A quiet place in a busy area with nice restaurants even on side. Nice big pool on top of one building and very friendly and helpful personal I met during my time. Not far away from the MRT line station. Definitely a place to come back.

Quiet and secluded hotel in a busy centrally located area near the BTS station and a mall. The staff were excellent and very helpful, let us check in at 6 am with half price for the day, and very assuring during the earthquake. They help us in calling taxis and communicate on our behalf. I will definitely stay there again

This is a well kept property and everything seems very clean. The rooms are immaculate and well maintained. They have an individual shower stall and the hot water comes out after a minute. The reception staff are very helpful in getting you checked in quickly and handling bags to your room. There’s plenty of parking for both motorcycles and cars short walk as you on the main drag with the hemisphere across the away with mini dining options plenty of street food vendors along soi 33, which also has a variety of clinics and massage shops. I will definitely stay here again.

The stay was lovely and spacious! My only feedback would be that the beds are quite hard, perhaps the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. But, we were so tired we still got good nights sleep. The staff was kind and attentive. Good budget hotel!

I found my room to be very comfortable. The staff were all very polite, professional and helpful. I enjoyed the rooftop pool and the little gym. The location was great. It was close to the Phrom Phong BTS station, the Emsphere mall and the EmQuartier mall. Also close to the Benchasiri park, many restaurants, of course a couple 7 Elevens and so much more. The breakfast was a little over priced in my opinion, but it was good. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall good hotel in a good location.

The hotel is in a good location near EMSphere Mall. It has a nice rooftop pool. The rooms are large and clean with good facilities, however quite basic furnishings and the beds are uncomfortable (very hard). It could be really good with just a little attention to decor and softer mattresses.

I have been coming to Bless Residence myself for the 12 years and I know a lot of the staff who are friendly, helpful and always there for you. The rooms in the main building have become dated and have been misused by some guests and repairs are needed but i love the apartment like rooms in this building. The other two smaller buildings have new rooms as they recently purchased these buildings and renovated the rooms. The roof top pool is currently under renovations until June.

I like this area as it's near many shopping malls like Em Quartier and the new mall Em Sphere. Also the Phrom Phong BTS is in front of the Em Quartier mall about a 300 m walk from the end of the Soi 33.

I still love this place...my wife have been regulars for the last 9 years together when coming back to Thailand. All the staff know my family and 2 year old.

The room was impressive with a great kitchenette and bathroom. The rooftop pool area is a great spot to catch the sun all through the day. Soi 33 is well located and is close to many of the new shopping malls. Soi 33 also has many street food vendors serving food all day long, so you can easily buy the street food and eat it in your room using the dining table and kitchen facilities. The negatives are that my room smelt of smoke, my food waste wasn't removed when the room was cleaned, the pool is in disrepair, and often no towels were available at the poolside.

We stayed in room 418 and it was a quiet room, which was great as that's what we had asked for. The shower pressure was good and it was very clean. Location was excellent - close to everything but down an alley so it wasn't too noisy. The pool was nice as well. We would have stayed there again on our way back to the UK but it wasn't available. Only downside was the pillows - they were enormous and very hard, which didn't make for a comfortable sleep. We asked for some better ones but were told there weren't any, so ended up covering the cushions with our own pillowcases and sleeping on those instead.

So glad we have found this hotel! Receptionists were lovely and made us feel very welcomed. Our room was in the new building and wow when we walked in it was amazing especially for the price we paid the room was so clean the bath was great the bed was very comfortable breakfast was great too, thank you so much we will definitely come back :)

Horrible service n staff..they charge for the rollaway bed which is okay but they were adamant to not remove the additional charge of 300 bahts which was added for breakfast with the bed inspite of my brother who left at 5.30am without having the breakfast.he joined in the trip for a day.after requesting the hotel multiple times n telling them why to pay when u have not consumed their stern reply was u signed the voucher so nothing much we can do..also for small aspects like loaning a extra umbrella they wanted deposit n a sign on voucher.for an extra spare key which if u misplace the charge is a massive 500 baht for a key that costs around 20 baht to make..all in all too many other charges n services too pathetic..would never recommend after travelling to 30 plus countries this is a worst possible hotel I have stayed in

This hotel is in a good location, rooms are big (I especially like that there is a living room and a bed room, this is great when travelling with child and one parent wants to sleep). One complaint is that the Internet access is a bit slow, you only get 3 megabit/s. Otherwise, it's a bit dated but everything works ok.

