Beautiful Honeymoon escape

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Paros Palace for our Honeymoon. We had a Premium Suite with a private pool which really exceeded our expectations. The room was large, clean and very quiet even though we were directly above the pool area. The staff were all very friendly and the shuttle to the port was very appreciated. The buffet breakfast was excellent with hot & cold options. Room service also available if required. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here and are glad we ignored the, on occasion silly, reviews that preceeded our stay. Couldn't have asked for more.

We were very pleased with our stay. Room was comfortable, clean and modern. Breakfast included a good variety of option and the pool/bar lounge on the terrace was really nice to enjoy the late afternoon sun after a day of exploring. Props to the driver, Constantine, which bring guests to the port, which save a 15 to 18min walk.

We had a wonderful stay at Paros Palace! The property was spotless, well-maintained, and offered beautiful sunset views that made each evening feel special. Breakfast was included and fresh- served until 1100, a perfect way to start the day. One of the highlights was the complimentary transfers to and from the port, which made our arrival and departure so convenient.

The staff was welcoming and attentive, and everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We truly have no complaints and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend Paros Palace to anyone visiting Paros!

Absolutely beautiful property. The sunset from the rooftop area was stunning. Having the taxi to and from the port was an huge reason I picked this hotel. That was awesome until traffic made the 5 min drive 40+ min, and it wasn’t worth using the property provided taxi. Only other downside was the WiFi was not the greatest!

My wife and I stayed in the private pool suite for 5 nights and unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the overall experience.

The suite was advertised as having a private pool, but it was overlooked by the apartment directly above us, which made it feel anything but private. One evening, we also found a cockroach on our toothbrush – a very unpleasant surprise that raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene.

Customer service was another major letdown. The person in charge was unhelpful and lacked basic customer service skills. Other staff seemed poorly trained and struggled with even simple requests.

Given the premium we paid for what was supposed to be a luxury experience, the stay fell far short of expectations. Sadly, we wouldn’t consider returning or recommending this property.

Very comfortable apartment with 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms, large fridge in kitchen and tea/coffee facilities. We ate via the room service twice, the food was fantastic. Staff were all lovely and very helpful as was the free transfers to/from the port/main town. The supermarket down the road was big and great for essentials. Pool was lovely and never got too busy. Breakfast was also lovely. Would stay here again.

Awful check-in experience – not worth your money or peace of mind

This happened right at check-in. We had already paid in full for two nights, but due to a misunderstanding with our reservation, we only stayed one night and chose to leave.
Instead of helping us find a solution, the staff was completely unhelpful and only focused on demanding their money- that they already have. The situation escalated when an aggressive and rude man started yelling at us. We were two women, calm and respectful, and it was genuinely scary to be treated that way.
He ruined our stay. We felt so uncomfortable that we decided to leave and booked another hotel nearby.
What a horrible experience. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place—it’s simply not worth it. And it’s far away from anything on the island and you feel isolated from the beautiful island of Paros. There’s a difference between calm/relaxing and boring. This place was boring compared to the other hotel we stayed in Paros!! Again not worth it.

Our room was nice! It was very helpful to be picked up at the port and the driver (Kostos- hope the spelling is close) was very friendly and helpful. It was great they offer the shuttle option, because I wouldn’t describe it as the most walkable. That said there is parking- I’d recommend an atv on the island.

I didn’t find the food to be great overall, but my partner did enjoy. It would be nice if the pool or smaller pool was even somewhat heated.

The hotel is very comfortable, and the service from Beka and all the staff was excellent. It is located on the outskirts of the city, but the hotel offers free transportation every day. The breakfast is very complete, and the food at the restaurant is excellent. You can see the sunset from the hotel.

This hotel was a real unexpected surprise for us: it was sensational. The pool area and restaurant was stunning.
It was a lite out of town but provided a free shuttle anytime we wanted: both ways.
The hotel even provided a shuttle after we had booked out and let us take a towel to the beach for the afternoon.

The staff are super nice and welcoming. Our room was big and very comfortable. The outside space of our room was fantastic with a giant daybed as well as a couch to enjoy our coffee in the morning in shade. The pools were very nice and they had plenty of lounge chairs to choose from. The breakfast was plentiful & delicious and the staff were very attentive. We had fantastic service for the shuttle back and forth to downtown.

This hotel is really a 5 star hotel not 4. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The pool area is stunning. The shuttle service to and from Pariaka is so convenient. Some great ideas here that other hotels could use - my favourite being a black cloth to wash off makeup instead of staining white towels. The clothes line that collapses into the wall to dry pool towels. The breakfast is elite so fresh and delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend this hotel enough we didn’t want to leave and will be back

A really great hotel when staying in Parika! The reception offers a shuttle service to the port (which is 15-min walking distance as well), but you will need a car/quad to get around.

Complimentary breakfast was a really good offering, a nice pool area and the rooms were clean and felt quite luxurious.

The room cleaners handled/re-arranged all of personal belongings when we were away on the second day, so we refused to have the room made-up for the duration of our stay.

Very pleasant and accommodating staff! The cleanliness and detail to the maintenance of the property was over the top! Breakfast was served as a buffet and was very good with too many selections to count. Delightful driver who met us at the port with a smile and provided great suggestions on places to dine. He took care of our luggage all the way to the room and also took he transfer back to port at the end. He also provided the frequent quick trips to town which is essential, since a little to far to walk comfortably because of narrow streets without sidewalks and the uphill location. Can’t say enough good things about this young man! Owners always on site and were very professional and courteous. Even arranged a car rental onsite, that was so easy and convenient.

