It is not worth the money.
The hotel was old and worn out. The pool area was poor. Only two sunbeds and nowhere to relaxes after a day out.no pool bar or snack. The breakfast was in a grocery store, not a buffet. Really bad and we do not recommend this hotel. Choose another and have a good stay.

This hotels location is amazing- closed to public transport and 2 of the main malls tourists like to visit. There is a coffee shop (best matcha latte ever!) and a halal Turkish restaurant opposite the hotel also. The hotel itself is good and the staff are great but the decor is about 20 years outdated- needs to be renovated/modernised.

駅からもそこまで遠くなく、隣に24時間のスーパーもあり何より駅まで出ると何でも揃っていて便利でした。部屋は広くバスタブ、キッチン、洗濯乾燥機全て揃っていてこの価格だととてもリーズナブルだと思います。洗濯機は部屋のグレードでついていないらしいので予約の時気をつけて下さい。平日の午前中、渋滞の有る時間はGrabがなかなか捕まらなかったので時間に余裕を持つかどこか大通りまで出る必要があると思いました。

Some building next to hotel has these big fan running and it’s so loud, couldn’t sleep without ear plugs. Rest room can be updated. Fitness room needs to be updated. I would love to stay here in future. I would recommend this place to friends. They love staying at places with a good fitness center. Your staff is amazing!

Huge suite-style room. Great value! Rooftop bar/restaurant is expensive but worth it…they really go all out to entertain.

Wish it were a little closer to Terminal 21 and other action. It isn’t all that far but sheesh is it hard navigating Bangkok traffic and sidewalks.

Our family stayed in one bed room executive 8 days, room is very big, Overall is good, especially quite clean. It’s very important for kids.
However, the breakfast seems outsourcing to the nearby Foodland, that waitresses don’t understand English well and seems avoid to serve customers!
If we take it as 4 stars hotel, the breakfast service is not okay!

Stayed here on the last 3 nights of a 2.5 week long Thailand holiday. Overall it was good. The room was nice, spacious and the bed is huge and more importantly comfortable. The only thing I could mention as negative is the noisy aircon and the scaled/mouldy shower head and sealant.
The hotel is close to the train station, mall and night market so it’s perfect for city break.

Had a suite. Light on the night stand did not work. Was initially swapped out with the light in the living room. Had to get back to reception to have it replaced. Ants in the living room, pantry and bathroom. Housekeeping sprayed very generous in the living room area Ants gone but had to run the airco fan at high speed. Breakfast not very exhaustive and less than standard. It was included in the offer though. Since the stay was an offer it was ok for the price paid, but would not take this hotel at their normal rates. Value for money would not be justifiable.

the room is big, the view is good and the hotel location is convenient (specialy for going to bts or mrt), but honestly not really satisfied on the cleaness level (as you will find obvious dirt around the washing/drying machine areas and the place for inserting detergent). the charging facilities (such as usb plug) are pretty outdated and you have to make sure u have your traveling plug w/ you. staffs are quite nice but they cannot really speak english and sometimes it is quite difficult for communication.

I am fed up of emails from Expedia requesting reviews. But the review reminders are beyond the pale. I owe no duty to review. So from now on, when I get a review reminder, I will rate the hotel terrible on all counts. Hopefully the hotel will tell Expedia to stop annoying their guests. There are other hotel booking websites out there.

Good 4-Star Hotel, with certain limitations.

Overall, nice comfortable hotel in good location (although given Bangkok’s size, not central to all attractions). Excellent food store next door as well as restaurants and spas within short walk. Executive room very spacious, apartment-like, although not luxurious. Free breakfast buffet with limited western offerings but minimally satisfying. Hotel does not have a concierge, multi-lingual or otherwise, so communications, etc limited to front desk and not always reassuring given minimal English speaking staff. Lastly, note that taxis, Grab, etc seem to have difficulty, despite GPS apps, locating for ride pickups and drop offs.

