Great location

Hotel clean and well maintained. Room was spotless with a great view over the lake.
Underground parking gets the car off the road with lifts directly to reception and rooms.
Staff were most welcoming but especially Mauro in the restaurant/bar.
Food in the restaurant was excellent but found the menu a little restrictive when staying for a few nights.
Outside pool area very nice with pool bar, but unfortunately can be affected by vehicle fumes as near to main road.

On Monday the 17th a day before our departure from the hotel the cleaners never bothered to clean the room claiming that we had on the door the don’t disturb sign which was not true. We removed the sign at 11.30 when we left the hotel. The reception offered a clean towels but after demanding that the room has to be cleaned they called the chambermaid to clean the room. Also they called the plumber to to fix the hand basin block.

It was a very happy anniversary!

The spa amenities were very welcoming after a long day of exploring the lake area. Breakfast included a plethora of delicious choices. We also enjoyed a beautiful sunrise and sunset each day from our terrace .

We very much enjoyed our stay in this hotel . The room was spacious and the view of the lake from the balcony was stunning .
Staff were helpful . We hired a car to enable us to explore the area but it isnt really necessary in order to enjoy the surroundings.
Would definitely return to this hotel .

Positives :
We loved the position overlooking Lake Iseo - if you like walking its 25 mins into Predore (mostly pavement) to the local ferry terminal or 50 mins the other way (all pavement) into Sarnico - great place at the end of the lake for eating/shopping. We stayed in the Rivale junior suite with was lovely and spacious and the air con was fabulous and much needed ! Breakfast buffet decent but same every day. Even though it was August it felt fairly quiet.

Negatives :
Staff are really uninterested and do not engage with you. Reception / bar area was eerily quiet ! Room was cleaned daily but not hoovered, and sometimes the mini fridge was filled and sometimes not ! We did not really use the large terrace off the room as it wasn't particularly sunny and attracted mosquitos ...
Only ate once in the hotel restaurant as it has very limited menu and no ambience - food was decent to be fair but preferred to eat out. Outdoor pool was clean but noisy radio music played at weekends (only time when the snack bar is open) so best to choose a room away from the pool area for peace and privacy
Not the best choice hotel if you don't like walking / cycling and don't have a car !

Lake Views and an amazing Thai Spa - Heaven!

What an amazing weekend we had here, very friendly staff with a warm welcome at reception when we arrived. Lovely food and amazing views of lake Iseo from my room. The Thai Spa was excellent, I had the Honey Massage Treatment and a De-stress Facial, which was very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again as a weekend was not long enough.

Rooms need updating, especially bathrooms (e.g. old fashioned built-in hairdryer). The Spa facilities are not very clean and no information and a lack of staff. Lack of information generally from the staff. Very poor quality breakfast for the price and star rating.

the hotel is located just down the street from the Riva factory which is where I was conducting business, great view to lake Iseo, huge bath/shower, I can go on and on, will be traveling for business in this area a couple of times per year and this will definitely be my first choice, hope to stay in the one of the Riva suites next time.

Ideal place to stay at the lake. The rooms are comfy, with balconies overviewing either a pool or the lake and with mountains. The stuff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is above average, with marvellous coffee and great eggs. In addition, there are boat, car and motorbike rental services within 5-7 minute drive, which the hotel stuff helped to find and talked to them, as many folks out there speak poor English. Very happy, I will come again.

the selection at the breakfast buffet was a disaster plus the empty trays of food were not replaced. the corridor lights works with sensor but most of the time we walk in the dark because the sensor was poor. good parking space. we didnt`t have enough time to try the SPA i heard is great

Relaxation break.

We stayed here for a couple of days relaxation after hiking. The room was very nice and clean and a good view from the Balcony over Lake Iseo.

We also used the spa for a couple massage and this was reasonably priced in comparison to the UK.

The only downside was trying to get the WiFi to work. Sadly we didn’t achieve this during our stay.

Staff were all very help and Friendly and tried their best despite not having the best English.

Good local restaurants nearby as well.

Wonderful views across the lake - great hotel

We stayed for one night before flying from Bergamo airport and were glad that we had extra time here. The hotel staff were always very attentive and helpful during our stay. Good underground parking below the hotel.
Our room was very nice (401) with views over the lake, an interesting layout with a raised area behind the bed to sit and watch the view. This panoramic window made it a wonderful room with views accross the lake. Lovely room facilities. Air conditioning, safe, (first time I have seen a safe with a charging point inside!) a microwave, fridge with complementary water, large TV and lovely walk-in shower. Great breakfast buffet with cereals, fruits, fresh juices, hot eggs and bacon, pastries, etc.. The indoor pool area was very nice, as well as the upper deck with the lovely outside pool with views over the lake. All very well kept and lovely to use. Would also recommend the Spa treatments - helped to relax us before our travels.

