My experience began well before arrival, and the professionalism demonstrated during the booking phase set a high standard from the outset.

A special acknowledgment to PATUMMALAI | Assistant Reservations Manager, who addressed all questions thoroughly prior to arrival. Communication was prompt, structured, and accommodating throughout. Every inquiry was handled with clarity and attention to detail, creating strong confidence before stepping onto the property. The consistency and responsiveness from the reservations team reflect strong operational leadership.

Upon arrival, execution matched the preparation. Check-in with Namtam (Front Desk) was efficient and seamless, and the room was ready immediately — an operational detail that significantly enhances the guest experience. Front-of-house coordination was composed and attentive.

I would also like to recognize the following team members:

- Mr. Coco (Concierge) – Exceptionally attentive, knowledgeable, and proactive. Requests were handled with professionalism and genuine care.
- Ms. Mint (The Qlub Fitness/Wellness team ) – Welcoming and supportive. The gym facility is well maintained, and her professionalism enhanced the experience.
- ENG (Doorman) – Secured luggage immediately upon arrival with courtesy and efficiency, creating a strong first impression.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful! The room and facilities were very clean! The breakfast was great with a variety of different foods including healthy options! The location of the hotel is just 10 minutes by foot to the Emporium shopping centre and BTS station.

It was an okay stay. Facilities were v good but the hotel does not do 5 star service. Breakfast was v good, rooms were a high v standard. Points I wish were better were:

- difficult to get a space by the pool - and towel hogging behaviour at times
- staff sometimes said hello when you walked past, sometimes didn't
- water was in plastic bottles - glass please
- room service could have been a level up - more pristine making of bed for example

Overall felt much more like serviced apartments than a hotel. I recognise it is also serviced apartments - but in which case don't say you're also a hotel.

Did not have their breakfast so cannot comment on that.

They upgraded us to a corner room as the one we booked is currently facing a construction site and so do appreciate the initiative by the staff at SILQ.

The layout of the room is excellent and the bathroom is huge, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a washing/dryer machine and a separate living room. They even provide washing powder, so thoughtful.

The design of the room is very well thought out and the fittings and furnishings are top notched. I really cannot fault anything on the interior, classy timeless style and everything you will need in a room.

The beds were super comfortable, soft plush mattresses and the beddings were so soft, they lure you to stay in bed all day but Bangkok beckons! Towels were clean, nice and soft. Huge table at sink, great for 2 gals with all our skincare and makeup stuff.

Bathroom shower and bath, excellent!!! Water pressure and temp all good. Toilet is the Japanese kind, auto flush!

The only negative thing is the TV, I cannot cast or mirror on my phone.

It is quite a walk out to the main road where the Phrom Pong BTS is so be prepare to walk a bit. Since it is not by the main road Sukhumvit, the place is much quieter.

Shout out to CoCo the concierge, he gave us good tips on Bangkok and even got us a transport to the airport at a better rate than Grab.

We decided to treat ourselves to a nice hotel for our last night in Thailand, and boy were we happy we did! Silq hotel was AMAZING. Our room was incredible: 23rd floor with little balcony and amazing (sunrise) views of the city). Super spacious with full kitchen, coffee making bar, mini laundry room, gorgeous bathroom and even a dressing area! Super comfortable bed. Super luxurious room. Staff was amazing and super attentive. Breakfast spread was insane: you could stay there for a week and not eat the same thing twice. And the food was delicious. Only things we didn't love: had dinner in the restaurant and were a bit underwhelmed. Food was good, but not amazing. Little bar was ok (small and dark); we drank our \"complimentary\" drink (only 2 somewhat boring options) and left right away. We checked out the pool area and didn't look at cool as in the photos. We didn't have time to hang there, but probably wouldn't have done it anyway. To sum it up: we LOVED our room and the breakfast buffet, but the rest of the facilities felt just ok. Not bad but not on par with our room.

Very friendly staff and very comfortable bed. Nice and convenient location that’s off the main road. Generally clean, but there were some spots of mold in the shower grout. The lounge chair in the room was useful but starting to show wear and tear in its structural stability. TV remote was not very responsive and was a bit of a nuisance since the tv turns on automatically everytime I returned to the room.

