We stayed 8 days. The breakfast was delicious. The pool and workout room was very clean. The roof top pool was very nice. The employees were super helpful and very polite.

We liked it so much that when we return from Phuket, we will stay another two days way the hotel until we fly back to the States.

Decent Hotel in quiet area

This hotel is in very good condition but tucked away in a quiet area with access to the city provided by a free shuttle service to the sky train. I would use Bolt or Taxi's though for a cheap easy way to get around unless it's peak hour traffic in which case I wouldn't go anywhere. Peak hour is awful. It took me 2.15 hours to go 6 km's. The rooms are great with separate bedroom and living area.The only concern is the tiles in the shower are really slippery and dangerous. I asked for help and they provided a towel to stand on which did stop me slipping.

On the corner of two very busy roads so traffic noise is terrible. Small reception with people waiting, don’t get there early they will make you wait until absolutely 2 oclock check in. Tried to give me a worse room than i paid for! Small pool with no shade no bar no toilets. Didn’t eat there, very limited selection. Breakfast very average. On the plus side many food options locally. Would never ever stay there again. Terrible

Updated property with friendly staff, however our room was terrible. We paid more for a balcony room however the room we were given should not have been considered one as the baloney was unusable. It was on the second floor and backed directly onto another building with a wall full of fans and no natural light due to the height of the buildings. These fans, or the air conditioners next to us, were very loud during the night. The room was directly next to the kitchen which was also loud starting early morning as they prepped breakfast. The room was clean and modern but had an awful smell the entirety of our time there. Possibly due to the cleaning products they used. Our experience here may have been different if we had been assigned a different room, however I would not recommend it or stay again based on the room we were given.

This hotel is located in a busy area. However, most things are within walking distance. Which is good, because the traffic gets really bad. There are nice restaurants and street food in the vicinity, plus two or three Seven Eleven's. Be warned though, some of the street venders will double or triple the price if you don't know the going rate for food. For example, a plain roti typically goes for 15 baht and a banana roti for 25. If you ask what's the cost, you will be paying 40 for the plain and 60 for the banana. With the conversation it's still cheap, but this is a \"just so you know\" in case you are staying in the area for a long period of time.

Hotel is not the newest so not like the new ones with lots of floors. The roof top pool (8th) floor gave a unique view of the taller buildings. Rooms are newly renovated and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection and changed up daily.

We recieved a free \" upgrade\" . Sounds great. It stunk. Room 511. Directly across from the lifts where you can here people getting off . Worse was it was in front of building faci g street. Noise from cars and motorbikes all night. Stayed here before and was very happy. This was the worse room in bangkok.

This was our second time back on this trip checking in and room was ready at 12:30pm fortunately. This time was higher floor and service was great. The refund of incidental deposit was processed slow because the reception had to radio housekeeping in counting the in room mini bar. I would suggest putting a hold of refundable deposit on our credit card rather than cash which is what most of the hotels do. When you are in a hurry for airport shuttle, then the deposit cash can potentially not be refunded or forgetful.

It is a good location close to many restaurants and shops or shopping malls. It is about 15 minutes walk to MRT or hotel offers scheduled drop off and pick up shuttles from/to MRT or subway or shopping mall. The main attractions are a bit far away from the hotel but taxi or you know how to navigate the transit system would be helpful.

Relatively new hotel. Gym is tiny, bike and treadmill broken. They said they would fix nothing happened. Rooms small. If you get a balcony, the door is screwed shut. Don't get the point. There is Netflix which is a plus. Pool large. Just does not feel like a luxury hotel or luxury experience. Cheap construction and furniture

Really great hotel in the heart of Sukhumvit. Near all the amenities and close enough to the bts and metro. They put on regular pick up buses too if you dont want to walk. Rooms really clean neat and tidy very modern too. Powerful showers too. Two key cards which helps with keeping room cool. Reception always welcoming. Pool and gym really good with good enough equipment to use the facilities

This is one of the finer properties we stayed at during our 4 week trip. Super water pressure wiith great hot water shower. This property has a circulating hot water system and full in house air conditioning. Great TV as I was able to access my Ubube channels. Shuttle is helpful. But not far walk to Latitude 21 and Asok BTS station. Many good restaurants in the area. Robin Hood has a great English breakfast weekdays after 9 am for 99 baht.

First time staying here and I’ve to say that the staff have been helpful, rooms are clean and the area is pretty close to some very good eateries.

On the down side, depending on which side of the hotel you’re placed, over the weekend it can get pretty loud. We are next to a bar so understandably we can here the going ins in the next building, barely 10ft away from you.

I asked for an extra pillow and a sheet and was told that since each room already had 2 pillows per person, that should be enough and if I required the extra sheet, I would need to pay extra. Never faced such a thing in any other hotels I’ve stayed.

Bit other than these 2 issues, my stay was good. Nothing ear plugs and some creativity couldn’t solve.

Nice hotel for the price. Some of the businesses near by only cater to Japanese or Korean and don’t like white westerners even though have just as much money to spend.
Only negative about hotel was sauna was not working during my stay and the front desk at check in didn’t notify about this. My floor there was a leak in hallway roof and made area smelly and just had a bucket to catch the water in the middle of hall. Can get a little loud from other guest in hallways with not a lot of sound proofing

Arrived early, I used the common area by the gym to work on my laptop. Very comfortable.
Clean and modern room with well equipped gym and rooftop pool.
Area is very strategic, plenty of cafes and restaurants around.
Receptionists are extremely friendly and helpful.
Although it's walking distance to the MRT and BTS stations, they provide free shuttle too, great for people with luggages.
I would definitely stay here again.

The smell of the floor detergent using to clean the room was so strong that I had to open front door and balcony door for 3 hours to clear the smell. And finally I decided to ask for a new room which the smell was even worst so I had to stay in the same room.

Location : close to sukhumvit BTS / Phromphrong BTS - can easily travel back to hotel via motorcycle if you don’t wish to walk. Taxi by meter worth less than 70 thb from Jodd Fairs.

Our room on the 3rd floor was flooded due to heavy rain, nothing was damaged in process. But we had to shift to another room on the 4th floor at midnight.. Still had no idea why and how rooms on 3rd floor could flood. Well, suggest not to travel during raining seasons.

A Comfortable Stay

The hotel provided a comfortable stay for the 3 nights I was in Bangkok. The hotel is situated in a small busy road but there is a little left turn to space that allows for safe unloading of luggages.

Check in was quick and pain free and the staff were approachable.

The price I paid was extremely reasonable for all the hotel provided. The rooms are well decorated and maintained in good condition.

I am, however, unable to provide more insight to my stay as my trip was too short to truly enjoy the amenities that hotel has to offer. For a no frills, budget friendly stay, I would definitely recommend coming back to this accommodation.