Each room is unique so as other posts have noted exact room configuration and size bed are never guaranteed. We had 2 rooms with our family group and had requested king beds with both. We were assigned one room with a queen that was also a smaller room and the other a noticeably larger room with a king. But no worries they were both great rooms! Just know this ahead and there will be no disappointments. Would definitely recommend this property without hesitation.

Beautiful rooms and facilities. Lots of light and nice views. Breakfast was great and the staff were very obliging in the restaurant. Christos was lovely and it was great to have a way to get to the port and restaurants. It is far and taxis are expensive. I think this needs to run later than 9,30pm as many people don’t go out to eat until late. The staff at the front desk really set the tone though and I have to say this really lets down the experience . Have friendly and welcoming faces and help your guests more. I was disappointed with the lack of care shown by the actual owner!

Not a place to stay

Unable to stay at the hotel due to weather conditions in the sea. Called in advance really just to give the hotel courtesy notice that we would not be making it and was questioned from the gentleman on the phone about where we were and why we would not be making it. When I explained the situation he still questioned why we were not coming and basically why we were making up a story. Mr Front Desk sir, do not worry I will not be making another reservation for your hotel of this is the way you treat guest I will go to other hotels.

This place was just beautiful! The rooms were so beautiful and the views were unbeatable. They have shuttles that pick you up and drop you off at the port, which is the centralized location for anywhere you want to start your day/night. There you can catch a taxi any other place. Highly recommend a scooter to get yourself around this beautiful island. The hotel staff was kind enough to set this up for us, and had the scooter dropped off at the hotel for us! Super easy and convenient! The pool bar is great at the hotel also. Would definitely stay here again!

Paros Palace Suites is situated in an ideal location for close proximity to the Port of Parikia, shopping, and dining. The hotel offers a very convenient shuttle service to and from the port throughout the day. Hotel staff was amazingly friendly and always helpful. Absolutely fabulous stay at Paros Palace. Staff are incredibly friendly and hospital. Shuttle pick up from the port and drive to the downtown area were quick and easy. My only complaint is the property is right on a busy road so noise of traffic can be heard day and night. But because the property was so beautiful and comfortable this was not at all a dealbreakers. Bed was very comfortable, great hot rain shower and huge delicious breakfast included every morning with made to order coffees and huge selections of hot and cold items (plenty for a vegetarian like me!). Staff also connected me with a great local rental car company (Athina) which was smooth and easy. Highly recommend!!!

This property is honestly okay. It’s away from a lot a lot of the places we wanted to visit so we rented a car. The car was recommended by the hotel. The first room we had for three days was beautiful, in front the pool area!! Which made for a beautiful sunset views! Second room that we were moved to was disgusting. Honestly, it needed renovations and it should be shut down. Thankfully, we were only in that room for one day because we decided to book another day. The driver to and from the port was the best awesome, he was very informative and pleasant. Unfortunately I don’t remember his name. It starts with an S.

See the property wasn’t right in town. They had a free shuttle service most nights. We stayed out later than they were available to return, but it was very walkable. The hotel itself was immaculate. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was amazing and our room had a great day. See that worked well. They arrange transportation for us when we need it and gave us a great restaurant that each location ideas.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We had the suite with the spa bath and it was beautiful!! However, we did not know it takes 3 hours for the spa bath to heat up. The front desk was not very informative when it came to the buses, but they were about most other things. They were very kind and the rest of the staff (especially the waiters) were incredibly nice! The breakfast buffet was amazing and so was the restaurant at the hotel. I never had a bad meal. The pool is beautiful and so are the grounds. Though the hotel is located in the middle of the island, it is a bit far from the surrounding towns where you can go to dinner and shop. We loved our stay here!

The guy that drove the hotel shuttle deserves my thanks because due to his strong suggestions related to places I should visit. I certainly enjoyed those locations.

The breakfast is on a huge, spectacular terrace from which one can see the ocean. The variety of things available at the breakfast is truly immense.

The room itself was quite large even though the bathroom and the shower are quite tiny. But, the bed and the other furniture in the room are quite comfortable.

Should I return to Paros, there is a strong likelihood that I will stay here.

Great friendly staff the transport service was amazing we will definitely return to this hotel!! The cocktails are also great so is the breakfast!!

Paros Palace is an excellent hotel. We stayed in the triple room and it was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast is great with a good variety of food to choose from. The waiters who work at the restaurant are very attentive and make great coffee to order. Hotel provides free shuttles to the port and to Parikia. The only minor negative is that to walk to Parikia you have to walk on a side of the road. But with free shuttle it is not a big deal. We will stay at the Paros Palace again if we are ever back.

Great overall

A really great hotel in Paros. Rooms are beautiful, great service. About 10 minutes walk from Parikia village (lots of restaurants and shops). Breakfast was lovely. They have a shuttle service which is super helpful. Overall we were really happy about this hotel choice.

This property is beautiful. The room, shuttle driver and dining staff work very hard to make your experience amazing and are so welcoming and friendly. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. The pool temperature could be a bit warmer. You can tell it’s not heated. The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options, and they make a great cappuccino. Overall I would recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our Suite was amazing, the rooms huge and all the amenities you need. The private pool was pretty special too. They provide a shuttle to and from town regularly which was used a lot.

Me and my girlfriend loved this property. This was our favourite accommodation while in Greece. The service, room, restaurant, and pool area were some of the highlights, but the entire property was gorgeous and the staff were exceedingly helpful. Everything you could want is within a 5 minute walk.
