Modern facilities with really friendly staff!

Had a great time in this hotel. The staff were so friendly. The rooms were really modern, clean with excellent facilities and it was close to the bts and shops around without the huge price tag. I would definitely recommend this place to travellers!

The staff and service at the property were very kind and helpful. We stayed for 5 days as a couple mid November 2024 and renovations were going on which was a slight inconvenience. Hopefully once they are done we will come back and stay with them! Breakfast options are limited as it’s an a la carte menu and no buffet options were available.

The girls at the reception were so friendly, the bell man was also great. We only stayed for 1 night because the original hotel we booked across the road was booked out for the extra day. This hotel is currently under renovation, however once you’re inside your room, everything feels 5 star. The room is extremely clean, there is absolutely no dust lingering around. Everything seemed to be brand new. Great location, price and value !

HOTEL FROM HELL

DO NOT STAY HERE. Building work going on at this hotel from July 25th to October 31st so unless you love drilling and banging then I would not stay here. The noise is terrible drilling banging all day the ceiling and floors vibrating. You can taste the dust everywhere and the lift is always busy because they are bringing down bags of rubble. No advance warning from the hotel to inform you of the work being done. Just terrible

All things are good except that the Hotel doesnt provide basic amenities like Bathroom slippers, laundry bag, writjng pad & pen. These are small, inexpensive tangible benefits which every other hotel provides. These add a whole lot of convenience to guests.
Saving these, all other aspects of thia Hotel was upto the mark.

Good hotel for a reasonable cost

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel.
It is located a couple of hundred meters down on Sukhumvit Soi 20, and about 7-8 minutes walk from Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT Stations.
The hotel is fresh with comfortable beds and since it is a bit from the main road, rather quiet during the evenings/nights.
There is no breakfast served at the hotel, but there are several options nearby, so that is not a big problem.

Observe that some of the rooms do not have any widows. If you are not comfortable sleeping in a windowless room, it is important you check this on your booking.

The air-con was on full blast and no matter what button we press it does’t work. In the shower room, the water will clog-up, and there wasn’t much amanity such as toothbrush or shaver, etc. The bathtub’s water runs slow so it takes up time to fill the water in the bathtub...

Room was clean , bed was comfortable. Very simple room. Service staffs were friendly. The room sound-proof not that good especially corridor noises can be heard easily. The shampoo and shower gel do not expect too much... perhaps need to improve. Overall kinda safe and simple stay hotel.

They do not represent themselves as 5* and taking that into account, the hotel is very good.

The rooms are large and clean. The bathrooms are very comfortable with nice standing showers.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The area is full of good eating options from Thai Street food carts to high end foreign restaurants

I will certainly stay here again

Just ok - don't be misled by the photos

The hotel is a short distance down Sukhumvit Road Soi 20. A 1,000 baht deposit was taken at check-in. Photos for \"Deluxe Hot Deal\" and \"Deluxe - Early Bird Saving\" are misleading as some photos are actually of the Suite. The Deluxe Room does not have a couch or glass bathroom with bathub. The Deluxe Room is actually fairly plain with little by way of furnishings, which was disappointing (especially if your expectations have been inflated by photos of the Suite). There is a mini-fridge and a small wardrobe space but no in-room safe, which was surprising. No balcony. The double bed mattress was two pieces pushed together and is very broad and pretty comfortable. Bathroom was small (whereas the photos look spacious) but ok. Wifi was reliable. Noise was a notable issue. Firstly all rooms and corridors have hard floors, and noises easily carry from elsewhere on the same floor. Secondly, inside the room the windows are not fully sealed and a lot of exterior noise can come in, unlike other hotels with proper sealing/glazing. Fortunately Soi 20 is a dead end road and generally not too busy, but you can hear a lot from the road. Overall, the room and property are not too bad. Difficult to recommend outright, but value for money can be ok if the rate is heavily discounted - as long as you know what to expect.

The room is clean and quiet. The location is great, a lot of restaurants, massage stores in the neighborhood. A 10-15 minute walk to the BTS/MRT station.

Hotel ok , good location, but thieves !!

3 of us stayed at this hotel and thought being security minded we would get a safety deposit box which was situated in the office where the 24 hr receptionist sat !! When we came to check out all 3 of us had money stolen out of the safe , I had £100 and $80 the other 2 had similar amounts missing !!
When asking for the manager it was amazing that the standard of understanding English went away and the manager was not in till the evening !! Also my friend had £40 stolen out of his room
Would never stop here again and anyone that does should be careful !

Thee hotel is located 10 minutes away from Asoke BTS, which is connected to Terminal 21. There are many restaurants and food stalls nearby, 7 evelen about 3 minutes away while Family Mart is just opposite the hotel. The hotel lobby is too dim, same goes to the corridor to the room. The room is big and comfortable. Beds are comfy, that's the most important! The TV provides plenty of channels more than enough for you to watch. The staffs are really helpful and nice! The bellboy will open the door for me every time I go in and out the hotel. I feel so bad for not tipping so I did! Overall, the hotel is a nice place to stay if you're on a budget. The location in my opinion is too far from the BTS but if you enjoy walking it's not a problem. The shower will take awhile to heat, but it's fine to me. No room service as there's no restaurant in the hotel.

