I really enjoyed my 4- night stay here. You're in the heart of everything & steps from the beach. Hundreds of dining options & bars to choose from. Staff is courteous & friendly for all your needs. Weather was beautiful in late November & the water was warm enough to swim. My only ding - water for the shower was only warm, not hot. Other than that it was fantastic & I would stay here again.

Hotel is basically just a B&B but not bad value. Breakfast has loads of options but was very busy.
Great location.
There is parking at the side which is great. However, if you are a bad driver you will struggle as the access is very narrow.

I was pleasantly surprised that they didn’t ask for a credit card to hold incidental. Not sure if this is a Europe thing or just this hotel as I know this is done in hotels across North America

Ideal location. On entry to main reception it is clean, inviting and smells absolutely wonderful. If you are staying in the apartments then you are in for total contrast. The apartments are in a separate building. The apartments have definitely seen better days. The furniture is tired, the kitchen appliances are rusty and heavily marked. The floor is as sticky and there are many scratch marks. The bedding was clean and so were the towels.
The bathroom was dusty and rusty-not very appealing.
Side sea view was incredibly noisy with restaurants underneath.

Me and my family had a very disrupted sleep whole holiday.

Hotel knew about situation and did not warn anyone or offer any sort of compensation.

Property is also very unsafe, not child or disability friendly.

Families are placed on highest floor with dangerous balconies

The hotel is perfectly located near the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Nice and clean and majority of the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The only let down was that breakfast was not always hot, but staff were happy to heat it on request.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. We had a beach front view. The beach is just across the street. It is a very busy location. Evenings were very noisy. A lot of shops and restaurants to choose from. Parking is behind the building, very narrow access to the parking lot between 2 buildings and parking is very limited. During the race the whole area was blocked, so we had to park a few blocks away in a payed parking lot. The hotel staff didn't warn us about it. The breakfast was wonderfull, a lot of food to choose from. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks for the most delicious bread that they bake right there. Overall it is good location.

Terrible pointless waste of money

I book hotel.com with my trip first time worst trip in my entire life. I book 3 days sea view top floor. But 1st day I missed the flight so I went 2nd day the hotel say no room at all. Then I pay more 180£ just for few hours stay in different hotel. Then we went again the hotel next day they give me apartment not a room with sea view balcony. Totally pointless i book my my entire trip with hotel.com. Never in my life. So

+Very good and central location, near everything you want, few steps to the beach and the promenade, close to all cafes and restaurants, few minutes to the bus station, and just 15 minutes from the airport. with all basic facilities. and good breakfast, Although the room was a partial sea view the sight from the balcony was really amazing.
- The bathroom was clean, but we felt a little bit unpleasant smell.

Hotel is in a great location for the beach, restaurants, shops and easy to get to other Cyprus resorts via bus/taxi. I had a lovely room overlooking the sea front, The room was always clean and tidy, good air con, shower and TV. I felt very well looked after and safe, and the staff were really helpful. Thank you.

The only downside is the parking You cannot really rent a car as the parking lot is a dirt path and so tight to get into and there is no security so much garbage that my rental got a flat tire and it caused hell for my

Hotel is overselling itself - A disappointment

Your check in at the hotel at a nice foyer, but when you get the key you are lead round the corner to an apartment entry. The entry, lift and corridor is a bit gloomy. The room is clearly an apartment and does not feel like a hotel room.
Wifi was 1, max 2 bars, so difficult to use.
Parking is in the street, so no dedicated hotel parking.
When you look at the photos on website and you face the reality the Hotel is clearly over-selling itself.
A disappointment, so never again.

Perfect choice for early spring stay

Our family spent here very pleasant spring week. In that period (Feb/Mar) many hotels are closed and Les Palmiers Beach Hotel was a perfect choice. We were satisfied with overall service and helpfulness of the staff. Even the first day when we realised the door to balcony did not function perfectly, the hotel fixed the problem promptly. We appreciated the offer of local food for breakfast. Also the location is a great advantage - close to a nice beach, close to many restaurants, close to historic town centre, close to public bus station, so you can have a nice and rich stay in Cyprus even without renting a car.

