We booked a two bedroom apartment, it was spacious, cozy and clean. Excellent location at the heart of Asok, just 2 mins walk from Asok BTS station. Staff are friendly and very responsive in WeChat when we need service e.g. refill toiletries etc. This property is highly recommended for travellers and we will definitely to book it again for next visit in Bangkok.

Best location ever! the staff were great, can converse well in english. they were also kind enough to arrange a private shuttle to service us to go to Pattaya for a day tour. very accessible to all you need! just a few steps away to a train station.

Otherwise staff communication was terrible. We were charged an additonal cleaning fee upon check in that was not previously disclosed.

Room was not cleaned where crumbs and dust were still present after housekeeping had attended.

Room was not securely locked after housekeeping had attending putting our belongings at risk.

We booked a 2 room apartment for 6 people, and there was more than enough space for all of us. Even before we arrived, we received very clear photo instructions on how to get there. The staff were gentle, helpful and polite throughout our stay and the apartment was very clean and well equipped. It looked better than the pictures! Our entire party enjoyed our stay there very much. The swimming pool and weights station were small, but they provided a beach ball for us to play with in the water. Location was of course, excellent. So close to Terminal 21, MRT Sukhumvit and BTS Asok. Great place to stay!

Good location. Was a little turned off by a 700 bht cleaning fee when the cleaning was sweeping floor and changing towels and this was for only one time. Was also turned off by a large credit card damage deposit even though the deposit was released after you leave and they inspect the room. Was also somewhat turned off by posted fines for being noisy or smoking. I appreciated the intent but it was overdone. Also when we checked in I asked if we could get an extra towel and they said they would have to charge us s 50bht fee for it. I was over the fees by then and said no. As indicated the location is good as it is just across from Terminal 21 and the metro. We felt safe and had no concerns about safety. AC worked great. Having a washer (no dryer) was great. In Bangkok...clothes dried on a provided rack very quick. Room had several moths at top and corner of the walls. Other reviewers called these mosquitoes but they were actually moths. Our stay at this location was a good comfortable stay with no problems.

Very convenient location to the Asok BTS and 21 Mall. The room is large enough for 6 people, particularly with their comfortable sofa beds and 2.5 bathrooms. Read the description carefully, though, there is a cleaning fee of 700 baht, in which nobody came to clean during our stay. In addition, they do not have a 24 hour front desk and at times it was difficult to contact them. Overall, the place was nice and clean.

Very nice and spacious two bedroom suite room with three bathrooms.
Location is great with the Asok BTS station very close by. The staff was friendly but their English communication was very limited. After all I was in another country and English is not their primary language.
Overall it was a good stay and I would stay again.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in Bangkok .There are a lot of mosquitoes flying out of the vents of the toilet. The decorations is also old. Only good thing is convenient transportation. And Hotel staffs are very nice.I remembered GPS can’t located this hotel . First time the driver can’t find this hotel.we lost road. After that when I going out all use next door hotel name the “villa Fouteen” .GPS can find .

May be hard to get a taxi as it is inside the small lanes.
Can get a little noisy only if you are a light sleeper. Will need to close all the curtains as the neighbouring buildings are very near.

Roomy apartment well suited for a family

One week before we arrived, Wit whatsapped me to make sure that everything was in order. Our first night in Bangkok, my family had a trouble with the transport at the airport so we arrived much later than expected. Wit waited for us to arrive for our check-in. Another concierge called James was also very helpful in trying to arrange for our transport (we rented a car with a driver for 2 days because there were 5 of us). The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. They could improve on the pillows though (a tad too soft for my liking). The place was generally clean and quiet. It is located near Suda, a restaurant where locals and tourists often frequent. It is also a walking distance to the BTS and Terminal 21. They even have a washing machine and clothes hanger. I would recommend this place for a family.

Enjoyable Stay with Family in Bangkok

Convenient location with 24 hour supermarket opposite (about 5 to 8 min walk), Asoke BTS station & Sukhumvit MRT station within 10 min walk. Local Thai food eating house just in front of the suite. Suite offers convenience of getting bottled drinking water at lobby at reasonable price. No need to carry the load from supermarket.

We have 2 rooms, each with double bed and toilet. The rooms are big. There is another common toilet too. Con is that the walls are not very sound proof. There is no TV in the room, but there is in the living room. The door lock is easily breakable, but at least you need the card to tap in at the lobby gate.

Great Apartment at Asoke

The location is very convenient, easy access to Asoke BTS Skytrain station, Terminal 21 and Korean Town. There are free WI-FI and parking. The two bedrooms apartment are clean, spacious and comfortable. Mr Wit and Ms Chicha are very helpful and prompt in response. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment exceeded my expectation. We were wowed the moment we walked into the apartment. We did not expect 2 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The apartment is definitely good for families!

