I would like to start by saying that I really enjoy staying at Hotel Swiss Diamond Pristina and I always prefer your hotel over others. This stay was especially important to me as I was traveling with my daughter and my father-in-law. Unfortunately, we experienced some issues with the cleanliness of the room. We first noticed glitter on the bedspread that stuck to my daughter, and later we also found old receipts under the bed as well as dust on the headboard. When we contacted the reception, you kindly apologized and sent housekeeping, which we appreciated. However, considering the hotel’s high standard and price level, I would have expected to be offered a new room immediately, especially since we had a young child who needed rest. At a hotel of your class, such mistakes should be compensated in a better way. Despite this, I truly value your hotel and hope that the service will continue to meet the high standard I am used to when staying with you.

I'm not sure where to start. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The staff is attentive and accommodating when it came to any questions or requests I had. Take a whole day to enjoy the pool area and spa options! Complimentary breakfast had a nice variety which included some local and homemade options. There's an open air walkable market area adjacent to the hotel with many dining and shopping options. All in all a great stay!

We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful time. Location is central, a walking distance to the main sights. Rooms are not massive, but the bed was comfortable, shower spacious and if you are lucky, you can get a balcony. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and service great all around. Gym not that large, but well equipped. The star for me was the spa. We didn't try any treatments, but there are several saunas, a hammam, hot tub and a lovely pool. We had the pleasure of getting the whole area to ourselves twice, early morning and late afternoon, but it can get busy there. All in all, a great experience. No wonder this seems to be THE hotel in Prishtina!

To first name the positive aspects: It’s clean.
But I was massively disappointed about the breakfast. In a 5 star hotel I expect not to sit in a loud crowd with people that video chat with their friends. Even a youth hostel takes cares that something like that doesn’t happen! To avoid that I took my stuff to sit more far away from the noise, which lead to a verbal attack of the guests “what my problem was?” All that under the eyes of the hotel staff that didn’t step in!
I will definitely never book this hotel again!

Swiss Diamond! An exceptional experience

It was fantastic! The room was very quiet and comfortable. As soon as I got in the bed, I became unconscious. Breakfasts were great. I really felt fortunate to be staying in a hotel right off of sister Theresa Avenue.

Perhaps the most valuable and interesting moment was to chat with Albin Kurti in front of the hotel, while we were preparing to leave. What an experience! Thank you forever!

Everyone was great- I loved their staff. The only issue I had was the facial lady. Who had a problem while doing a facial that I was watching on my phone and was not focused on the person she was doing the facial. Not happy with the facial service .

Noisy Late at Night!

First they had no record of my booking when I checked in.

Then they have a function room on Level 1 which meant I couldn't get any sleep until their music stopped at 12:30am.

When I mentioned the noise at check-out, they tried to blame the cafe behind them and that they have been trying for a while to have them reduce the noise. The noise was definitely coming from Level 1 (I was on Level 2).

The (cheaper) rooms on Level 2 also come without any sort of view. The window opens onto a wall.

The Swiss Diamond is the perfect hotel for a short stay in Pristina. It's on the main walking/shopping/coffee sipping street in the city center and within walking distance to all of the city's main historic sights. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and well appointed, and the spa is an oasis with ALL of the amenities. The massage and facial were top notch, and the with a wash and blowout from the hair salon, I walked out feeling like a million bucks (and ten years younger!).

The people who stand at the entrance never great arriving people, at least not the ones that are arriving with anything less than a Mercedes.
When I arrive the first time, I told them that I am an Expedia VIP client and will appreciate an up-grade. The lady in the reception told me that because the price I paid with Expedia was not so high, they can't up-grade me. I told them that this is really a bad excuse, only then they gave me the up-grade.
Room 433 I do not recommend to stay; the air-condition is broken and it is too cold in the room, not possible to adjust.
The good news: as I have written in the beginning, it is probably the best hotel in the Balkan. Rooms are beautiful full of amenities and the SPA is superb.

I give only 4 out of 5, even that is is probably the best hotel in the Balkan. Read why.

It is probably the best hotel of all the Balkan countries, but a few things need to be improved.
I stayed twice in this hotel. Each time I arrived I had a lot of luggage with me. All the staff were standing outside and no one from all the bell-boys came to help or even ask if I need help, and they notice me very well.
I noticed that they are going to help only nice looking and nice dressed ladies or clients that comes with fancy cars.
But I arrived in a simple taxi so no one give a s...
It is a pity and they are stupid to judge people by the way they look, since I am sure I am a bigger tipper then all those fancy cars owners.
Rooms are very nice but for some reason every day something is missing; one day they did not replenish the missing bottles in the fridge, one day they left the empty bottle from the previous guest and fid not. changed it with a new bottle, the house keeping kept on calling me regarding my laundry, even after I told them not to disturb me and that I will call them when I can.
The restaurant serves top quality food, but some of the staff really need some basic training; especially one woman that works there. She is near the till most of the time, but when she walks in the restaurant, she is completely avoiding eye contact with clients, like she do not want to serve you, or she just not interested too much to do her job. Even when she is not busy, she would not look...
