It is a little tricky to get here if you dont have a car! Take the bus line 860 from Ahrbruck to the congress hotel in nurburg, then walk about 7 min to the hotel.

Fantastic hotel right on race track. Great staff, underground parking. The hotel was an unexpectedly fun part of the whole race experience. We had two rooms with balconies overlooking the track.

We stayed here for one night and the hotel was brilliant for our first time at the Nurburgring. We paid for a balcony room and it was worth the extra to see the cars using the Grand Prix track and the Nordschleife. The breakfast was continental and hot food buffet. We parked our car opposite the hotel in the gravel car park for free as it’s €16 per night at the hotel. I’d definitely stop here again for our next time at the Nürburgring as it’s at the centre of all the action.

Good location for visitor to the Grand Prix Track. Overseeing the GrandPrix Track and next to the mall.

Great Stay!

My husband and I stayed here the night before his track time. Location could not be any better. The room was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice. We also thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast that had so many options. We got to the hotel later than expected and appreciated that there was no time limit to check in. If we come back to Nürburgring we will definitely stay again!

Great room and facilities where great. Really comfy bed and also fantastic bathroom. I have no idea what was going on the night we stayed but it was like a full on rave started about 1030pm till 1230am then it was followed by over 30 minutes chaos of doors being slammed left right and centre. Breakfast had lots of selection to pick from. Parking is simple with plenty of room. Best part was the view in the morning. Friendly staff also.

The property was very nice. The only \"kind of\" disappoint was the \"sports\" bar menu. It was basically the same menu as the restaurant (which was somewhat limited) vs a sports bar type menu. Otherwise, this was the perfect property for our visit.

2nd visit - awesome again! The suites are huge with full amenities. My balcony was 6 meters long and looked down over the Grand Prix track. The bar served excellent food as well as drinks. And Anna was a joy to have as bartender and excellent service🎉. I’ll be Back!

Perfect view of GP track

Great hotel, our room faced onto the track which we requested and it was great. Brilliant view of final hairpin of GP track and can see a small section of the Nordschliefe track also. Its a great location for a hotel especially if there is any racing events on at the gp track. The only real complaint i had was the room was absolutely roasting hot and there is no aircon. It was only around 24degrees the day we stayed but the room was closer to 30+. Other than that no complaints at all.

Pricy hotel, scammy practices

Great location if you're a race fan or want to visit the Nurburgring track. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel is a bit dated, but that isn't an issue given they have tons of racing memorabilia around. Get the Comfort rooms if you'd like a view of the track and a balcony (Standard rooms face the highway). It might be noisy given the cars on the track, but that's expected (perhaps desired) if you're choosing this place. All in all, hotel is ok but pricy for what it offers.

My biggest criticism is with regards to the Hotels.com silver benefit. As a Silver member, you get 10% off on food and beverage purchases at the property. Upon getting to the hotel, I was given a letter that confirmed this, so I went for dinner at the hotel bar. To my surprise, when I tried to pay the bill, the server said he couldn't honour the discount and I had to pay the full amount. He told me to talk to the front desk afterwards if I had any questions about discounts. So I paid him the full bill and went to talk to the front desk. They explained that in order to get the discount, I had to put the bill to my room, then pay at reception, which was never explained to me nor written in the letter they gave me. They apologized but said there was nothing they could do at that time to reimburse me.

Overall, hotel is ok, but I can't help but feel scammed by them taking advantage of this loophole and saying they couldn't do anything to make that right and honour the discount.

Great spot right in front of the Grand Prix track. Room was clean and comfortable, but I can't believe in this day and age, a hotel that's almost new/has been recently renovated does not have air conditioning in its rooms.

Can you imagine sleeping in a room in the summer when it's 35°C/almost 100°F?

The closeby Lindner Congress & Motorsport Hotel has A/C in its rooms and I should have stayed there.

Hotel Dorint Nürburgring

Hotel is undergoing renovation (it needs it!), therefore lobby bar that overlooks the track is closed. Scaffolding right outside our balcony with workmen present starting early morning. No place in hotel to grab a quick coffee or breakfast. Soap/shampoo in bathroom resembled blue Dawn dishwashing liquid. Clean, but very, very basic. No A/C in room whatsoever. But it did have a very nice bartender!

Feels like management doesn’t think any improvements are needed in the past ten years or more, zero innovation and decoration change, furniture looks very old and outdated, excellent location for sure and only reason why I came again. Ridiculously sized towels, baby pillow for each bed, no coffee machine, AC never works, no room service at night, if you arrive late and hungry you starve, all restaurants in the region are closed. Funniest thing is that shampoo is located by the sink, not in the shower, and it’s a fixed dispenser, you risk braking your neck trying to reach it from inside the shower .

Staff friendly I wasn’t lucky to get a single smile but nevertheless they were nice.

Breakfast has huge room for improvement and so is the restaurant itself.

Great Stay overlooking the track.

If your are a petrolhead it adds to being a great place to stay. We had a room overlooking the GP track and it was a race weekend so loads to see Fromm the balcony. The bar and food was great. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Perfect if long is your we’re driving the Nürburgring.

Wouldnt stay anywhere else

I was amazed how good this hotel is, from its wicked position on the start/ finish straight of the main south circuit( think F1 ) to how friendly and comfortable it was . Even the parking under the hotel is well good to use and very safe. I wouldnt stay anywhere else when visiting this are, i am hooked!

Fantastic view of the start/finish straight of the Grand prix part of the Nurburgring from the room balcony.
Sat and watched one of the VLN races from the balcony.
Great place to stay for petrol heads! Forgot lazy lie in's though, practice starts at 8:00am.
Excellent buffet breakfast.
Parking at €12 a day a disappointment though.

THE SERVICE HERE WAS OUTSTANDING! WE LOST THE KEYS TO OUR RENTAL CAR. HAD LEFT THEM ON TABLE IN BAR AREA. REALIZED IT THE NEXT MORNING, WENT TO CHECK & NATURALLY PLACE HAD BEEN CLEANED. THE STAFF WENT COMPLETELY OUT OF THEIR WAY TO SEARCH INCLUDING CALLING THE WAITER WHO WAITED ON US AT HOME. BETWEEN THE FRONT DESK, THE BAR HELP, THE MANAGER, & THE CLEANING CREW OUR KEYS WERE FOUND. Good location

Nice sized rooms, generous shower. Two beds pushed together which isn't great but I know common in Europe. Pillows were very flat and only one provided each so we asked for more. Not a friendly response from reception more made to feel it was a hassle. All the other staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very warm with no AC. Good spead avaliable for breakfast. Shame the bar allows smoking in it as that wasn't nice sitting in the smokey atmosphere.
