The hotel was very pretty. The rooms could have use a paint job but we had a great balcony and bathroom was big. We did go off season so there wasn’t a lot of people. I was disappointed that the fountain outside wasn’t on & the ones inside. The staff was mediocre at best. When we checked out there was no one at the front desk and we just left our keys. So our experience wasn’t the best.

Not impressed at all. Although the hotel was practically empty, all of the guests were in rooms next to each other, and it was NOISY! The mattress was so old and uncomfortable. It was sunken in the middle, super thin, and the springs were poking me all night. TV didn't work. Lamp didn't work. No tissues. Reeked of chlorine. Breakfast was sad. It was probably a great hotel in the past (they have plaques in the lobby saying they won awards many years ago) but it's like they stopped trying.

Runed Down , bed springs were worn and make noise.

Breakfast was disgusting, even had mold on a piece of cake . It was stale and not much of a breakfast . The mattress was worn out springs and old . I have stayed there once before and was ok , but never again . 0 star ⭐️.

Parco dei Principi is NOT a Five Star Hotel

I have stayed several times at this hotel in the last 15 years. This is no longer a five star hotel in any sense. The entire structure is in need of repairs. The rooms lack any comforts and the feeling is of a poorly maintained three star hotel. I know there are many three and four star hotels in the area that offer superior lodging and service for a significantly lower price.

Friendly, quality clean hotel with good restaurant

Everything about the hotel is great, including the restaurant which is reasonable in price for such an establishment. Local area quiet out of season, however the restaurant close to the hotel, La Cascina, is highly recommended for both quality steak and seafood, and at prices more reasonable than the resorts on the Tyrrhenian coast of Calabria.

We were pleased to have selected this hotel. It was beautiful. The staff were all wonderful. They were very accommodating and could not do enough for us. Laura recommended a wine shop and arranged a tasting for us. We had such a great evening. Overall a lovely experience

i think they are more concerned about all the wedding and other parties that are held there and don't really concentrate on the hotel guest side very much one night we wanted to eat in the hotel restaurant and were told we had to wait till 8.45pm as a party was in progress room service there is a ten euro per person each time you order Breakfast not that great boiled egg one type of cheese two types of Italian ham some yogurt bread rolls and a selection of cakes and croissant and 3 different cereal sometimes there is bread fruit juice not fresh and way too sweet it came out of a machine we stayed for a few days so it was a bit sad that breakfast was never changed the pool area well maintain although there seems to be a lot of staff nobody ever came out to the pool area to see if any one wanted drinks the waiter staff need more training every morning our empty cups plates and glass where not taken from our table till we left the table and 10 am on the dot they start to take every thing away i think it has a to decide to do more for its hotel guest one night a party was so loud it was hard to sleep rang to see when the party was going to finish and was told not till 2am the lady at the desk was very friendly and helped us a lot but overall i think the hotel has a identity crisis

Overall, very nice, even though there were several weddings during my stay, didn't hear a lot of partying!!! Only thing I would recommend is we arrived late 1st night, have dinner there, food wasn't very hot, steak not cooked all the way and was cold, fries cold, my pasta was luke warm. We didn't eat there for dinner again but they had a wedding that night and I will say Breakfast was very nice selection.

Although the staff at the hotel was really helpful and there are good facility, the hotel is by no means a 5 star hotel.
The decor is neat, but quite cheap, it is not in a great location and basically it doesn't have a bar: if you want an aperitif, for example, you have to sit near the bar, on tables laid for dinner.
The swimming pool is in the middle of a field, absolutely no atmosphere and, on the day I arrived, they were preparing for a wedding reception and I felt they would have preferred if you left the area to let them get on with their work,
I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Will always stay at this hotel

Used this hotel as our \"homebase\" during our recent stay visiting relatives in the area. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the nightly turndown service was much appreciated. The entire staff was very friendly, able and willing to help in any way. We were assisted with making train reservations, directions, restaurant recommendations etc. The hotel itself was situated well-setback from the road and therefore was very quiet-even when there was a wedding in progress. We were there for two weekends and there had been maybe three to four weddings going on but we really were not inconvenienced at all.

