Room was great. Had room service food 1st night as tired from travelling - arrived swiftly and was fantastic. I ate the last night in the restaurant - only guest dining. Waitress was polite and efficient. Ordered a starter and main. Main arrived 1st - then starter followed about 5 mins later. Food was fab. I noted on the menu it states service included at 10%. Bill arrive and there was a section for tip which i didnt fill in. Came to 650 baht total. Paid 1000. Change never arrived which was a bit disappointing. Staff member did not come back so i left. Not the end of the world - i would have left a tip anyway - but i do feel a little robbed.

The room was clean. 3 nice size bedrooms like 4 bathrooms. Breakfast was good nice to wake up every morning. The staff are amazing and accommodating do stuff without you have to ask sometimes it definitely was a great experience for my family. Only downside you have to travel about 45 minutes with traffic to get everywhere. But I like here just wish it was closer to activities and sight seeing traffic in Bangkok is no joke

I had a pleasant stay at Jasmine Grande Residence. The staff were genuinely kind, friendly, helpful, and very polite throughout my visit, which made the experience overall enjoyable.

There were, however, a couple of areas that could use improvement. The breakfast selection seemed tailored toward a very specific audience, and some items were not up to standard. The croissants were hard, likely not fresh, and the fried eggs were still partially undercooked, which is not ideal from a health standpoint. Additionally, the bed was quite firm, which made sleeping less comfortable than expected.

If the hotel improves the breakfast quality and upgrades the mattresses, it would easily become an excellent choice for travelers.

The room is nice enough but we found the ac didn’t work beyond shooting out cold. Changing the setting from 22 to 30 made no difference (the setting on the ac would change, just the output wouldn’t).

The worst part about our stay was the constant traffic noise. The window to the balcony is very thin and lets in a lot of noise. This made it difficult to sleep and is ultimately the main reason for the low rating. We stayed in Amora neo luxe during the start of our stay and found this much better in terms of soundproofing, even though that room was also by a main road.

A very enjoyable stay. The staff is polite, efficient , and speak English well. Our room clean, modern, and comfortable. Great mattress and pillows. Both a/c units worked great. Toilet had a bidet seat...great! Blackout curtains for sleeping in. Huge tv and good internet. If you use more than three devices, you need to ask the limit changed, no charge. Our room had a washer/drier combo but a coin op laundry is avaliable on the first floor. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety and great quality. The pool, sauna and gym were nice. Probably this will be my go to hotel in Bangkok from now on.

Great hotel full of charm and gives you the feel of going back in time. The buildings and grounds are very well kept and have that old style charm most modern hotels lack. The staff are amazing always greet you with a smile and warm welcome and very positive response when asking for assistance. One small complaint about the room is a lack of power outlets the room we have has one spare outlet and these days when i expect most travelers have numerous devices to charge they do need to update this.
I would recommend Wura Bura as a great base for exploring the Hua Hin area.

Wir haben uns im Jasmine Grande Residens sehr wohl gefühlt, luxuriös, sauber und komfortabel. Hatten das Glück ein Upgrade zu bekommen, eine Suite, Frühstück war sehr gut, guter Cappuccino, toller Pool mit Rutsche, schnelles Internet, es hat uns so gut gefallen, das wir sogar verlängert haben.
10 Minuten zu Fuß zur BTS, Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would go back again. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The cleaniness of the rooms and common areas is well maintained. The breakfast provided was amazing - there was a wide range of varieties every day, and the food was very vegetarian and vegan friendly. The hotel is also near a convenience store for any quick groceries, and the rooms have a small stove in the kitchen as well. The hotel is a walkable distance away from the BTS skytrain stop, and its distance from popular tourist areas makes it easy to call cabs reasonably.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It isn’t the newest, but it is immaculate for an older hotel and has a Spa, nail salon, & a 24 hour grocery store connected to it, which is super convenient. I didn’t get a chance to view the other amenities but my partner said the gym was clean & so was the pool area. There are plenty of other food options, massage shops, and ATMs within walking distance, as well as a BTS station about a 12 minute walk away and Grab/Bolt bikes usually arrive within 3 minutes. I will definitely stay at the Jasmine Grande again whenever I’m in Phra Khanong.

WONDERFUL PLACE OFFERING COMFORT AND CONVENIENCE

This place is rather delightful in a good if not entirely central location, but it suited me just fine. The Hotel is well maintained with a mixture of older and modern features throughout. The staff are attentive, friendly and most helpful - if anything at times, especially in the breakfast restaurant they are too efficient and constantly around you cleaning up, filing up trays that are running low etc... I was upgraded and had a Junior suite on a very high floor with beautiful views - it is very spacious with everything to make your stay extremely comfortable. The pool is very enjoyable as are the leisure facilities and having a grocery store attached to the Hotel is a masterstroke in convenience. Breakfast had a diverse selection of options and was above average and definitely satisfied me. The shuttle to BTS and Mall was also hugely appreciated. Overall I highly recommend Jasmine Grande Residence.

