The staff were lovely and were happy to store my luggage while my room was being prepared. The room itself was nice, and spacious too! I found everything to be clean and well maintained.
I have to mention the bar across the street, the noise levels were extremely high on the Friday night (I’d assume Saturday night as well, but I had checked out that day). This is not the hotels fault, but something for future guests to be aware of when booking

The room was kept spotless by the team at 41 Suite and staff were all lovely, thanks for your hospitality. Right beside the busiest part of the city and far enough to not being disturbed.

I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a good location with food options nearby. It’s also a short walk to the mall and the subway, which made getting around really easy. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. I definitely stay here again.

Hotel was convenient and walking distance to shopping and restaurants close by. There is a night directly in front of hotel and was told it can be loud late into the night. I can not confirm this as when we stayed it was a national religious holiday and no alcohol was allowed to be served or sold anywhere, so most night clubs were closed. Hope this helps.

The hotel itself is OK but the area is noisy until 2 or 3 am because of the pub at the opposite side. The hotel provides a breakfast but only plane bread and instant coffee. If you stay more than 2 nights, you must get bored. Fortunatelly, there is a small noodle shop near the hotel. You can enjoy Thai style noodle as a breakfast. Or you can pick up other things at seven eleven.

Alleyway but no frills clean hotel

No frills hotel but clean and comfortable.. near bts station and opposite has restaurants and near Emquatier. 7/11 round the corner. Mostly Japanese clientele since has authentic Japanese food mostly within this area

Cons: is in a 1-way street alleyway and unless you know your way around your first impression would be a backpacker hostel.

Cheaper than most places during peak however I did pay AUD166/night for a 32sqm \"superior suite\" which was very comfortable last minute booking

Since it's one of my regular hotel and I navigate the taxi and grab drivers how to get there!!

No frills, clean hotel.

Extension stay to my superior suite room. One of my regular hotels when I usually just book superior. Looks can be deceiving since it's located along a 1-way alleyway. Decent and clean even though looks like a bagpacker hostel.. I found it while my Aussie Thai friend took me to authentic Japanese restaurant opposite. There're 3 plus 2 nice Chinese restaurants. This area is mainly Japanese clientele with a few bars and a karaoke bar but it isn't too noisy as I request for a room further. Near bts and Emquatier. Clean. Polite and helpful staff. Thank you very much for a welcoming stay again and happy New Year 2024 (2567) to Khun Thanna and the team.

Very comfortable bed, has a safe, good shower, very good air con, good elevator, close to a 7-11, BTS train not far, small refrigerator, great electronic room key. Pillows are a bit too big, and room price was too high. Wei reception lady was so warm and extremely helpful. Another reception lady laughed at me rudely for me asking to verify some plans. Don’t laugh at customers.!!! Be professional.

2nd stay after trip to Europe.

Cons: alleyway and much more difficult to hail a taxi. Small lift and corridors.

Pros: great staff, front desk (Thank you Khun T & Wei). Great housekeeping staff. Only tried this hotel since I've been to the 3 great authentic Japanese restaurants and 2 Chinese restaurants as my Thai friend took me there and massage opposite (฿250/hr). 7/11 walking distance at the corner of Sukhumvit 41.

Note: there were no roaches, ants etc in both stays. As customers, one should atleast rinse your sweet cans of drink so as to not attract ants etc to the rooms. There are only 3 housekeeping staff handling 60 rooms. Do you even tip them??

Convenient and price for a short stay in bkk. Don't expect a view. Carry your own bags.

Pros: clean,cheap, near bts, walking distance to Emquatier, great Japanese and Chinese restaurants, 7/11 at corner, coin laundromat outside next door, polite staff especially Wei, lift but small, safe area even for solo female, luggage weighing scale.

Cons: alleyway, may be difficult to find, small lift, views are shop lots opposite the road. Narrow hallways no air A/C to lift.

