay there.