Will definitely stay again at 14 Place Sukhumvit Suites when I next visit Bangkok.

It was disappointment at first sight as we expected a hotel. It was not stated that it is an apartment. However, other than its not a hotel, this is a very convenient apartment and spacious. It is only 3 mins away from Asoke BTS. There are food and shops within walking distance nearby.

Each bedroom comes with a toilet. Total 3 toilets.
Full kitchen facility such as pot, stove, fridge, kettle, microwave, sink etc
Has washing machine supply with detergent powder
One of the best accommodation that I have stayed.
Staff contacted me via whatsapp to inform and send me direction to the apartment.
I will stay in this apartment if I visit Bangkok.

Located just near to Asok bts (perfect location),the hotel is clean and and spacious. Nearby restaurants and plenty of massage shop.The staffs were very helpful.The room come with washing machine , refrigerate, simple kitchen and extra sofa bed.

Easy walk to both train and subway stations . We spent whole day at Terminal 21 mall on first day ! Lots of restaurants within 10 minutes walk as well as massage spa .
The restaurant Suda is just at the next block. We bought a variety of local food there and brought back to the apartment - food was authentic and delicious . The mango sticky rice at thb150 was on the high side but it was very yummy with generous portion of mango

Unit was clean and counter staff was helpful. Chicha (apartment manager) was also very prompt to answer queries and help with requests such as booking of airport transfers and getting taxis. Amenities readily available nearby (Terminal 21 shopping mall is just 2 mins walk from apartment).

Good choice for family stay.

Great location with close proximity to amenities & Asok MTR station. Even though its in an alley off the main road, you still feel the area is safe as there's always security guard on duty in the evenings.
Wifi only works well in one of the bedroom but not in the living & dining area.

素晴らしい滞在でした。MRTのアソーク駅、スクンビット駅から徒歩5分以内と交通の便が良く、ターミナル２１も徒歩でスカイウォーク（屋根付きで雨に濡れない）でアクセスでき、とても便利。フロントでの英語での対応も、とても丁寧かつ親切で良かった。チェックアウト後、スーツケースをあずかってもらえたのもとても助かった。
ミニキッチンや、電子レンジ、湯沸かし器、大きな冷蔵庫、冷凍庫もあり、洗濯機もついており、とても便利で快適だった。
清掃料を現地で支払うシステムであり、明記されているので、ホテルで請求されたときに戸惑わないように。クレジットカードでの支払いが可能。

This was our fourth stay at this serviced apartment, which has become our favorite place to stay in Bangkok!

The welcome is always warm: the staff is remarkably kind and very helpful.

The apartment is spacious (80 m²), fully equipped, and can easily accommodate up to 6 people. The location is ideal: just steps away from the MRT and BTS Asok stations, making it very easy to get around the city. The neighborhood is lively, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and the Terminal 21 shopping mall nearby.

For jogging enthusiasts, there is a large and beautiful park just 100 meters away.

タイのホテルでは珍しい2ベッドルームです。
連れと「ロビーに何時で」というやり取りが不要で便利です。部屋毎に洗濯機がついていて気軽に洗えます。広いです。
駅まで近いです。それでいて静かです。スクンビット通りから少し離れているからでしょう。
道案内のビデオでは駅から階段を通っていかれてますが、エレベーターで降りるルートもあるので、スーツケースを持っている方はそちらをお勧めします。
現地支払い分清掃代700バーツあります。口コミではそれで憤慨されている方がいらっしゃいますが明細に書いてあるのでよく読んで頂けたらと思います。

70대 부모님 모시고 가족여행 다녀 왔어요
여행을 많이 다니지 않았던 분들이라 시설이 많이 노후화 되어 있는 겉모습에 조금 실망하셨는데 각 방마다 에어컨 샤워장 싱크대 유튜브되는 티비 세탁기가 있어 여러편의 시설있어3박 잘 쉬고 갑니다

개인적으로 아속역 인근이라 쇼핑몰 이 랑 투어 참여하는 곳이 가까워 동선짜는데 편리했습니다
그런데 마지막 밤 새벽 3~4시 싱크대에서 소음이 나면서 물이나오는 기 현상이 있어 불편했습니다

숙소는 4 가족들이 편하게 묵을수 있을정도로 크고, 지하철역에서 가까워 이용이 편리합니다. 세탁기도 있어서 빨래도 가능합니다. 그러나 숙소내에 모기가 많아서 불편했습니다. 방청소는 2일에 한번씩 해주는데, 별도로 추가 수건이 필요하면 한장에 40밧이 추가됩니다.

