The front desk were all very friendly, the slot machine workers were terrible. Not friendly at all, I was finally able to get help after sitting there for thirty min just watching them talk
To eachother before the Janitor finally got them
For me, then they acted annoyed that they had to help. Once they gave me my ticket I realized it didn’t have printing on it like it ran out of ink, I waved them down for
Help and one of them gave me a thumbs up and kept walking it was so rude. Another lady came over and helped after seeing th call light. The pool was really cool
But hours are not great. Make sure if you want to swim you get there early ask the pool
Closed at 6 also no swim up bar tender, was disappointinf

We started our vacation at the pool by 11:00 a.m. we were also lucky enough to check in early we enjoyed the pool for 5 hours before our dinner reservation it had a nice vibe good music staff was excellent cleanliness and beautiful atmosphere.

The service of the room was a bit more disappointing because unless you stay for 5 nights, you will not see any cleaning or service to your room. I asked for facial clothes because stuff runs out when you don’t get service, I got more towels and other bathroom items I did t ask for or need but did not get the facial clothes I originally asked for. For the money I paid, wasn’t sure if it paired up with the value received.

Clean room , I did ask for an upgrade but hotel desk clerk didn’t say anything - I don’t know if she didn’t heard me but she didn’t clarify anything . Over all stay was nice . Pool area was great . Lazy River was nice but you have to bring your own inner tube.

Bathroom was not clean properly. And when showering, the none of the water was going down the drain, it was just collecting and flowing out to the rest of the bathroom flooding it down to the toilet and under the sink as well. Ended calling front desk but they never sent anyone out to check it. A few minutes passed by and went to see if the water went down by any chance but this time some black dirt or something was coming out from the drain

It’s a casino, but the ventilation was particularly poor and everything I owned ended up smelling like cigarettes. Also, we killed a cockroach in our room on the 7th floor. Not for me.

The room was great, only I feel it needed more toilet things like qtips, Kleenex, etc.
The pool is great but most nice chairs are available for rent, even on a Monday morning and no people around. I feel like if I’m paying for a 500 room they should have chairs available around for free.

Zero information, pens, paper, coffee maker, microwave, bathtub in room. Mountain view was a parking lot. Room service was absolutely terrible - food delivered in bags 45 minutes after it was ready and so bad we couldn't eat it. We should have read the Yelp reviews first. We will NEVER go here again. Everything overpriced garbage, horrible service. Clientele not good. I feel bad for Robert Plant who we came to see. What an embarrassing place to host an artist.

Check in was easy, but some of the guys standing around the Bell Desk were rude a couple times. Also, who has heard of a hotel without coffee in the room. I ordered food from Caesars Cafe and picked it up which was a $5 fee. It was $10 to have it delivered and they charge a service fee on top of that and a mandatory 20% tip. This was to go, but by the time I got my food to my room, it was cold and the room also has no microwave. TV has very limited channels and they charge for WiFi. Pool doesn't open till 9am, so no early morning sauna dip. Water in the room takes forever to get warm and doesn't get very hot. The door to my room did not close all the way on it's own, Had to make sure it was shut ever time I went in and out of the room. There is a sign on the large sliding glass door in the room to keep the doors shut to keep bugs out. If you know you have a problem with bugs and offer a large sliding glass door with a view, put in a screen. I like fresh air, was not thrilled about this. Bed was comfortable.

No notification that the lazy river was not heated/not fully working - Kids were allowed in the 21 & up area as a result, including having diaper age children in the pool without swim diapers resulting in pool filter clogs and messes around the pool area.

Many things were closed early due to limited volume of guests.

Room was great - very long walk to it.

Staff was hit or miss - most very grumpy/unhelpful

Quick weekend couples getaway.

It was a getaway weekend with my wife, we spent the day by the pool and really enjoyed ourselves. The atmosphere was great, the drinks were good and the staff and other guests we chatted with were all nice and courteous. The room was nice and big, with a great bathroom and nice shower. The room size itself was impressive for two people and we had plenty of room. Overall, we're definitely going to return and planning on bringing our kids so they can enjoy the lazy river/pool area next time. We also ate at the cafe and Smashburger while we were there and have no complaints about the food selection.

The hotel isn't what it used to be. They nickel and dime you for everything. Costs or the room, food, floats etc are not worth it. There was only one bartender on duty at the outside pool , like was about 10-15 mins to get a drink all day on a Saturday. Water in lazy river was too cold. DJ could have been a lot better. We didn't even briber gambling as we didn't want to give this hotel any more money. Went to bed early and left as soon as we woke up

Everything was great except for the very slow check-in procedure. They had enough staff, but VIP guests were taken first, even if other guests had been waiting. Every guest should be treated as a VIP on a first-come come first-served basis.
The hotel is nice, friendly staff, lots of choices for food, charge for Wi-Fi?

The room was nice, althought it wasn't cleaned very well. There was hair on the bathroom floor and on the toilet. The vents were a little dusty, but luckily we carry disinfectant wipes with us. The service was fine, check in was quick. Lazy river was great. Everything on site is incredibly expensive. ($10.85 for a bag of gummy bears & $5 for a small pack of oreos from the vending machine) Would we go back? Maybe, but would defenitely mention cleanliness before check in.

Not as teen friendly as expected, teens cannot walk in hotel by themselves to gift shop, eat at cafe or Starbucks. The description should show this upfront. It’s too bad they don’t offer a movie theater or a teen club onsite
