Perfect place for short stay!

Quite location, very close to public transport, easy to reach.
Standard breakfast with no issue.
Helpful and friendly hotel staff.
Perfect room for short stay near the vibe of Bangkok city.
Has some other branch in some part of Thailand.
Highly recommend this hotel.

- My room was in the bad condition. The air condition were leaking for whole night. The room itself quit small.

The shower in room 302 didn't drain efficiently and had mildew on the walls, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay. We booked 2 different rooms for a total of 4 days. First room (404) was nice and met our expectations. Service desk was polite, breakfast was acceptable and elevators and air conditoning all worked as expected.

Room has a very bad smell of the toilet (601).

Avoid staying in 601 which is on the top floor, it has a very strong smell from the toilet. the toilet’s cover is not comfortable to sit.

Needs an update.. too basic for a holiday

Okay, the hotel is located in an alley near the bts sky train with easy access. The rooms are as basic as could be, the breakfast is also as basic as could be.. if you are looking for a budget room this might be your thing, I prefer to stay with a few other amenities that for me make the difference.. I could have spend 6 dollar more and gotten a much better room.. however, the staff were so nice and helpful that after all I did t feel so bad.

I was a bit disappointed with the hotel . I booked a room in their hotel one month ahead but unfortunately when I was there already they told me that the room that I booked was unavailable that moment because it was occupied already. They just told me that they only have some small rooms left for me to stay if I want to, not the same to the room that I booked.
Try to imagine that!! What's the purpose of booking if something horrible like this happen????

I asked to change the room they assigned me the airco was dripping water on my pillow. 2nd room was better except I had difficult time sleeping. At first I thought it's because of the outside air pollution. Then started wondering airco filter was unclean and was clogging my lungs or something. After wearing mask during sleep, I was able to sleep well. It's not because of the hotel... the air on the entire city is extremely bad even in 2017.

It's okay for one night. Close to the bus station eastern. Pretty standard small room, quite loud and springy bed. Most tv channels didn't work. Breakfast very simple. Also you have to pay a 1000 baht deposit for the sheets, which made me laugh. Overall passable but wouldn't stay again. I think Bangkok is just very expensive for what you get.

Value for Money, a bit small for couple.

The bed and towels are clean. the rooms are a bit old and the air-conditioning is very dirty. It was warm and the air was damp. I remove the filter from the air-conditioning and washed it, and put it back, then the dampness went away and the room was nice and cold. Its cheap and situated at a very convenient location.

The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and welcoming and invited us to have coffee and tea. He also provided us with a msp and told us where the 711 was and where a 24 hr mall was. The hotel is run down and needs some care. The hotel needs to be cleaned properly. It clearly looks like that areas commonly used were wiped down but nothing else.

Good bed :)

The addition of a computer we could use and print documents ( even if there is a small fee) would have been greatly helpful. Also small issue with toilet not flushing. Otherwise an enjoyable stay with a big comfortable bed.

Disappointed in your hotel...

I am disappointed to your hotel we stay there almost 9days but your breakfast is over and over again toast and fruits everyday.and the TV you put and your advertisement you have cable TV but when.we there only one English channel the rest thai. and your staff always to give us wrong key....area is good have shopping mall 5 mins away and food place.bts only 5 mins away.

I stayed here my first night in Bangkok. Staff were friendly, but honestly you can stay in hostels for less money and much better quality. I really enjoyed D Hostel on Boonsiri Rd. Depends on what you're looking for.

The things needed are there

I stayed at Nantra with my girlfriend. We aren't very demanding with respect to luxury. This hotel offers the things necessary for a pleasant stay and the 24h front desk is very convenient. The location is alright, since the (slightly expensive [40 bath]) skytrain is around the corner.

Impossible to find on maps!

unfortunately, we got lost several times and had to call the hotel for directions. no single taxi driver would know the location of this spot. also on a pretty dark road and so it didn't feel that safe to return too late. small, basic, a little dingy room but i guess you can't complain when you pay that price.