I booked a taxi to DMK airport at counter and was charged Baht 600 including toll of baht 50 Regret to see the hotel only pay Baht 400 to taxi driver

Nice clean modern hotel in a good location. Beds are very comfy! One downside to our room was no window, this made the jet lag 10x worse as the room was pitch black all the time. street food vendors bars and restaurants all near by.
Overall a great stay, however the rooms were a bit noisy, could hear doors banging and people talking throughout the night.

Bottled water provided on a daily basis which was good.
Temperature control within the room was well managed by the air conditioning unit.
Bed was comfortable.
Room was tidied daily.
With the in-room utensils stored in the drawer, this gives a neat overall feel upon entering the room.
Probably a reading light is lacking by the bedside.
Poor / weak TV signal for most channels.
Limited TV channels available.

GREAT hotel!

Hotel is located ~10mins walk from Sukumvit BTS / Asok MRT Station. The hotel room exceeded our expectations. The hotel rate is relatively cheap but the room is spacious and clean, bed is HUGE, and the environment is quiet and peaceful. Would definitely come back to Thee hotel again next trip.

A good deal for the money. Clean room- comfortable bed and helpful staff. Only problem is- wifi was spotty but it was better than the last place I stayed down the street so overall it was fine. Water, fitness room, water boiler for coffee- and safe. They also offer luggage storage. The location is quite convenient to central Bangkok and the metro. The room was quiet as well.

New amazing hotel! Worth the money!

We really enjoyed the hotel. It was so comfortable!!! Everything is new! The neighborhood was perfect because there were Thai food stalls right next to the hotel. They don't open on Sunday and Monday though. I wish the front desk would have been a littl provactive about how to get around (bring out a map)and little tips. That found have made the stay absolutely perfect.

10 minutes walk from Asok BTS station or Sukhumvit MRT station. Deposit 1000B is required upon check in. Corridors and room look dim. Easy to get bus at the main road of this hotel. We hop in bus no 511 to go Sai Tai Mai. Staffs speak little English. After all, it's a nice stay.

Can't fault this hotel

From the start Thee Bangkok hotel were very efficient . Replied to emails quickly ,
& even though we only booked one night nothing was too much trouble .
The room was excellent , not flash but had all we needed .
Comfortable bed , good shower , efficient air con & important to us good WIFI .
Only 5 min walk to Asok rail station with good eating places close by .
All in all it as a very pleasant stay .

Is a new hotel, just that their sound proof are so bad, people walking along the corridor you can hear the foot step and even the communucation very clearly... And the hotel door keys are not scan keys,are normal keys that you also can hear when your neighbors are opening the doors.... Other then that all are fine... Construction going on out front of the building so got put in a room on the opposite side of hotel. Room had no window. Not sure whether the room I had booked had no window or if to keep you away from the noise we had to be in a room with no window, however, I did not like having no natural sunlight. Rooms was nice and clean, very big bed and hotel is close to the metro station and terminal 21 which is a big shopping mall. Staff were okay but not overly enthusiastic. Would choose a different hotel with a window for next time visiting Bangkok.

Very nice new and clean hotel on Soi 20. Coffee, water, and bathroom amenities. Daily cleaning service. Comfortable bed. Right now, there is significant construction in the area, so if you are looking to sleep in, not your best option. Once the construction is done in a couple months, that will no longer be an issue, and will plan to stay there again.

Great stay for the price

For the price we paid, my friend and I were pleasantly surprised at the hotel condition and the size of the room. The hotel looks relatively new. Except for a deposit safe, the room has all the basic amenities.

Family mart is just in front of the hotel. However, there are some on-going construction around the hotel during the stay. This should clear up in a few months.
I will definitely consider staying at Thee Bangkok Hotel again on my next trip to Bangkok.

Location is good, in the Sukhumvit area, and walking distance to Terminal 21 mall, the nicest of Bangkok. It is located in front of the Windsor Hotel, so you know the location is really good. The hotel is new, in top tear of 3 stars (with a pool and a few other things, would probably be four). Internet was horrible in my room, but I noticed it was better in other areas, so, I think I was in a blind spot in a corner area. In general was a pleasant stay. A new hotel with new furniture is always a relieve. Did not have breakfast there, so, I can´t judge the food.

Un bon hébergement au cœur de Bangkok.
Non loin des stations Asoke et Phrom Phong.

On y est au calme.

La chambre est spacieuse avec un coffre pour y sécuriser ses effets personnels.
Climatisation non bruyante pour des nuits au frais tranquille.

L’immeuble est en cours de rénovation donc à suivre.

Je recommande.
