The only complaint is housekeeping would allow the room doors to make the alarm sound as they cleaned the rooms. There has to be an away to disarm the door beeping while it is propped open for cleaning. Because after 3 and more rooms it becomes a distraction and stressful. Has never happened before so I think this can be solved.

The location of the hotel is good, the reception and the room service staff is also very good. However, there seem to be smoke smell at the 19th floor where I am staying. Maybe someone is secretly smoking in the staircase. There is also a air purifier outside the corridor, I think it is to mask the smoke even though it is a non smoking area.

I stayed for three days in total. I asked to change rooms on the first day. The water in the shower room was too weak, as if I had a problem with urine. The staff helped me move to a room two floors up, but found that the water was still very weak. Secondly, there was no equipment to hang clothes in the bathroom. , there is no space to put personal care products on the wash basin. The most outrageous thing is that after changing rooms, I found that the bed had become larger, but the indoor space was relatively reduced and luggage could not opened together. Overall, I felt very inconvenience. I will definitely not book this hotel again next time. In the same area., there must be more choices at the same rate! By the way, the breakfast food is not good as well. Very disappointed

Very convenient location with the BTS station just 3 min walk away. The very nice Emporium mall is literally 1 minute walk from the hotel lobby and has direct access into the BTS station. It makes it even more convenient on rainy days. The 7-11 right next to the lobby makes getting a late night snack super convenient. The check-in process was quick, staff was friendly, and the price was right. The room itself was small but has everything that i needed for a solo trip. The bed is hard and i found it very comfortable. The washroom was clean but the towels were quite worn. I know Ibis is a budget chain but it would be nice to have towels in a little better condition. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Shower did not drain well and would pool. Every time we showered, we were standing in our own dirty water. Walls are thin, when neighbors got back to their room, we would hear loud talking, laughing, etc. Tried to speak with front desk regarding options, and was told to inquire with surrounding hotels for availabilities, but our room was non refundable. No attempt to help or try in any way to make our stay more enjoyable. Gate security would smile and greet certain guests, but immediately look anyway and ignore us when he saw me and my wife walking right behind. I dislike establishments that treat paid guests differently because of their ethnicity. Even though our booking was non-refundable, we still ended up leaving two days early and booked new reservations at the hotel across the street. We’ve stayed at other Ibis’ in Hong Kong and Japan, and always had great experiences- hence the choice to book here with a name that we recognized. Sadly, this property did not deliver.
