the location and amazing staff are the highlight of this hotel. Unfortunately the breakfast wasn’t good, and the hotel infrastructure needs to be updated. Not because I put “ok” it means that I wouldn’t consider to stay again here, I believe it’s an okay option for a couple of nights.

Overall a very nice hotel in a great location near the Phrom Pong Skytrain station and everything available in the Emsphere, Emquartier and Emporium.
Clean rooms and very nice and helpful house keeping staff (floor 10).
Had breakfast on floor 2 in the stylish restaurant. The atmosphere was often a bit stressful since at least one in the staff was literally running around when it got busy.
I also found the breakfast selection to be somewhat lacking. There was no dark rye bread, cream cheese, sliced cheese, salami or smoked ham. And it would have been nice to have the smoked salmon on the buffet since it was available on the egg benedict from the egg station.

Pro tip: dont miss the multiple Michelin rewarded noodle shops on soi 26.

Not advisable to take public transport from airport to Hilton directly, especially with young children. The journey was difficult due to multiple change from airport rail to BTS stations with long walks across each station.
Breakfast selection is limited. Unsafe with young children as hotel is located across emporium, needed to jaywalk across a busy traffic road. Toilet seats are not heated, not a major concern but it's something that I will look out for comfort and amenities.
For the room itself, it's clean, noise insulation is great, comfortable, I had a great sleep and my 3 year old slept well too. She loved the bathtub and the king size bed.
More suited for adults. Won't recommend to families with young children/infant on strollers for sure.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a welcoming atmosphere.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, Apple is the best, thanks to the friendly staff who made me feel right at home. They took the time to answer all my questions and even provided some great local recommendations for dining and activities.

The room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The attention to detail was evident, and you could tell that the staff genuinely cared about providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

What truly set Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok, apart was the level of service. Love Apple she is the best.. Each member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Whether it was a quick chat with the concierge, a delicious breakfast served with a smile, or the housekeeping staff who were always polite and helpful, I felt pampered throughout my visit.

Additionally, the hotel’s facilities were top-notch! The pool is clean and well-maintained, providing a great environment for relaxation.

Great room and service but breakfast was not good

We’ve stayed here for 7 nights strait. The check-in experience was great. Room was nice, and facilities (although rather small in size) are well maintained.

However, we have had not so good experience at breakfast. A few things happened:
1. Since we didn’t want to have breakfast at the hotel everyday, we thought to purchase it as hoc. We did that for 3 days, and every day we got asked our room number at least 3 times after we’ve sat down. It seems that the waitress simply didnt remember the room number and had to check again and again.
2. Food variety was good but the cooks are not so well trained. One example was that my husband ordered an omelette with some of the ingredients with no bell pepper, but somehow pepper was included in the omelette still. Another example was that I ordered a bowl of noodles. After I chose the glass noodle, I ended up getting a bowl of soup with no noodles.
3. There’s an egg station but when we requested sunny side-ups, the cook asked us to take the pre-cooked ones that’s on the counter. This is my first time that a 5-start hotel cook asked me to do this.

All in all, I would like to suggest more training for the breakfast team, in order to create better customer experience.

Amazing shower!

Great hotel with a very good location. Close to rail line (air conditioned trains) and also close to great restaurants and shopping centre.
The staff were great and everything met my expectations and more. The standout for me was the best showerI have ever had at the many hotels I have stayed at around the world - it was very good in layout and shower - sometimes it’s the small things that makes a stay memorable.
I highly recommend this hotel.

For the past three years, I've spent my holidays in Bangkok and have always stayed at the Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok. Its excellent location near shopping malls and the BTS makes it a fantastic choice. However, this time, the room I was assigned needed maintenance—the night lights weren’t working, and one of the USB charging sockets was also faulty.

Staff were amazing. They were able to accommodate as at much earlier time then the check in (we traveled almost 30 hours and arrived at the hotel around 8am and they gave us room). We were also check out 2 hours later than usual time. Very accommodating, super nice and very helpful.
Breakfast was great, lots of food to pick from.
Great pool with shade cabanas and chairs.
Would definitely recommend it and stay again.

Misleading room photos

The Executive Suite photos leave out the living area and instead include a shot of the Executive Lounge. This is misleading at best. Photos of the entire suite should be the minimum requirement, so you know what you're getting.