We stayed overnight here as we had vacated our apartment prior to returning to the UK. The hotel is a bit far from the local town but that didnt bother us. We ate in the restaurant, Thai food, which was fab. Will probably stay here again when we return to the area.

A pleasant enough hotel

A pleasant enough hotel. More corporate than tourist to be honest. Regardless of what you read elsewhere, it's a 20 minute walk to Predore & 45 minute walk to Sarnico. Both walks are relatively flat. The older staff are excellent and very helpful. The younger ones don't really seem to do much. Staff training needs looking at in my opinion. The pool is wonderful but road noise can be a bit intrusive at times. The rooms are great with views of the lake. Overall it's a good hotel.

We wanted a lake view room which we got. It was a strange room set up - two armchairs on a \"stage\" behind the bed facing a big window. But the view was GREAT. There is parking and although it is on the main road it was quiet. Breakfast was just okay. Bathroom minimal. Room basic. Okay but that's all. Front desk really unfriendly.

Pleasant surprise

The hotel is about 25 minutes off the A4 and you must drive through a small village to get to it. The hotel seemed very unoccupied but all of the services met our needs. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent with a large shower. We visited a very nice seafood restaurant nearby. The breakfast was nothing special but met our needs.

One of the most memorable stays of our life! Wonderful hotel, clean + in a great location. The staff was very friendly and breakfast delicious! It is not always easy traveling with a 4 and 7 year old so far from home (New York) but this was amazing.

Lovely and Romantic

The hotel was very lovely and romantic. We stayed in a Romantic Room and had a beautiful view of the lake, with a nice spacious room. The only problem I had with the room was that it was often very hot, particularly at night, and there was a limit to how low we could set the temperature. It's a 40 minute walk to Sarnico and a 20 minute walk to Predore, so if you don't have a car then be prepared to walk - taxis are not easy to get! A lovely hotel with a really nice atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the continental breakfast was nice and varied, although some days they didn't fill it very quickly and so there wasn't much choice for us fusspots. The Thai spa was lovely as well, and the fact that I didn't speak Italian wasn't a problem. I would definitely recommend it to couples.

A great stay with a great view

YES -- the walk from the hotel to the town of Predore has no sidewalks and is not advised, BUT the walk to Sarnico has a great pedestrian and bike path, and the hotel will give you a bike to use. YES, the hotel is on the main road and is noisy from car traffic, BUT the rooms are so well insolated for sound that you do not notice it and can sleep well (assuming you don't camp out on the balcony). It was a peaceful, enjoyable stay. YES, the restaurant is not cheap at all, BUT it is competative with all other fine restaurants in the area.

Little atmosphere
Seems expensive for what you get (much nicer cheaper places nearby)
Spa area facilities mysteriously reduced to a single sauna when there weren't many guests.
Stuffy rooms with air con that switches itself on again in night, even when turned off
Room's safe didn't work
No restaurants/entertainment within walking distance: MUST have car (we did and the location still got annoying because could never drink at meals out)
Hotel bar is the hotel lobby - hard to relax there (especially because every time you sit down, the staff leap up to turn on loud music - sigh)
Many business conventions use this hotel (5 in the week I was there)
No wireless internet
Bedroom had good view, but bed was in middle of room (not touching walls) facing away from window, towards the bathroom. Made it hard to enjoy the view.

Overall: I saw this as a nice place to arrange for a business meeting but not a leisure break. The website is beautiful and very 'Thai spa': the reality is average/'design' Italian, which disappoints those on a leisure break.

Der Wellness-/SPA-Bereich war insbesondere bei schlechtem Wetter wirklich Gold wert. Unser Zimmer (Balkon mit Seeblick) war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Hotelkomplex erschien uns insgesamt etwas abgenutzt und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Essensauswahl (Frühstück und Abendessen) fanden wir eher enttäuschend. Da sind wir Besseres gewohnt.

Super Lage, direkt am See. Schönes Hotel mit grosser Parkgarage.
Leider gibt es anstelle von Toilettenpapier, klein Servietten, wo leider der Finger durchbricht.
Das Restaurant bietet Thaifood an. Leider hat dieses Essen nichts mit Thailand zu tun. Wohl kaum mit eine Gewürz aus der Asiatische Region. Das Service Personal ist freundlich, leider eher ohne Gastroausbildung

Hotel is outdated and I wouldn’t say they have spa. Only indoor pool and outdoor pool. We had lunch at restaurant and food quality was very poor. Sea food in pasta was tasting for freezer.

Location is nice and they have good garage for car but this were the only positive things.

The hotel and pool was quite fine, personal was also ok, sometimes a little unfriendly, a smile helps a lot!
The room cleaning was not good! Bed was done nicely but no exchange of pool towels, no exchange of any bath amnesties and also no cleaning of the used spoons!