All the staff were super friendly and helpful- can’t fault them. Travelling as a single female, I felt safe, close to all the amenities such as the shops and BTS. Luckily, someone else had also written this in their review which was the deciding factor to book this hotel.
The room was big and clean- the layout made it luxurious. Gym had sufficient equipment to do my workout; pool was clean but cold( I traveled in Dec during a cold spell in Bangkok). However, the staff were so accommodating and made the access to the onsen super easy to warm up.

A very good selection of fresh fruits, pastries, yoghurts, hot and cold Thai and international food available. For me, it was delicious and offered sufficient healthy selection. However, my friend felt it was expensive (for Thai standards)as it didn’t offer enough variety eg add sour dough bread, more yoghurt flavours, etc. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this hotel and have rebooked for my next stay.

We first stayed at the hotel two years ago and came back on our return to Bangkok this year! The hotel is fantastic! Best I’ve stayed in! Staff can’t do more for you and very accommodating! From Concierge, to everyone on Reception and those in the Gym/Pool/Bar! Rooms cleaned daily and very comfortable! Will always be my option for hotel when I return back to Bangkok

The moment I got off the taxi, I was welcomed by the receptionist and the concierge, Coco!

Everyone (literally everyone!) has been so attentive to take care of me such as opening the car door, getting me drinks, and answering any questions.

And Coco is probably the best concierge I've met. He knows what you need to know about Bangkok and recommends based on what you wanna do. He even arranged a massage session for you.

The service is just spot-on! I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bangkok!

The room had windows that open for fresh air and a nice little balcony. The staff were all very friendly and helpful especially a gentleman named “Game” who operates the shuttle service and works at the front. Breakfast spread was more than enough and the sauna/onsen was a dream. Amazing.

The fridge is not cold our milk spoiled and the washing machine the dryer function is not working. We been trying to wash the same batch of clothes for 2 days. At the end we have to force dry in the room and our clothes soak for two days!

Home away from home!

I stayed in an Executive Suite at SilQ Residence and Hotel, and it was exceptional. The one-bedroom apartment-style room was spacious, well-designed, and had stunning views. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the location was ideal—peaceful yet convenient. Excellent amenities made it feel like a home away from home. I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Overall, it's fair. Some staffs were very helpful, but the other were not. The hotel was new and clean, but maintenance was poor, the whole bathrooms smell like sewage. Never solved... Linens were worn out... and Smoking area was above the swimming pool, so it's not good for kids to play in the pool, some even smoked marijuana there...

My room was at high floor but facing nearby condo, very close. Happy to have onsen facility but service ends at 10pm, 9pm is last slot. A bit early. Breadfast was western and thai style with mini sushi bar. So far so good. Since the bed is comfortable and clean, we give 4*.

Amazing hotel

This hotel really was amazing. It’s right at the centre of Bangkok and the shops and shopping malls are right around the corner. You can literally walk to the nearest station and shops. The location is absolutely amazing

The hotel itself is very mordern yet classic. If you looking for a place to rest, luxuriate and recover from jet-lag this is the one. With its Japanese Onsen (which is separated by gender) Sauna, Pool and gym. This hotel really was an amazing stay for me. So much, that I even extended my stay for a couple more few nights.

All staff is very friendly, helpful (extreme knowledge about possible events and attraction which are available to book around Bangkok and even other places in Thailand) and welcoming every time. Brands and Coco were extremely helpful with all my enquires and questions.

The room itself, was absolutely amazing the bed was super comfortable. The sheets super soft yet firm which made it hard to stay awake. The bathroom and the toilet was what sold me when booking as I really am a clean freak and like to take my time getting ready. The lighting option and big mirror were amazing. With high tech Japanese style toilet.

Breakfast was very nice and fresh with different varieties such as continental, Thai, Indian and Chinese cuisine. You can even asked for specific things to be prepared in front of you by the many cooks.

Overall you really get an amazing experience in the hotel.
