I had an excellent stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The service was truly outstanding and made me feel valued as a guest.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The facilities were top quality, and everything was organized perfectly to ensure a relaxing experience. I especially appreciated the calm atmosphere and the attention to guest comfort.

The location is also fantastic, making it easy to access the surrounding areas while still enjoying a peaceful environment.

Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, professionalism, and exceptional service. I will definitely return on my next visit.

The water and bodywash made the tub very slippery to stand in. There were no handrails. I called the night manager on duty and explained the risk. Ms. Sawitree sent two rubber bath mats the next day. I appreciate it very much. Thank you.

The staff were outstanding. Every staff member whom I had comtact with was helpful and friendly without being intrusive. This includes the front desk staff, the door staff, porters, waitstaff, room staff, concierge, everyone...
Parts of the hotel are becoming dated. The hot water system supplying my room was on its last legs and \"hot\" water was only warm.
The rooms are large and have a kitchenette which really useful.
Location is great for everything, things to see, transport. shopping, food.

love staying at the Emporium Suites as the location is the best. Attached to a shopping center and next to a BTS station it is easy to get around and do some shopping or find a place to eat. It has also a top notch fitness area and very good swimming pool.

Perfect family stay in the 3 bedroom suite!

I would stay here again without hesitation. The size of our 3 bedroom suite was quite large and very comfortable for our family. Very clean and well kept. Just a little outdated but that didn’t bother me at all. Breakfast buffet was good. Location was central to where we spent our time and the connection to the BTS station was a benefit for us. Thank you so much.

Hotel with prime location

This location is prime. Easy access to sky train. Very convenient. Connect to 3 big malls. We can get everything so easily. Lots of choices in terms of food, such as food courts to top restaurants. I love its prime location. We stayed in the one bedroom so we had washing machine to use. My husband mentioned that their gym was in excellent condition with no equipment missing. The pool was gorgeous.

I always stay at Emporium Suites while in Bangkok. The location is excellent but this time they had construction on driveway entry and safety concern with ongoing traffic. Also, the elevators have also ways been slow and they only had two out of three working so no fun at all.

Underwhelming.

Arrived, took my own bags out the car and was only when i was about to open the door myself the bell boys did anything at all.

Car parking isn’t theirs, nor do they have their own parks roped off like most others. You share it with the shopping center so if you arrive at midday, prepare for a 30 minute car parking hunt/maybe no parks at all. No option of valet, although i did notice the car parking has its own valet when we were leaving.

Finally checked into the room to find a notice about construction noise during the day for our stay, and a freshly painted room that would get you high in five minutes (seriously, did anybody walk into that room beforehand?). Changed rooms. Checkin process: 1 hours.

Breakfast. Average at best. Possibly the smallest “buffet”, with the sole of the worst food i’ve had in a long while. “crispy bacon” means “carpet bacon” with no taste at all. Big kitchen, with no utensils, you have to order if you want to use them.

Good points: size of
room was m is huge, gym and pool areas were amazing, although lack of cleaning instruments/staff was concerning .

Plenty better options very close by that are much better value with much better service/breakfast options. Without the facilities and location this seems like a 3 star hotel at best. It seems management haven’t stepped out of their bubble and seen what they are competing with, and that they are just living off their corporate rates.

I certainly won’t be back.

Best in Bangkok for families, stay there all the time. Every time I try another place for a change, I regret it when I compare it to the Emporium Suites. Connected to the mall, food courts, cinema, and BTS subway. Excellent super friendly and helpful staff at a good price. Biggest apartment style rooms, verandas, kitchens, and laundry machines. Our kids call it home.

We liked the location on Sukhumvit rd, close to the shopping centres. The staff were friendly. The pool looks although didnt get to use. Dislikes: This is not a 5 star property, room is looking tired, lifts, 3 of of, 1 not working the whole time are painfully slow and really make a big impact on enjoying your stay. The buffet breakfast is very small, very few options for a 5 star hotel. Especially considering all other 5 star hotels close by who are far more superior. For over $500 AUD for 2 nights there are so many better options close by.
I wont be returning.

Ah, the good times. Before covid, I stayed here a lot and the standards have not left. Emporium is clean, cozy, and convenient. My room had an amazing view facing east, Sukhumvit. I was on the 38th floor. So easy and convenient to get to the BTS and around the city. The ONLY downside is the elevator can get congested and you might wait more than 5-10 minutes before an elevator comes. That said, I love this and cant wait to stay again.

Been staying at Emporium for over 15 years and slowly witnessing a decline in overall quality with the property getting much more expensive.

This time we had a dead cockroach in the bathroom and a malfunction in the shower with no cold water in one of the bathrooms of the suites,
No phone working in the second room, no equipment in the kitchen. All issues were handled promptly by the staff but this is a stark difference to previous stays.

My stay started off terrible but improved. I had emailed and asked a ton of questions before booking the hotel. I arrived late at night bevause of my flight arrival time. They knew of my arrival time. When I get there Iwas assigned a room on the 35th floor. I noticed the elevator was painfully slow and without air conditoning. As the doors open off the elevator I notice the strong stench of ciggerette smoke. I then open the room and it stinks of ciggerettes. I wont even put my things down and proceeed back to the elevator area and wait 7 minutes for an elevator because only 2 of the 3 are working. It turns out they neglected to mention in my numerous questions about any remodeling going on that the elevators are being replaced until October 2024. I go back down exhausted and sweaty and the front desk attendant informs me they no longer have any of the room type I booked except smoking rooms. Am I offered a complimentary upgrade ? Of course not. I am offfered a down grade for the same price. I agree to sleep there one night as it was late and my reservation was for a week but said I wouldn't stay there the full week. I was assured not a problem and talk to the front desk in the morning. It was a problem and I had to argue and I lost the entire next day having to argue why they needed to move me..Its not 5 star service. I had numerous service issues the entire stay. The concierge will not help you with anything relevant. Housekeeping is good. Location good. Service not good.

My stay was excellent and I would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting approximately from everything. One downside is breakfast ends at 10:30 which is normal. I got there at 10:10-10:15 and one of the staff did not like it and mentioned that it is now 10:30 which was not and even if, I already came before.

The washing machine washer dryer would not work. They had to replace it with another one that also didn’t work properly. You called it a washer dryer, but we had to dry her clothes in the lanai. One of the lights is burned out in the dining room. The cold water faucet in the bathroom would not work so that had to be replaced. I expected a lot better from Emporium. However, you were quick to address all of his problems and I appreciate that in your room please are very first rate.

A busy hotel connected to a big shopping mall and located on one of the main roads in Bangkok. Easy access to foods & transportation. We should receive a VIP access but not sure what that meant. We were told that we could drink up to one set of soft drinks free from the mini bar for our 2 night stay. Encountered a cockroach in the middle of the night in our kitchenette area on the first night. Tried to kill it but unsuccessful. Reported it to the hotel they graciously offered to change our room or do a “deep-clean”. We opted for the later as it would be too much to pack up and move again. Had al carte breakfast that wasn’t impressive. Asked for a soy latte only to be offered to mix hot soy milk with coffee by the waitress who couldn’t understand when I explained streamed milk in native Thai.
