Great location, but too tricky for the floor. They had built up extra floor, named it Premium type floor, room nice but to go up, you have to go to main floor first, then take the narrow spiral staircase or disabled lift to go up. Feel weird and not safe to go up and down by either lift or staircase.
Aircon was loud in my room. TV in bathroom is not working. Telephone also not working. Internet worked fine.

This hotel exceeded our expectations.
Staff was so kind and considerate.
The room was ok. Some more shelves and hangers in the closet would help to make clothes-storage more efficient. We were also provided slippers, robes and complimentary daily water bottles which was a really nice touch.
Breakfast was ok with an ok selection for the price- but I was a bit disappointed that no milk substitute was provided.
Overall the stay was really great, and the location is superb, and for the price we paid(50-55$ per night)- I'd definitely stay here again

The hotel is not close to the pictures. The garden view of the park is an hour walk away. The breakfast was terrible. The hot food was cold, coffee was burnt (even at 7 am) and by 9 am much of the food was gone. The chairs at the outside area are mostly too soft to sit on, the sun has damaged the plastic. The good thing about this property was the friendly staff, location to the mall and BTS.

Our stay at S33 Compact Hotel was generally pleasant.
The staff were welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed.

The location was convenient, close to Emsphere Mall and Phrom Phong BTS, which made exploring the area easy. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options ranging from Asian to Western cuisine. There was truly something for everyone, which made mornings enjoyable and convenient.

Overall, we felt well taken care of and welcoming, would happily recommend this hotel to friends and family. We look forward to staying here again.

When a hotel down the road suddenly canceled our booking, S33 Compact saved the day. My wife and I had stayed here earlier, so we knew it was good. They had an available room, and we quickly able to get back on hotels.com and book a 2-week stay. The staff is great! Always friendly and professional. Looking forward to seeing our friends there again during our next stay!

S33 Compact Sukhumvit is a nice budget-friendly hotel in a great location. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided good service throughout my stay. The breakfast options were limited but tasty, and overall, the experience was better than I expected for the price. A good choice if you’re looking for a simple, clean, and convenient place to stay in Sukhumvit.

The A/C wasn’t working at all. I tried to turn on the Controller, but Water pouring down like from the vent like Bathroom Shower. I have to Open the Window the whole night. There was all kind of Insects and Mosquitoes welcoming me. The next morning, I tried to talk to the Front desk and demand for some credit. The answer was “No”. Because I booked the hotel from Expedia. So much for the Service ! I hope Expedia could talk to them and get me a some Credit!

The included breakfast buffet is surprisingly good. The stay was very affordable and the area is convenient, close to Emsphere shopping mall and a few blocks from Terminal 21 and Emquartier/Emporium in either direction once you get to Sukhumvit Rd. Only stayed one night, but thought it was good value and would stay again.

S33 was a great hotel for a short stay in Sukhimvit, Bangkok. The hotel staff was available 24 hours. They were very efficient and friendly and were glad to help you with any of your needs. They all performed their jobs with alacrity and pride.

The room was small, but cozy with a very nice large, comfortable bed, a desk and plenty of outlets for charging your devices. The room lighting was very good and with central AC and a thermostat, you could turn your room into a meat locker if that’s the way you like it. The bathroom was quite spacious with a huge shower and a reasonable amount of counter space. The towels were large and fluffy and they provided wash cloths, too. The room was also quiet as it was away from a main street.

The area is great. You are a short walk from the EmCenter mall and plenty of restaurants and bars. There are lots of shopping options, too.

Overall, I would recommend the S33 Compact Hotel for your short stay in Bangkok.

My overall experience is good, eating option available near hotel, Imji thai food restaurant is good and rate is also quite cheap and good food, nearest bts is phrong pong which is easier to go airport by phaya thai. Breakfast is normal not quite option related to egg or veg. Staff is also good and kind.

Mr Is and Mr T (managers i believe) were great vibes. Most of the staff was great. The hotel is located in an incredibly convenient location. Walking distance to malls, skytrain, food and more. Hotel itself was clean and the room was comfortable. Robes, slippers toiletries provided. Breakfast included and it was great.