Clean hotel and good location

Nothing special, but had what we needed. Washer/ dryer a huge plus. In a great location. 7-11 and grocery store right next door and many small cafes close by. Easy to get a grab taxi or hail a cab. 7 minutes walk to metro. Clean hotel. Bed is very hard, so not comfortable for my standards, but my husband enjoyed it. Shower leaks everywhere into the bathroom and makes puddles and the bathtub takes forever to fill.

Unprofessional, poor customer service

Don't send anything for dry cleaning at this hotel as their laundry contractor uses harsh chemicals and your garment won't come back in its original condition. Then the hotel won't take responsibility even if you're a regular guest and the GM will play the sympathy card by saying she has to pay to replace out of her own pocket - such an unprofessional attitude from the management. The last time I stay at this hotel because of this incident. Give it a wide berth - there are so many other hotels in the same local with much better facilities and more importantly, staff who understand the meaning of great customer service.

Really top-class hotel for the more independent

Loved this hotel. Flat-out loved it.
I was initially a little taken aback as there was very little opening of doors and smile infused welcomes (and no welcome drink on sign-in). The flip-side of that, however, is that one really felt that one's privacy was respected. There was no checking of ID or any such. And the service was still top-notch when you wanted it - it was just more subtle.
But the real thing was the accommodation. Simply perfect for me. Now I did have an executive suite so I can only talk of that. But it was great. Soundproof in a way that bewilderingly few hotels rooms are. Huge (50 M2 - at least). Modern - loved the aircon which uses the heat it extracts from the room to heat the water for your shower. How cool is that! There was a washing machine and dryer in a utility room; with a 7-11 just across the road for detergents etc. this meant multiple loads of travel wear could be sorted without waiting for some service to do it for me.
Cooking facilities are also all you would need - but, in Bangkok, why bother? There are so many other options. But still - if you waant to...
Location is really close to Asok BTS and from there the world is your oyster as the saying goes.
All-in-all a perfect Hotel for those who like to take care of themselves just a little bit.
Really impressed. I would definitely stay again. But only in the same room :-)

Great location, pleasant staff, comfortable rooms. Internet connectivity is quite poor.
Preferred rooms not to face due east as curtains inadequate to block early morning sun.

Location was ace for links to MRT & BTS & a Park!

The hotel was great for ease of location as it was a 5 minute walk if that to Asoke station where the MRT & BTS are. The room was huge with a living room, kitchen, dining area and separate bedroom with a bathroom and separate toilet with washing machine and dryer. Toiletries provided with cushioned slippers, there could have been dressing gowns but we only stayed 3 nights so did not unpack. The view over park from the pool was very nice! There was no seating area in the sun at the pool as the seating area was in the shade indoors. However we took a few chairs each so we were not disappointed and had a very lazy morning sun bathing on the 25th floor!
We are travelling around Thailand now and will stay at this hotel on our way back. Internet was variable as in the speed was sometimes slow.

The hotel lobby is nice and the rooms are a good size, and the hotel is close to the train station. However, the bed was like sleeping on a rock... The staff put a blood stained sheet on the bed and then when we called about it... they stripped the bed to see if WE did it! Ants in the room... stains on the carpet and furniture. I would not stay there again...

Good location if one does not mind the walk to asok station. For me it was surprisingly quiet at nights, stayed at executive room on 37th floor.
Room is huge and really nice, but furniture is very dated. Lots of light leak during the morning. If light bothers you it could be not so nice, like in my case.
Views are breathtaking. There is a park very close by which is quite nice, went for a jog couple of mornings, very close if one walks towards the back of the hotel and crosses a bridge
Breakfast ok, if you give asian breakfast a try. Did not use the pool, seemed to be very small. Did not use the gym either

The problems with getting old assist

For the first time over there I found out that they can't solve the problem of having \" too many animals \" mainly in the bathroom and sink. I asked them many times but nothing changes. I know that it is not easy gaining customers but you have to know how to protect them ( and your business ) there is always endless competition so..