\"No help, no help\" - said by the receptionist

Good location, as it is really close to the skytrain (hope you don't mind the rats on the steet) and street food.

CONs:
General of the rooms. Our upgraded room (300 extra bahts for 4 nights) was still sort of unacceptable: missing painting at some points, cockroaches and ants in the room...
We asked for help at the reception (24 hours reception service is provided by the hotel based on its listing) but the receptionist just waved and told us no help, no help, go away.
The breakfast is far from the continental one. (just bread and jam and cereals and some fruits)

nice location, 5 minutes walk to Asoke BTS, convenient shops, pubs, restaurants and shopping malls also at walking distance. Slightly a different environment to explore if you have already experienced the crowded Siam, Silom, Pratunam area.

Hotel near BTS but terrible staff

This hotel located near BTS Ekamai station, really convenient when traveling. But the hotel staff are really terrible ! The staff somehow lose the printout of the email sent from Expedia which included my booking ID, so when I check in, the staff said I can't stay at the hotel because he could not find my booking ID!!! I said I've pay for the whole package including the money for hotel stay through Expedia, but the staff said this was non of his business! I have to phone to Expedia hotline and tell them to resend the booking ID to the hotel staff and the staff didn't even want the refresh button to see if he could receive the email or not ! I then tell Expedia to send the email to me and I showed the booking ID to the staff and he let me stay at the end ! It was really terrible ! Also, the staff had poor English and very unhelpful for answering question on travel to the DMK airport ! The bathroom was overall clean but had an unpleasant smell and the sink were even not inside the bathroom ! It was beside the bed ! I will never stay in this hotel again !

small hotel near bts

tiny elevator only fit 2 person with luggages. The receptionist doesn't speak english so it's kinda hard to communicate with them. I got early flight so I gotta check out at 6, and no one is at the lobby!!! They gonna charged if we broke hotel equipment but seriously I got a room with broken towel hanger plus there's such stain on my bedsheet plus the bathroom tiles feels like it going to break everytime I step on it. It's 5 minutes walking from bts, with tesco lotus express nearby but not many street hawkers there and the hotel located in a quiet alley

Why can't I insert carriage returns in this text? Rooms are small, but reasonably modern. Perfectly comfortable unless you're carrying a ton of stuff with you. Cleanliness wasn't 100%, but could have been worse. Location is convenient, and only a short walk to the BTS station. Surrounding area is clean and safe. Hotel staff, both night and day shifts, were generally unhelpful, clueless about the surrounding area, and unwilling to assist with even small requests.

The economy rooms are small, bordering on very small so be careful. Functional, clean, but a little cramped. The value for what I paid is excellent and for a short stay of couple of days, its fine. For a little more the standard rooms look a better proposition. Breakfast is included and while only basic, at this price range its a welcome addition.

Great location that's all I would say and excellent for one night stand, not for longer than that. Rooms are very small no wardrobe or any place to hang shirts etc no vents in the bathrooms which is 3feet from beds, sink is in room and about 2feet from bed, use your suitcase for wardrobe and you will have to walk over it to get to bed. Rooms are appx,8x10x6feet hight.

Hotel is easy reach public transport But the rooms have no wardrobe, toilets have no air went all smell goes in to the bedroom,sink is next to bed,there is no place to hang shirts etc rooms are so small u need walk over the suitcase to get to the other side the bed. Noise u drop any thing on court floor can heared at 1st floor because of plaster board walls And finally breakfast you eat in the reception are and offered cornflake and toast with jam n butter very healthy and offcours tea coffee self service. Floor to cielling about 6feet.