Initial meet from reception was quick but very blunt. Room lovely and clean, bed slightly hard, bathroom warm as no AC. Water and coffee provided. Breakfast basic but adequate, service staff friendly. Check out in the morning by Mickey so helpful, provided beach towels, explained where bus stop for airport was (2 mins walk, €2, 10 minutes)
Biggest downside was no shower room, but showers 50 cent on beach and a small room to get ready in the hotel.
Overall nice hotel, slightly overpriced.

Fantastic location, right in the centre of the beach area, hundreds of eateries and all the shops of the little back streets. It is one of the cleanest places we've stayed at and one of the very few in the area offering free on-site parking (although a car is not essential with very easy access straight to/from the airport). Thoroughly recommend it.

You have to bear in mind that this is only a two star hotel, so the facilities are limited, but as we were there for just the one night before flying back home, this hotel was ideal.
The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean. The shower had hot water and plenty of it.
There was a kettle, together with complimentary tea, coffee and bottled water.
The room was air-conditioned, with a balcony and had a TV, but only with local foreign speaking channels except for a couple of English speaking news channels.
There is a small lift that takes 3 people + luggage to all floors.
Breakfast was included, but we had to leave very early, so cannot comment on the quality of the breakfast.
The beach is just across the road opposite the hotel. There are several snack bars, pubs and restaurants just outside the entrance.

Very good customer service and hospitality provided. Room is a bit small but has everything you need included - safe, fridge, tea/coffee as well as USB charging ports on the wall so if you did forget your chargers like we did this was the most functional feature to have in the room ! There is no microwave however staff were kind enough to allow us access to the microwave in the kitchen when needed ! Location is excellent , close to the beach and restaurants and private car park available.

Great location central to the beach, shopping, restaurant and bars. The hotel itself is extremely basic but not offensive- breakfast was okay.

I didn’t have any great expectations - I simply wanted somewhere to store my luggage and sleep with my own bathroom while I spent my time site seeing . There was a safe in the room which I was pleased about to keep my passport and valuables secure.

One thing I did find annoying was the blue light on my balcony could not be turned of by choice - it was on a timer well past midnight.

While you’re in Larnaca, if your lucky enough to be there on a Wednesday then do the free walking tour, which is scheduled from the tourist office.

The Hotel is clean and central. They serve very good breakfast! The beach is 1 min to go, the Lazar's Church is 10 min to go. They gave us all the services we needed, like printing out some documents or free ironing. Friendly hotel is perfect for a short stay. We had a small room. Maybe you can get bigger if wanna stay longer

A great one night stay

Arrived late and the front desk was very accommodating and helped with the luggage. They also assisted with the parking as their lot was already full. Got a room facing the beach and the main road on the 2nd or 3rd floor and had no problem sleeping that night. Full breakfast was great in the morning.

We had a sea view room. It had everything you would need but is not as plush as the photos look. Boutique just meant small and basic. The bathroom was really small and the beds really uncomfortable but having said all that over all we had a lovely stay. The breakfast was a good array. Great location. Exactly what we needed. My friend had no complaints other than the bed. I personally just felt the room lacked comfort but the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff although not overly friendly were helpful and not rude. I’d stay there again for sure.

Room was simple, yet clean. Balcony was a very nice feature. Hotel was quiet. The beds were the only thing I would like to see improved, but overall for a budget price it was much more than I expected.

The location and the view from the balcony with sea view is great. But annoying blue light at the balcony at night doesn't allow to enjoy it, as well as doesn't allow to sleep well because of cracks of light through the curtains.

I wish reception / staff smile more (they were a bit cold ).
Also, I booked superior double room: actually it was rather a queen size bed and not king: Wonder how two can fit ?
Also, room door make a very loud noise as the lock is “hard”

I loved the location n it’s clean but I believe I paid a bit more than I got.
Breakfast can have more options for the price I pay.