We arrived and checked in without anything challenges. The room was spacious and clean. I wish the mattress was softer, it was a bit firm for us but over all it was a nice and comfortable stay. This hotel located in a quite quarter but lots of activities once you headed out to the street. Staffs were nice and helpful. Always open the door for us whether we go in or out. Will stay here again.

great neighborhood. I stayed here before when they first opened and now they have a restaurant but I didn't use it as so many other restaurants around. It's so close to the BTS skytrain and the new mall that just opened.I also liked the fact that the two bar establishments downstairs closed down so it made it even more quieter and quaint and still convenient to everything.

Great staff but facilities not well maintained

The staff were great, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately it does not make up for the lack of proper maintenance in the hotel and its rooms.
Because it took me to queue from 2:39AM to 5AM at the airport, I got to the hotel VERY late. The staff were awake and waiting for my arrival - this was great (although gave me wrong room - I wanted 1 double bed not 2 twin beds). The room type was fixed the day after. I complained to the front staff about the room conditions and wanted to cancel the rest of my reservation (made prepaid through expedia) they tried to have me stay and offered a fruit platter for me. In the end I was able to cancel through Expedia and went elsewhere to stay after 2 nights.

The room is extremely spacey, and even has a kitchenette, as well as a huge bath tub. But space is made to its disadvantage, because anything not cleaned would be more apparent. Dust and hair inside the huge wardrobes...mineral and water stains on black marble.
Paint was coming off, shower gel holder was rusting. Shower gel, conditioner are extremely hard to squeeze. Some towels had holes in them. The bathroom is done with black marble but it seems to have not been cleaned properly as the marble has lost its colour and lustre.
However, the staff are indeed extremely friendly and helpful.

Nice room, mediocre breakfast, not ideal location

Hotel is tucked away in an alley, with many \"karoake\" and \"massage\" lounges on the surrounding street. The staff member who checked me in was not friendly. The breakfast buffet was mediocre, and not worth the advertised 15 USD.

The hotel is not bad overall, but not worth the price I paid. For this price, I would recommend staying elsewhere as Bangkok has so many options.

Overall a very nice hotel with courteous staff, especially the English speaking female desk clerk on the dayshift who was very helpful. We enjoyed the roof top pool. The BTS station, Phrom Phong, is within a few minutes walk and transit is essential to get to the major sites along the river. Of note, a quiet location in a very busy city.

I've stayed at Bless on several occasion, as I like the area and the proximity to the BTS. However, the property has aged over the years and the hotel is not being properly maintained. My room was dirty with stains on the bedsheets, couches, and chairs. The best part about the room is the large bathroom with a bathtub and rain shower. Lastly, the pool has the potential to be one of the best in Bangkok with its spectacular views on the city, but the pool area was dirty with cigarette buds everywhere, empty beer bottles, etc.

Air con was way too noisy and we had to have it turned off while sleeping as it was impossible to sleep while it was on, it also rattled that section of the room where the main units were located.
It was an old AC that came with no remote so you had to always get up and go to the wall mounted controls to adjust.

The rooms and bathroom could do with stronger lighting but both were of very a good size and a bit dated.

The Hotel could do a better breakfast as it was poor and the pool area had only 2 full size sunbeds the rest were for midgets and only 1 full size mattress and 1 mini version but the pool was a good size.

The neighbourhood is a bit naughty but that is out off he hotels control and as we are so used to Bangkok then it did not bother us.

Over all this hotel if given a revamp would be a good place to stay as it has so much potential but better options are available for less money in room standard and for breakfast.

Very convenient neighborhood in close proximity to sky train, but on a side street tucked away in a quiet location. Room was very spacious and had sitting room and kitchen in addition to comfortable bedroom and spacious bathroom. Property is a little older and not glitzy, but had a nice pool and deck with a great view. I would stay there again.

Location is good, less than 10mins walk from Phrom Phong. Room is big, clean, however the lighting in the living, dining room is totally wrong, way too dim, u would he no mood to stay in too at night, also, the well equipped open kitchen is no use as too dark too cook.....

if they could improve the lighting, I definately will stay again.

Can be better.....

Location is great! Room looks bare though. Having some posters in the living area or room may enhance the feel of the room. Only have TV in living area but not in the bedroom. Too far watching the TV from the bed.

No extra lock from inside the room. Feel unsafe.

Toilet is huge and modern. The steps in the bathroom can be dangerous especially if you wake up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet.

The pillows are rather uncomfortable.

Would be good to have powerpoints near the bedside so that we can charge our devices instead of charging them on the floor at one corner.

All mostly high end restaurants in the area. I liked having the Skytrain so close to hotel, great for getting around. Pool is absolutely lovely and very clean, rooms are the same:)

This is a nice hotel with apartment like rooms and suites, kitchenettes, and pleasant staff. I have stayed here three times and love the space and room amenities, last stay in suite showed a need for updating and maintenance, as well as frayed towels. The location is good, with the amusing street scene ever present and close proximity to BTS and Emporium shopping center. I will stay here again.