In another life, I think this hotel would be great. The rooms are a nice size, it looks and feels clean inside, nice shower and bathroom area...but I cannot get past the roaches.
There were four separate rooms in our party and each one had multiple roaches in the rooms. We arrived at the hotel close to 2am, which although their front desk closes at 8pm, they conveyed clear instructions on how to enter the property and get the room keys. After 21 hours of flying, we just wanted to take a shower and explore the area a little bit. Immediately, my husband saw two roaches running across the floor, which I killed after chasing them down. As we met up with our friends, they all communicated the same experience in their rooms, with one couple stating that they could not sleep in their room with so many roaches running around. We ended up walking to the Soi Cowboy area about 20-25 minutes away. We didn't get back to our hotel until almost 4:30am. For 3 rooms, we stayed and slept for a few hours, knowing that we needed to be at the airport by 9am. For the other couple, they took one last shower and headed straight to the airport. When we mentioned the roach issue during check-out the next morning, it didn't feel as though the front desk staff cared too much.
For me, the rooms would be beautiful without the roaches. I was just super paranoid about sleeping with all of the bugs running around. Also, there is not much to do around this area. Would not stay here again.

By far worse hotel I have ever stayed in. They advertise themselves as a 3star but really it’s a 1 star hotel that should be knocked down and rebuilt.
Roaches everywhere in the hotel room. From the ground, counters, near the bed, and in the bathroom. They even have them running around in the hallway.
We just got off an our plane for flying for 22 hours and needed a hotel for one night before heading south. After seeing the room we left and stayed the night in the airport. Felt more clean and comfortable sleeping on the airport floor than inside that room. Actually felt more clean sleeping in the desert of Afghanistan than this hotel.
You have been warned stay away.

Stay here if room size is important for you

I only stayed at this hotel because my usual go-to place (S Box) was full. It cost one-third more but I don’t think it’s worth the price. Mind you, I’m a solo traveller so a room of around 150 sq feet at S Box doesn’t bother me. S Box gives me one free mask every day, free breakfast and its location is much better than the location of 41 Suites. The rooms at 41 Suites big and they are more suitable for families.

Good value for money. Pretty good location, only 5-7 mins walk to BTS. Nice lobby/lounge area, with free iced water provided at all times of the day (great for when the weather is hot!). I have stayed previously at this hotel and my stay has always been very good. Unfortunately they make up the room daily between 1:30 to 4:00pm which I find quite late. Returning to the hotel in the afternoon to escape the heat of Bangkok but not knowing when the room will be made up was rather frustrating as I do not see the need to make up the room so late in the afternoon.

Shockingly comfortable mattress for Asia, nice lobby with $1- cappuccino (they should get rid of the plastic cups, though). Quiet side alley near supermarket and massive mall and MRT station. Airport cabs arranged at fair prices. I just did a quick overnighter and flew out the next day. Good value.

41 Suite is in a quiet side street just steps away from Sukhumvit Rd with all it's craziness. A few minutes walk from Phrom Phong BTS it's convenient for travelling around the city. There isn't a gym or pool but if you want a clean, good value hotel just for a place to sleep then this is a great option.

It is easy to find and a quite area, there is a massage and Japanese cuisine near this hotel. We can enjoy local breakfast at the morning which is near the main entrance.
We can find a convience store call top market at the head of the road, easy for having snacks and drinks moment.
For the stays, what a specious room for 2 us, cleanliness room and washroom. We know that the warm lighting can be provided warm and relaxing feeling for us, but if there is a white lighting with the make up table will be better.

Lovely, quiet, and near everything

This is a lovely small hotel tucked in a back alley right behind Sukhumvit Rd. Because it is not on the main road it is very quiet and literally a minute away from a plethora of dining and shopping options. In the alley are also restaurants, laundries, a souvenir shop and a good massage shop. Right around the corner are a few food carts and Tops Market. More food carts, small and big restaurants, and bars are all around on both sides of Sukhumvit Rd. Benchasiri Park is a very short walk away and so is the BTS sky train if you wish to reach farther destinations in the city.

The room was exactly as advertised: small but comfortable and perfect for my needs. Good amenities and toiletries were provided including robes and slippers. The shower had good pressure and temperature control and was well separated by a glass door.