Breakfast was very good, nice choice of sweets, sausages and cheese!

Abbiamo passato una notte molto piacevole in questo hotel. Bellissima la zona spa, molto grande e pulita. Piscina meravigliosa e davvero ampia. Colazione con grande varietà di cibo e tutto molto curato. Abbiamo anche cenato molto bene; servito ottimo.

Die Lage am See ist toll. Der Pool mit Blick auf den See ist super. Das Restaurant-Personal war freundlich und teilweise die Damen am Empfang. Das Zimmer war groß, mit Balkon und auch mit Seeblick. Das Parken in der Tiefgarage unkompliziert.

Schön gelegenes Hotel am Lago d'Iseo

Hotel ist sehr schön am Iseo See gelegen. Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut :-) Aussen-und Innenpool sehr schön angelegt. Sauna kann leider nur gegen einen hohen Aufpreis genutzt werden. Hotel könnte langsam aber sicher einen kleine Auffrischung benötigen. Alles in allem aber sehr schön.

Ammetto Avrei preferito pagare 20.00€ per il servizio ma la dicitura \"coperto\" mi ha lasciato un po' così... Tutto il resto è 🔝

Chambre très agréable, bien insonorisée. Literie 180 de large, salle de bain vaste. Piscine superbe avec robes de chambre prêtées. Petit déjeuner varié avec de bons gâteaux, croissants.
Plein de restaurants à proximité. Lac de Garde à une heure de route.

Bel hotel fuori paese

L'hotel è posizionato molto fuori rispetto al paese. È una bella struttura, le camere sono spaziose, pulite, fornite del necessario e ben arredate. La colazione abbondante e varia. Il parcheggio è a pagamento, ed essendo così fuori psese non si ha molta scelta. La reception un po' restia nel dare le informazioni di base, ci vorrebbe una bella formazione sull'accoglienza del cliente, mai dare per scontato i servizi offerti... non deve essere sempre il cliente a chiedere, semmai sceglie tra le varie proposte.

Rispetto a qualche anno fa le condizioni e i servizi della struttura sono peggiorati, a fronte invece dell'aumento dei prezzi. Il check in è stato veloce, ma non particolarmente cordiale; la camera superior con balcone vista giardino in realtà era semininterrata, con una bella ragnatela proprio sopra il letto e con odore di chiuso e di scarichi nel bagno. All'arrivo in piscina abbiamo trovato solo due sdraio libere, senza ombrellone e un gruppo numeroso di stranieri che ridevano sguaiatamente, bevendo in abbondanza e ascoltando musica etnica ad alto volume con una cassa portatile di loro proprietà. Solo più tardi è intervenuto il personale dell'hotel per fare cessare le molestie nei confronti degli altri ospiti. Inoltre la griglia di scarico della piscina era ostruita, creando un allagamento sul perimetro e la vasca per la pulizia dei piedi all'ingresso non funzionante. Qualche anno fa la struttura offriva gratuitamente l'aperitivo agli ospiti, mentre questa volta oltre a non avvere offerto nulla, mi hanno anche chiesto un supplemento di €10 per il parcheggio adducendo che era dovuto al fatto che avessi prenotato con Expedia, anziché direttamente in struttura. La posizione della struttura è comunque bella e la qualità del sonno buona.

Ho dato poche stelle perché, mi è stata assegnata una camera per disabili, definita superior con balcone, prenotata verso fine febbraio, e quando ho chiesto di cambiarla mi hanno proposto un pagamento di 85 euro in più. Dopo una bella discussione, siamo scesi a 50, ma comunque ho ritenuto questo comportamento scorretto. La stessa camere era stata propinata ad una mia amica tempo fa. Ovviamente non tornerò più e consiglio di verificare attentamente in fase di prenotazione.

Un très bon séjour, parfait sans qq motards..

Parfait pour quelques jours à ISEO. Tout à fait ce que nous recherchons (vue, surface de chambre -avec une salle de bains un peu petite mais une belle douche - piscine à bonne température, le petit déjeuner très bien - même pour mon épouse...- spa, pking, service de la réception réactif). Deux petits points, l'hôtel est seulement à qq mètres du lac mais une route en sépare et les qq motos sont trop souvent bruyantes... Heureusement les chambres sont tout à fait silencieuses fenêtres fermées. Ayant dîné le soir de notre arrivée, par facilité, dans le restaurant de l'hôtel, le service est aimable, mais la carte très courte et les plats très moyens.

Dreckiges Zimmer, doppelte Zahlung wurde verlangt, Spa Bereich inkl Pool kostet unverschämt viel (25 Euro pro Person und für 90 min), Parken wird ungefragt auf die Rechnung gepackt, ohne über kosten vorab zu informieren.
