Absolutley the worst hotel ever. Stole my money, overcharged me for rooms, double charged me at the bar and restraunt. Then when we complained, we were escorted out of hotel by police. They then kicked my mother out of the overcharged room. Who is 69 year old cancer patient. The most horrible experience. I have contacted attorney to sue foe theft.

Great location! 15 minutes from the airport and located right on the boardwalk- that can’t be beat! They had a live mariachi band at the bar area on Friday evening, which was fun! I really liked the layout of the room and the king size bed was very comfortable!

The room was old and in need of remodel. We didn't use the shower because it looked like the ceinling tile was going to fall in from a previous leak. Room service was good, restaurant was very good all of the staff were excellent but I feel the room is overpriced for as run down as it appeared.

Would have like “amenity fees” explained up front as bill was a surprise. Also, website should note that hotel is cash free- this was also not expected.

We were on the 7th floor, upon arriving the keys wouldn’t work. It took us 3 trips up and down before she would send someone up to help to realize the battery in the door lock wasn’t working. They replaced that and within 3 days the same thing happened. Waited 25 min for someone to come help leaving us to rush to get down to our uber waiting to take us to the airport

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was excellect. Most especially Evan{?} in the restaraunt. The only reason we deducted a star is for the dated bathtub that definetly needs a regrout and we lot hot water the night before we letf. Staf did offer to come up and attempt repair but we were tired. Nonetheless we do recommend this hotel.

It’s a great location with an awesome restaurant. It’s on the Riverwalk, yet quiet enough to be peaceful. We were able to walk to most places for 3 days.

Our king suite was spacious and cleaned everyday for our 3 day stay.

For a 4 star I would expect the shower curtain to be replace more often. Ours was frayed and yellowish.

Overall, we were happy with our booking.

The size of the room is great for families, and we really appreciated the separate living space so that we could hang out while the kids napped. The location of the hotel is also great, and the riverwalk level was very festively decorated for the holidays which our kids loved.

That being said, the rooms are a bit tired and smell musty. This hotel could use a refresh, especially the carpets which were stained. Service was hit or miss, we had to call more than once to get a pack and play delivered, and they brought it without sheets. We phoned for an extra blanket and it never arrived.

Overall, average experience.

We did not have breakfast at the Hotel. We had dinner and it was ok. The staff at the dront desk are not very friendly. Waited 45 minutes to get a room while other were attended right away. They charged me a $240 dollar deposit when in the app it said $93.
I was also getting charge for 4 night of valet parking, when i only stayed 3, good thing i looked over twice.