エカマイバスターミナル近くのホテルという事で、選択した。7:00の出発の予定なので、最高の立地です。フロントで、パスポート預けさせられたが、朝の清算時に、返却されず、バス出発1分前に気付き大慌てで降車し、ホテルへ戻った。ホテル従業員に、何で渡してくれなかったんだと、クレーム入れ、バス運賃を返却して貰う交渉をする。
何とか伝わり、返却される。ま、確認しなかった自分も愚かだと思うが！
次のバスは8：30〜という事で、あーあ！と思う。
このバスが、何とパタヤの近くで、故障して1時間停車、そして代車を手配という事で、更に2時間過ぎる。予定のバンハー港についたのは15:30で、フェリーに乗り、サメット島着か、16:30でした。午前中に上陸予定が、ホテルに着いたのは17時です。やり切れない思いですが、これも旅の思い出ですかね？

好立地なナントラグループのビジネスホテル

なんといっても立地が良くてリーズナブルな定宿のひとつ。東バスターミナルやBTSエカマイ駅まで徒歩５分圏内で日系スーパーMAX VALUEや日本食レストランがやたら多く入店する駅直通のGATEWAY EKAMAIを筆頭に駅周辺からホテルまでの飲食環境は充実。さらにホテル北側には大型スーパーBIG Cや24時間営業のMAX VALUEも近い。シャワールームが南側で小窓があるので明るく開放的で乾きもよくて良いのだがシャワー自体の水圧が弱く残念。ただし、各部屋の間取りや広さがやや異なり各階エレベーター降りて左突き当りの部屋だけは間取りがやたら狭くバスルームが部屋奥で窓がない。ホテル向かいのコインランドリーが10バーツコイン×３枚で利用可能、乾燥機は10分10バーツで１時間ほど必要。洗剤とコインは自分で用意するように。立地優先や宿泊費を節約したい一人旅には薦められるがカップル向きではない。

일단 새벽에 도착하였는데 방이 없다고 함. 연계된곳으로 찾아가라고함. 이동후 난트라 계열 호텔 체크인 하였지만 키를 돌려 여는 문인데 잘열리지도 않았고 화장실문은 닫히지가 않음. 방음 잘안됨. 딱하나 좋았던건 뜨거운 물은 잘나옴. 그리고 방이 없다고했을때 자주 쓰는 수법인듯 했음. 같은 계열의 열악한곳에 방이 많으니 이같은 방법을 쓰는듯함. 3개월 이상 남은 시점에서 예약한게 없다는게 말이 안됨.

遅い時間のCHECK-INでしたが対応はよかった。しかし、部屋の電気がつかなかったりで若干てまどり
その後、長い髪が落ちていたり、気分が悪かった。

早餐很簡單吐司果汁牛奶及水果(每天都一樣)，櫃台服務人員很貼心幫我們翻譯泰文，有甚麼問題都會盡力找尋答案(我們詢問公車到遊樂園)，房間隔音算不錯，但如果隔壁有人晚歸關門大聲會聽得到，離BTS很近，走路約五分鐘就到，附近有許多攤販店面以及7-11，很方便，再往後面一點走，是他們的夜店街，晚上很熱鬧，但飯店在巷子內也有段距離，所以不會吵。

載せられている写真と「違う」と言うレベルではなく、全く別の写真を使っているようでした。

飛行機が遅れ20時にチェックイン、フロント不在でしばらくして買い物から帰ってきた。
予約が入っていないと言われさんざんまたされ何とかチェックインでした。
デポジットの1,000バーツ受け取り控え貰えず少し不安。
部屋はTV作動せず、金庫は固定されず置いてあるだけで持ち運びできてしまう、トイレ流れず何度か水を溜て流すことができた、最終日カードキーエラーで部屋に入れずフロントにてカード書き換え。
外出時や帰ってき際にフロント前を通るときにフロントマンは一切挨拶無し。
チェックアウト時また予約が入っていないことで待たされる、引き継ぎされておらず。
値段なりで観光目的で選んではいけないホテルです。

Jag skulle ta en buss från Ekamai busstation kl 5 på morgonen och ville ha gångavstånd till bussen. Hotellet är utmärkt för det syftet. Har även bott där förut när jag skulle ta nattbuss. Smidigt att lämna bagaget på hotellet efter utcheckning och hämta det innan bussen går. Helt ok rum, trevlig personal.