The actual living area, work desk, and mini bar were lackluster. Interview speeds were serviceable, but not great.

Not a 5-Star Experience.

Having previously stayed at the Hilton Singapore Orchard, I had hoped for a similar experience at this hotel. Unfortunately, my three-night stay did not meet those expectations.
I stayed in an Executive Room with a King Bed and Business Lounge Access, including breakfast. I had several issues during my stay. First, the hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was not working. I'm unsure if it was empty or the pump was broken, but I had to use the shower gel to wash my hands. I informed the housekeeper the following morning, and she promptly replaced it.

Second, the hot water faucet in the sink leaked onto the counter when turned on, likely due to a faulty gasket. When I turned on the hot water to wash my hands, I had to watch my belongings on the counter to prevent them from getting wet due to a leak.

While the bed sheets were clean, the bed skirt was stained with numerous dirty spots. These were quite visible and frankly, rather unpleasant. The carpet also appeared unclean, discouraging me from walking barefoot.

The breakfast and lounge offerings were adequate but nothing exceptional.

On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Good hotel, my room was not that great, was leaking water from the roof, they fixed it but started to leak again. My wife had a good poison from the in room dining, so I wouldn’t recommend it.

Hotel location is good and close walk to major kids activities. Staff is great!

The wifi speed was so slow. So I had asked twice times. But the response were different. Someone toll me just changing password and the speed would be high one. The other who was at front desk said I have to change option to do high speed wifi at my mobile phone. Please let me know the possibility to get high speed wifi at hotel or not. Location is great. Staff service is good too. However, everything is so old at the Hilton. The pillows were small and soft but I did manage to get a harder pillow after 3 nights. Breakfast quality is really bad. Coffee is tasteless and scramble eggs are not of standard. A pity for a Hilton brand.

It was a 5 people family trip, so I chose the room which has 3 king beds in the description. However one was a king, the other two were doubles. Overall hotel is comfortable. Location is good just 2-3min to Emporium mall and train station.
The only thing engaged a hotel car service for 3 hours and cost Baht 5000. I guess next time will be GRAB. Hotel these service I know they like to charge a premium but this is way too premium.
Ground floor restaurant food is reasonable and nice ambiance.
However the Mediterranean restaurant
(Skalini) at L2 has nice ambience but food is only average.

Overall the hotel is very good however there’s are some points that definitely have to improve:
- pillows are horrible.
- we made a reservation for 3 people and when we arrived the reception had inform us that even though we pay for 3 people, as one is a kid that would be no extra bed but my son would need to sleep with us in the room.
- reception politeness. When the situation occurred the manager on duty was quite rude telling us the setup. Quite unusual in Thailand and this attitude would not even be ok in Europe.

I liked the location as it was close to Phrom Phong BTS station. It was also close to the Emporium shopping centre.
On our first visit there was a good vegetarian menu but when we went back a couple of weeks later there was just fried rice & veg. Please keep the vegetarian menu.

The location is good. Breakfast is good. Pool and fitness is very nice.

But staff are not much friendly and you will not feel welcoming attitude.

Room cleaner used my hand cream, the new tube has been squeezed a quite and some amount of cream was taken out. Also candy of my kid was missing.

And they keep forgetting that there are 3 people in the room and take away the extra third towel the next day which I asked to bring previous day.

During the breakfast, eventhough not many customers, they clear the table while we go to pick food and throw away the food that is not eaten yet.

Overall, very careless with customers and eventhough facility is 5 star, the vibe and the people are not up to it. Will not stay again.

Cannot extend check-out timing, reason being the hotel is full. Is the hotel really full? I am not really sure about this, as I really do not see the hotel being full at this time.

Nice stay in a Sukhumvit Hilton. Clean room, swimming pool( water could be heated as it was cold) and small gym on last floor. Price was fair for this COVID situation. Bar and restaurant was nice down next to reception. Bar inside room was empty and could be refilled if you call reception. Overall a pleasant stay and would stay again. Close to some restaurants, shopping mall and Soi Cowboy.

We ordered a non-smoking room, but the hotel provided a poorly-treated smoking room. Though the hotel compensated us by providing free breakfast for three mornings, we suffered a lot overnight.
Though the hotel changed a room for us the next day, the new room smells stuffy.
The breakfast and staff members are nice.