Jasmine Grande residence which was advertised as a five-star property, but unfortunately, it fell short of that standard.

Our room was equipped with a bathtub that doubled as a shower. However, the water temperature during showers was inconsistent and could not be maintained. Despite lodging a complaint and having someone check the issue, it remained unresolved. Additionally, the shower design required us to stand in the bathtub, which caused water to spill everywhere, leaving the bathroom floor completely soaked—a safety hazard and highly inconvenient.
The amenities were decent, but the jacuzzi experience was underwhelming. We were required to call 10 minutes in advance to have it turned on, and more often than not, someone was already using it by the time we arrived. The jacuzzi was also very small, accommodating only one person comfortably.

The cleanliness of the toilets near the lobby and pool area was disappointing. Some doors couldn’t be locked, and the overall hygiene was subpar.

On a positive note, the breakfast experience was quite enjoyable. The variety offered was impressive, and the staff were attentive and proactive, which made this part of the stay pleasant.

Overall, while the hotel had some redeeming features, the issues with the room, cleanliness, and amenities left us dissatisfied. It did not meet the expectations of a five-star property and we feel the experience could have been much better with proper maintenance and management.

Great time at the Jasmine

Beautiful hotel on the east side of Bangkok. Staff were friendly, food selection for breakfasts was great, the room was very spacious and clean too. It's a bit far from Bangkok centre however, we used the Grab app to books taxis and is a short walk from Ekkamai BTS (sky train station) to get into town which was very easy. Would definitely recommend 👍

The Jasmine is situated in a quiet although busy area, There is a BTS train line about a nine minute walk away.
The property has a nice gym and pool area that is kept clean and the staff is friendly as well as professional.
Check in and out was an easy process with the professional staff at the front desk. My only critique is that shower curtains need to be installed to keep the water in the tub and not have it on the floor, which is a safety issue. Overall my stay was enjoyable and I would stay there again.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I checked in, everything was seamless. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was super comfortable—just what I needed after a long day.

The hotel’s location is perfect, close to all the main attractions but still peaceful and quiet at night. The facilities were great too—especially the pool, which was a perfect spot to relax.

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the hotel’s attention to detail really made a difference. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. 10/10! Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and great service.

First day there was no hot water for my shower.
Reception called me later that afternoon in the room because I’d forgotten my passport at reception when they arrived at my door with the passport, it wasn’t my passport, and I have my passport anyway.
Second day still no hot water for my shower. Two cold showers in two nights.
Balcony on room is dirty with no where to sit.
Breakfast - reasonable.

كان فندق عائلي جيد ومناسب لعائلة من ٦ اشخاص سكنت في شقة ٣ غرف ولكن السيء في الامر شيئين الاول الافطار المكان صغير ومزدحم والطاولات قريبة جدا من بعضها وكانه شقة مفتوحة الغرف والامر الثاني ان واحدة من الغرف بها باب بلكونة زجاجي وللاسف ماعليه بلاك اوت وهذا امر مزعج جدا وقت النوم ولااسف كلمناهم ماعندهم ادنى حل عالرغم من اني عميل ذهبي

One week stay as couple for business trip

Good in many ways. Variety of items in breakfast, the facilities available such as pool and gym, a grocery shop adjecent to building, very spacious closets, a kitchenette. I appreciated eco friendliness and the card that you could use to advise if you want sheets changed or if they are still good.

If i choose not to go again, it will be due the following:
1. We had a room with balcony, but neither the balcony nor the window would open. It would keep the room from having proper air circulation and there would be smells. Moreover it made me claustrophobic in some way. I asked the reception to still have the window open for a mere 10 degress, they declined, though very politely. I wonder if it was an attempt to ensure people needing to smoke with pay extra for smoking room. This was the biggest disappointment to me.
2.The area itself is not touristic and was cheaper comparatively, but I later found out that it was close to a slum area and thus one should've been careful.
3. The closest train station was 15 to 20 minutes walk, while it is not usually much for me, it was siginificant in the hot weather of bangkok which can be quite polluted as well. Next time i will prioritize being closer to a local transportation not operating by car or bus.
4. The mattress was wierd. It felt like a netted cover was on it and you could feel it. Not sure if it was due to being a weary mattress or if there was some kind of netted hard cover below sheets.