アソーク近辺には１０回目の訪問で　こちらのホテルは始めての宿泊で4泊しましたが　ハンドタオルは無く　バスタオル交換と部屋の清掃が２日１回で掃除は適当で　シャワーの水圧も適温だと　チョロチョロしか出ず最悪でしたし　帰国日の朝６時にホテルからスワナブーン空港にタクシーの手配をお願いしたらホテルの手数料込みのカムリクラスで過去最高金額の800バーツとられましたw⁠(⁠°⁠ｏ⁠°⁠)⁠w　　

色々と残念でした

事前払いならクレジットカード決済可能、当日払いなら現金のみ、とあったので、現金を用意して行ったのですが、クレジットカードで支払うことができてショックでした。（ハラハラしながら大金を持ち歩いていたので）

アクセスが良く、チェックアウト時間も12時までと遅く設定してもらえたのが良かったです。

リビングにあるテーブルの上に置いてあった黒いスマホ充電器がない事に空港で気付きました。（厚み2センチ10センチ四方　容量高く高価なものです）
宿泊中一回も使っておらず外に持ち出してないのでなくなるはずはありません。帰る前に部屋の隅々まで忘れ物が無いかチェックしてます。
盗まれた以外に考えられません。

Notre/votre appartement à Bangkok

Grand appartement de standing Thaï.
Idéalement située centre de Bangkok, à 30m du BTS ASOK et du centre commercial Terminal 21, à 4/5 stations BTS de BBK et PARAGON, à seulement 30 min de l aéroport international Suvarnabhumi (par le BTS + une station de métro).
Le personnel est au top, présent de 10h à 22h, et entièrement au votre écoute.
En bref, notre/votre appartement sans les soucis des charges et du syndic!

추천합니다

전반적으로 아주 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 가장 좋았던 점은 숙소 위치였습니다. 아속역에서 3-5분정도 걸으면 바로 숙소가 나와서 어느 장소로든지 편히 이동할 수 있고 또 5분정도 거리에 터미널21이라는 큰 쇼핑몰이 있어서 필요한 것들을 사기에 정말 좋았습니다. 그리고 근처에 수다식당이라는 블로그에서 유명한 식당도 있고 저는 이용해보진 않았지만 로컬 마사지샵도 다수 있어 굉장히 편리했습니다. 그리고 직원들의 서비스도 정말 친절했습니다. 저희 디파짓이 두번 결제되는 오류가 있었는데 말씀드렸더니 빠르고 친절하게 해결해주셔서 좋았고 그 외에도 항상 밝고 친절한 태도로 저희를 응대해주셔서 즐겁게 머물 수 있었습니다.

애매하고 황당했지만 이용은 잘 한 숙소

2C객실을 사용한 것으로 기억합니다.
숙소 발코니쪽에 세탁기가 있습니다. 세제도 있지만, 섬유유연제는 없습니다. 건조대도 함께 비치되어있습니다.
숙소에 모기가 눈에띄게 많지는 않았습니다.
인덕션과 후라이팬 정도가 주방기구의 전부라고 생각하시는 것이 좋아보입니다.
다만, 식기류는 잘 구비되어있습니다.

황당했던 일.
보증금 일부가 반환되지 않아 숙소에 문의하였더니 TV하단의 멀티 소켓이 없어졌다고 하였습니다. 직접 가져간 멀티 소켓이 2개나 되어 사용할 일이 없었습니다. 그러나 멀티 소켓이 없어졌다고 하여 40USD정도 되는 금액이다보니 그냥 넘어가기로 하였습니다. 이후 숙박을 계획하시는 분들은 소모품, 교환품 들의 사진을 꼼꼼히 찍으시길 바랍니다.

適合小團體住房的酒店

優點：
1.住宿的地點非常好，靠近BTS 跟MRT，且走出巷口就是Terminal 21，移動方便。
2.房間衛浴有2套半，有廚房/洗衣機，設備齊全。
3.櫃台服務人員可協助確認按摩、交通接駁等問題，服務貼心。
4.退房時可寄放行李，人員會細心保管。
缺點：
1.去的時候第一天晚上可順利連結Wi-Fi，後面幾天就斷斷續續，建議還是要自備網路比較妥當。
2.刷卡要額外加3%的費用，這點好像沒看到訂房資訊有寫。
3.第二天的房務清潔後地板都還有頭髮，後來有改進，尚可。
4.櫃台人員並沒有一直都在，建議可寫出幾點到幾點是有人在。

離BTS Asok站很近，附近都有的逛有的吃很方便，晚上也有警衛。
住四晚收清潔費700THB只打掃一次有點少，飯店外有一隻鳥早上五
、六點就一直叫很吵，整體來說還算不錯。