An inconvenience was that the water temp in the shower needed constant adjusting. Scalding hot, frigid cold, 20 seconds in the sweet spot, repeat.
I ended up telling one of the receptionists about it during checkout (didnt want to make a fuss about it) and she instantly downplayed it as me doing something wrong.
They offer waters in the fridge, which happened to be the same ones I drink. They look the same other than a sticker the hotel puts on it. Anyway i mixed those up and grabbed the one they had in the fridge instead of mine which i had in the fridge. Didnt realize until checkout. No big deal right?... well that same receptionist made a huge deal. She spoke barely any english other than to tell me MULTIPLE TIMES that i cant do that and i cant swap the drinks out and i had to pay. It was less than $2 equivalent and i couldnt care less. She kept trying to insinuate that i purposely did this horrible crime and tried to cheat the system. So that was a bit annoying and left a bad taste right at check out. Anyways, wrote that off as a cultural misunderstanding. Spent hundreds of dollars on the hotel, $1 margin shouldnt be an issue to create drama.

This hotel is decent. Good value for the money. Room was clean and well appointed. I asked for a 430 am wake up call and got it. The elevator key card system gave me a little trouble. I just took the stairs. The lobby is actually the 3rd floor, they failed to tell me that. I took the elevator down to the 1st floor, which was the basement. The only negative was the noise from construction going on next door.

The hotel is located in a great area and minutes away from shopping centers and public transportation. Room was cmean and had a comfortable bed. Service was great, all staff members are nice and helpful. One area to improve is the noise. The hallways echo pretty loudly making it hard to sleep or stay asleep. Maybe implement a noise rule in place during certain times.

The hotel is well located near Phrom Phong BTS and EM Quartier/Emporium. The Soi is alive at night with Japanese style snack bars and Karaoke.
The rooms are compact as the name suggests but well layed out and the bed is very comfortable. Great Rain shower and amenities provided. Mini fridge and hot water kettle with water bottles are a plus. Breakfast included is also a nice touch and is well served every morning. We enjoyed the hotel very much and would return soon

Everything smells like smoke even though we booked a non-smoking room (corridors, sheets, towels, pillows etc) Room ammenities and size are ok. Breakfast is nothing special. Finally area is surrounded by sex “massage” places. Wouldn’t stay there again. If you’re coming to Bangkok for the first time this is NOT the area of the city you want to be in.

cleanness and design of the room are sufficient for a good rest. The minus point from the hotel pillow, 2 small pillows for a queen bed and no even a proper pillow.
Location is ok but not in the center area, walking to nearer BTS Prom Phong station is about 8-10mins.

I booked this hotel ahead of time for a non-smoking room with buffet breakfast included for 2 nights. They give you 2 room keys that expire after your stay, 1 key has to be used like most hotels to power on the lights and air-con. 1st complaint - is that this non-smoking room not only reeked of cigarettes but also had an actual glass ashtray with a matchbook in the room!!! Non-smoking my a$$! 2nd complaint - the air-con wasn’t working after being in the room with it on for 4 hours. I was told by staff to leave 1 key card in the room to leave the air-con on to cool the room upon my return. I did and left for 9 hours. I came back to a sauna, the air-con stopped working completely. Called staff and they gave me an attitude. Maintenance guy came, looked at air-con for 60 secs and said it was frozen!? Lol, what?! Night staff spoke bad to me and blamed me for turning air-con too low of setting. They refused to switch my room with a working air-con and non-smoking. They refused to refund. I never ate breakfast there. I actually left to go to another hotel that was cheaper down the street with working air-con on every setting. STAY AWAY!

Only a short 5 night stay. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Conveniently situated for easy access to the shopping district or the entertainment areas. Very quiet room, comfortable bed.
The only if small downside was that this hotel is frequented by people who smoke a lot so you have to pass a smoke screen on the way into the hotel. The rooms never smelt of smoke. A minor irritation but worth bearing in mind if you are very anti smoking.
I certainly will be staying here again.

Strategic location close to Prom Phong BTS Station, park, SevEl, and big Malls. Room was large and comfortable. Check in/out process was very efficient. Food was average since the choice is quite limited with not so much variation. The only downside was the lobby that is located at the 3rd floor causing some difficulty for transportation and access.

We like there are restuarants nearby and not that far from BTS station. Malls and cafes are all around.

But we dont like there are some ‘ladies’ sitting at the street opposite to the concierge at night.
Also we prefer to have an esculator or lift up to the lobby