Good value for money. Small, clean and simple rooms, the building needs some renovating. Excellent location near Ekamai bts! In my room the sewers start to stink if I don't keep water flowing from the tap once in a while. English speaking staff not too friendly, the ones speaking only thai were much more helpful, too bad that this didn't help me much as I speak only few words thai.

價格我買時很便宜不過住宿也算舒適了

若是原價破千元的話那單價就偏高了我住的價格在700NT 內房間略微潮濕不過冷氣頗強雖說小間點~不過給旅人來說非常便宜電視節目也能看些內地頻道不過有附早餐有水果吐司抹果醬很簡便的早餐出外人吃應急的行!!!若要吃豪華點有可能要去住更好的飯館囉!!

エカマイ駅から徒歩約１０分と比較的近い割には宿泊費が安い点は評価できると思います。
日本食レストランが徒歩圏内にいくつもあり、空港への移動も含めて今回の旅程ではタクシー不要でした。

このホテル（系列のホテルも含め）施設は古くて狭くメンテナンスもあまりされていない。
例　トイレの水漏れ、シャワーヘッド固定不良、エアコン吹出し口調整不調、室内金庫は固定されていないなど。
しかし　比較的値段が安くスタッフの感じもいい。泊まるだけならコストパフォーマンスはいいと思う。

主要交通手段のBTSから徒歩5～10分と近く、バンコク中心街に近いのが嬉しい

ホテル自体は普通だが、カオサンやドミトリーと比べると低価格でホットシャワー・トイレ・エアコンで清潔で低価格は嬉しい。
エカマイは住宅街なので、近くには小さな食堂や屋台があるけど、なんとなく寂しいので海外旅行気分を感じられるのは少ないかな

BTS エカマイ駅に近く、移動に便利。

近年のバンコクはホテルの料金がとても高くなつてきているが、ここナントラエカマイホテルは立地場所にすれば料金は安いと思います。設備は少し古いが掃除も行き届き清潔にしてる。スタッフも親切です。

Central hotel and not expensive

Negative is the bathroom in the hotel. It was very old / worn and you could see it. The bathroom needs to be renovated to a better standard. What surprised me was that they required a 1000 Bath Deposit if the bed was dirty and had to be replaced. Try not to dirt to bed, especially women who have menstruation. You will be charged 300 Bath for each time they have to change the sheets., So it is said ..
But on the other side. The hotel is very clean and is perfectly located. It was about 200m from Ekkamai Skyline Station. This allows you to travel around Bangkok via Skyline, which is cheaper than taking a motorcycle and taxi. Take a walk up the street 10-15min and you will come to a very nice family restaurant and you will have a giant food store.
Not everyone at the front desk was able to speak English and it was a little frustrating especially when you want to hear things around the area.
Enjoyed the hotel because it was centrally located :-).

Türen, Vorhänge und Wände waren nicht wirklich sauber.
Die Fugen vom Waschbecken waren schwarze Schimmelspuren.

Wenn einem das nichts aus macht war es super.

객실은 좁고 침대 옆에 세면대가 따로 있음
드라이기 없고 수건은 낡았음
금고는 있으나 열리지가 않음..
냉장고와 에어컨 있고
세면도구는 샴푸와 바디샴푸 두개 있음

에까마이 근처, 후회하지 않을 선택.

에까마이 근처에서 볼 일이 많으신 분이라면 적은 가격으로 충분히 만족하실 거라고 생각합니다. 개미가 좀 있지만 크게 불편할 정도는 아니었고, 방음이 막 잘되는 편도 아닙니다. 하지만 가격대비 편안하고 쾌적하게 지낼 수 있는 곳입니다. 다시 간다면 이 호텔에 묵을 것 같습니다. BTS도 가깝고 근처에 24시 편의점이 있는 것도 장점이라고 할 수 있습니다.