Total schönes Hotel

Es scheint ein Privileg zu sein, in diesem wunderschönen Haus zu residieren. Ein Ambiente, welches ich weder auf meinen Reisen durch die USA, noch Griechenland, Zypern, Türkei, Bulgarien, Rumänien, Ungarn, Österreich oder auch Deutschland, Schweiz und Frankreich etc. erleben durfte. Tolle Architektur gepaart mit italienischem Charme und einer ausserordentlich geschmackvollen Einrichtung. Alleine das alles lohnt sich hier ein paar Nächte zu verbringen.
Allerdings gibt es kein Servicepersonal, welches ihnen beim tragen hilft, was wohl der Nebensaison geschuldet war. Die Technik ist leider veraltet und funktioniert teilweise mangelhaft (el. Türöffner und Stromfreigabe mit Karte) Auch ist die Duschtasse mit ca 70 x 40 cm Grundfläche viel zu klein, ein waschen mit geschlossener Duschtüre unmöglich. gelbe Rückstände an der Silikondichtung verunmöglichen leider eine top Bewertung. Aber mit diesen negativen Feststellungen lässt sich gut leben. Ich kann nur dringend empfehlen das Hotel zu besuchen, es lohnt sich wirklich.

Grande e bellissimo hotel, location incantevole, personale disponibile, servizi e pulizia eccellenti. Forse da rivedere i salottini in vimini presenti nella imponente hall (poco inerenti al contesto e parecchio scomodi), e il volume del microfono degli animatori notturni, che hanno ci impedito di avere un sonno sereno.

Hôtel vieillissant à l'ambiance morose. Parfum d'intérieur entêtant. Chambres propres et petit déjeuner correct mais pour un 5* on s'attend à beaucoup mieux. Le grand lit double était en fait 2 lits simples collés. Attention les documents d'identité ne sont pas rendus immédiatement après le check in, ce qui nous a valu de devoir faire demi tour après notre départ.

L'hotel si trova immerso in un parco fantastico, con uliveti, piscina annessa e grandi parcheggi; le camere sono molto spaziose e comode, bello il terrazzino con tavolo tipo maiolica e con diverse fontane all'interno.
L'hotel ha uno stile un po' datato grandi affreschi, quadri e dipinti ovunque con una bellissima scalinata in marmo in ingresso; servizio reception molto valido, gentile e disponibile, ma ci sono una serie di pecche che in un 5 stelle non dovrebbero esserci.
cominciamo dalla colazione : è irrisoria, il buffet è come quello di una pensione 2 stelle, bevande dai distributori (quelle fatte con le polveri per intenderci...), salato molto scarso; peccato perché la colazione è servita nel locale bar-bistrot che è molto bello.
Bagno : piccolo rispetto alla camera e con la parete doccia di plastica, tipo quella da discount; non è accettabile per la categoria di hotel.
Piscina : non curata, acqua non pulitissima, bar piscina in disuso, materiali sparsi in giro; basta pensare che c'era una macchinetta del caffè vecchia ed arrugginita appoggiata su un ulivo a fianco del bar....
Insomma dovrebbe subire un restyling, essere maggiormente curato; è un peccato perché il posto è molto bello e il personale molto cortese, disponibile, gentile.
Considerato comunque il rapporto qualità-prezzo è interessante e probabilmente tornerei.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, hotel bello ma un po datato non all'altezza di un 5 stelle, personale gentile, stanza spaziosa, bagno confortevole come anche il materasso...per me due aspetti fondamentali insieme naturalmente alla pulizia e all'arredamento, consiglierei di offrire come servizi accappatoi in camera. Colazione scarsa...assenza totale del salato, non si può accettare in un'Hotel a 5 stelle. Location esterna e interna suggestiva.

Precioso hotel con buenas prestaciones

Hotel de gran categoría y excelente estado de conservacion que sorprende a quien no lo conozca por su estética y llamativo diseño. Durante nuestra estancia la ocupación no era fuerte pero la prestación de servicios , si bien mejorable en lo tocante a la variedad de productos en el desayuno, nos satisfizo plenamente: recepción amable y muy útil, personal bien predispuesto. Las instalaciones nos han parecido espectaculares. El entorno, si bien en un inicio de primavera un tanto invernal no es el más adecuado para naturaleza y playa, no ha gustado, ya que a pocos minutos en coche hay pequeños pueblos que se pueden visitar para pausar un rato agradable y utilizar sus servicios de compra básica y restauración. Este hotel tiene que ser una delicia en época de buen tiempo, siempre que la concurrencia de visitantes al establecimiento y a la zona no lo deprecien por exceso numérico .

Ett fint hltel gör den dom inte vill ha gör mycket turism. Området är fantastiskt för npgon dom vill upptäckter på egen hand. Det finns organkserade turer och shuttel till stranden dock egen bil är bra att ha. Mycket trevlig personal. Finns allt man önskar sig. Tvättmöjlighet, pool, fitnessrum, restauranger och bar.