The WiFi used webpage login, wich is not my favorite, but was pretty reliable once connected and I was given two usernames and passwords so I could connect both my phone and tablet.

This was one of my most relaxing stays in Bangkok and for a great price too. I'm pretty sure I will be back.

Just what I needed

Fantastic rooms and just what I required. I had a fire in my condo block around the corner and needed a room for 8 nights while my condo was repaired and cleaned and 41 suites was perfect for me.... You get what you pay for so no pool, restaurant, gym but great rooms at a great price in an excellent location. I have stayed in all rooms and their presidential suite is fantastic, ok not presidential as in what a 5 star hotel offers but for the price it's great with a bedroom, living room, 2 toilets, small kitchen and a work space. Overall a great stay and will highly recommend anyone on a budget to stay here

Great value. Nice hotel, a little older and could be fancier, but the location and price make this a great deal. Very hard for taxis to find on a one-way street, and one of my friends was dropped off at 1:00 am nearby but not at the hotel - so be sure to have directions handy in Thai. The very light breakfast (coffee/tea and toast) was an unexpected bonus. Very nice staff. I was here for a conference so barely at the hotel and my friends paid twice as much for no particular reason!

we checked in at 2.00pm as we needed a base for the day and evening until our early morning flight. So we did not sleep there stored our luggage and showered etc.
When we checked out late evening as we had explained that was our intention the staff insisted on going up and checking the room before we left!
I have stayed in numerous hotels and never had this experience before, it made me feel very uncomfortable, my husband and and I were respectfully dressed and well mannered.
Room was small but OK, location was in side street off busy main road, so would expect it was quiet at night. Can't comment on breakfast as we didn't stay overnight.

An excellent stay...had my family over family over for my wedding and they loved the hotel. It was comfortable and in a quiet street, yet they were close to the Skytrain, shopping and food. The hotel is located in a small alleyway near the main road. About a 5 min walk to the nearest BTS station (which is always essential as traffic in Bangkok is terrible! Also loved the fact that is was close to the EM district which is an amazing place for good food!
Staff at the hotel were always accommodating and very nice.
Room was not 5 star but definitely had everything you would need.

On a Budget

Good quiet location as it's a short walk to the BTS Phrom Phong station and Emporium. Some Japanese restaurants in the area. Good if on a budget and just need a place to rest (decent but no frills).

A quiet escape within the confins of Bangkok

This hotel was located on a small and quiet road off Sukhumvit soi 39. I was staying at a nearby hotel and dropped in for a preview of their rooms as my previous accommodations were less than satisfactory. The room itself was clean, modern Ikea-like furnishings (but better) and well-maintained. I really enjoyed the spacious washroom and shower which felt luxurious after a hot and sweaty day in Bangkok. The bed was firm yet comfortable. Air-conditioning ran strong and was adjustable to my liking. There was lots of space to layout my luggage and acquisitions after a day in the city. In the lobby there were two desktops available for public use. Coffee, tea, and toast were on offer in the morning - enough just to get you going. Closeby was TOPS supermarket that provided local prices for their food and necessities. Distance to the BTS was about a 5-10 minute walk. Not a lot of street food, but on the opposite side of Sukhumvit (even-numbered side) there was a modest selection of vendors. Overall, I was pleased with my stay. I would recommend. My highest praise I can offer: I would stay there again.

Very good hotel for the price.

Very good hotel for the price. The room was clean. Very quick check-in and check-out. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from Emporium and Emquartier malls and just a couple of BTS stops/2 minute taxi to Nana.

Not worth

Long walk to BTS. Wall is thin and can hear next door talking. Wifi reception is poor. TV channels is poor.
Rooms are big and house keeping is friendly. Water pressure in toilet is good.
Overall not worth the money. Have better options elsewhere.

Overnight stay only. Good location very near Sukhumvit Road and Prhom Phong skytrain station. Initial confusion on arrival as had upgraded 2 days before and they could only find the resulting cancellation notice and not the new booking. Eventually they gave us an upgrade without prompting - nice room! Friendly and helpful staff. Missed breakfast but saw no real bar or restaurant anyway. Would recommend for short stay.
