We had the room looking right towards the ocean which was beautiful. Room was clean and simply appointed. Pillows are a bit flat so we asked for an extra. Comfortable bed. They have a cute bar and seating area both inside and out — but no bar service. Would be great to have a small happy hour to enjoy the eclectic and pretty setting. When we asked for ice they weren’t too happy but got some from their personal freezer. They have no supplies for the beach like chairs, towels or umbrellas which is helpful for travelers. I asked for an extra bath towel and was told no. One person let us throw some trash in the hotel can but another told us to use the neighboring apartment cans. We could’ve left everything in the room but felt we should clean up ourselves. The hosts were friendly enough as long as you kept within their quirks. Some parking in their small lot which we were fortunate to get a spot most times.

Our host was helpful and friendly enough. There was room for our rental vehicle in the street. Very close ti the airport, we took the electric bikes there to rent a car. The room was tiny but we didn’t spend much time there. We loved coffee at the Copenhagen coffee bar conveniently located around the corner. We didn’t get one of the rooms facing the water, I would make sure to request it if I were to go again. They have lovely balconies and ours had none. We would have sat out there in the evening if we’d have got one.

This was an okay stay. The hotel is about 20-30 minute drive from the center of Nice, for those who forget to check before you book. The hotel had a really unpleasant smell. At the end, it felt like I was getting rushed out to check out even though i still had an hour of my stay. The staff were not the friendliest. The room was good for two people and the shower pressure was great. It also has free parking! I’d stay somewhere else next time, but its okay if you are staying for a night or two.

I rented a car from Nimes; I traveled Arles and St. Remy before I came to this hotel. The receptionist greeted me, and said, “I am the manager and owner of this property.” which I didn’t ask. He emphasized to close the property gate; otherwise, it would be trouble. He answered my questions, I felt like he was a little bit bossy. Later, I told I would park my car in the street. Then, I changed my mind to park in the property because I am not sure if the area is safe to park. (He told me, I can park in the property or on the street ) With that reason, I tried to park my car in the property. He asked me why I did not park on the street. The tone of his voice was offensive and rude to me in my perspective. He told me, since my parking skill is not good, park in the street. Also, he demanded me to carry my luggage to hotel after parking; others possibly would take the parking spot. So I said, I will unload my luggage first in the property then, I will park my car in the street. Next day morning, same guy was at the reception desk. He asked if I would like to the linens to be changed. So I said, I would liked to have more towels. He told me, “ You can’t take towel to the beach.” The way he talked me was nonsense, like I got caught on taking towels to the beach. So I told him, I even don’t think about bring hotel towel to the beach. Towel was thin.It was damp after using it last night, I wanted to use fresh one. Later he apologized me; offered free coffee. Unpleasant experience.

We stayed here for two nights when going to two World Cup rugby games in Nice. It was a comfortable stay with an enjoyable walk to the local train station and then taking the train to St Augustin to then take the tram to the stadium. All straight forward.

The room is comfortable, with a comfortable mattress. Personally I would have liked more than a sheet on the bed as my husband likes the air conditioning on and I then find it cold overnight.

The hotel is good value for money normally ( we paid much higher because of World Cup). It is what you would expect for this star of hotel. It could easily be further upgraded if the owners wished by updating the shower room and perhaps including tea/coffee and a small fridge for water. The balcony with sea view was a nice area to watch the world go by.

Nothing negative at all. Just make sure that the owner knows when you arrive. I recommend this property without any reservations.
For breakfast I recommend the Danish Coffee lab to the right as you exit the property. There is another bakery cafe on the left farther away that should be avoided. The blonde lady put water instead of milk in our latte! Didn’t know milk was so expensive in France.

The property offered free parking in their private lot. It was also about 10 mins to the Nice airport which made it convenient on our departure date. It was located within several minutes walking distance of several restaurants along the Route du Bord de Mer, which is the major street next to the water. The rooms and bathroom were a little small but very clean. The people at the front desk spoke and understood a limited amount of English. They do not have a computer and printer for public use. We would stay at this hotel again.

Charming Hotel One Block from Beach

Gorgeous Bay de Cannes is just down the street from this wonderful, relaxing hotel. Restaurants, stores, promenade, are right there, too. The city climbs hills to a medieval village accessible by free bus. Also, a Renoir museum nearby. Proprietors of hotel are gracious and accommodating. Breakfast is delightful.

Great non-smoking hotel, Friendly and helpful staff. Super clean and a minute walk from the beach and about a 8-10 min drive from the airport. Safe location but limited parking at the hotel. Free parking is also possible on nearby streets therefore not an issue. On the down side, you can easily hear people in the hallway and in adjacent bedrooms. Luckily it wasn't an issue during my stay. I recommend this hotel and will gladly return next time I'm in town.

This little hotel was perfect. One block from the sea, a very welcoming proprietor. It felt like everyone staying there were already friends (only 11 rooms). The room was simple but lovely. We only had one night to spend there but we absolutely want to make a return trip. It feels like its own destination! One lady I met was staying there for 3 weeks and had been returning for 10 years. This isn't super luxury, if that's what you're looking for, but it is a really lovely, welcoming, affordable hotel that you shouldn't pass up!

Hôtel convenable mais j’ai retrouvé de longs cheveux noirs jonchés au sol qui ne sont pas à moi. C’est quelque qui semble récurent. Il y a quelque chose qui a couru sur le faux plafond de la salle de bain.

La struttura di per sé non si presenta male, si trova a 2 passi dal mare e la zona è sicuramente piacevole, ma, personalmente, abbiamo avuto un problema con la pulizia delle lenzuola del letto e del bagno. Le lenzuola erano macchiate e gli albergatori si sono giustificati dicendo che non sono loro a lavare le lenzuola ma che si affidano a un ente esterno (sono state necessarie 3 lenzuola diverse per trovarne un set senza macchie); il bagno presentava capelli attaccati ai muri nella parte alta (non mi so spiegare come ci possano essere arrivati). Inoltre, trattandosi di un albergo in Costa Azzurra, ci si aspetta che almeno l’inglese non sia in problema, ma la signora che ci ha accolto non parlava nemmeno una parola di inglese. Non so dire se siamo stati sfortunati noi, ma questa è stata la nostra esperienza

Ein süßes kleines Hotel. Allerdings sind die Zimmer wirklich sehr klein, das Bett auch. Zu zweit hat man kaum eine Möglichkeit seine Koffer auszupacken/ zu öffnen.
Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt empfehlenswert, da es sauber ist und sehr gut gelegen, 5 min vom Strand entfernt :)
