Nice small hotel located within quick walks to shopping, dining and bars. Clean, but showing a little age. The worst thing is the rooms have unfortunately laid out bathroom designs. No privacy when doing your business in the w/c. The bathing area has a tub and shower behind a privacy door. Very strange design.

It’s not bad for the price lots of construction so if you’re considering getting sleep past 9 am in the morning you might as well forget it because there’s jackhammers going all day. Smells a bit mouldy and musty in the main lobby and in one of the rooms we stayed in. Overall not bad for the price but kind of a two or three star although the staff is really nice..

Pros - Huge, clean, quiet room with a great bathtub and comfy bed. Friendly staff with speedy check in and out. One minute walk to the main road.
Cons - Several brothel type bars and massage shops right outside. This didn't bother me but probably not great for people with kids. Stairs to the rooftop pool were extremely steep and a bit rickety. There was no natural light in the room.

Booked 3 nights in a room with a “city view” and “blackout curtains” listed in the amenities. When I arrived, the room had no window. Hair was on the floor of the room, in the sink and shower. I asked to switch rooms and was told the “city view” rooms were sold out. I’m not sure how you allow someone to book a sold out room and say nothing when the person checks in. I was shown another room that was also dirty. Asked for my money back, and was assured that I would get a full refund. I was given a copy of the email from the manager to Expedia stating that I would get a full refund. Later when I contacted Expedia, I was told the manager of the hotel had not authorized a refund. Even though I sent a copy of the email I had been given from the manager, I had to contact Expedia 3 more times about this. Each time, it was escalated to another department, and I received the same generic reply saying “sorry” they weren’t able to process the refund. After the 4th time, Expedia was able to get the refund approved. This took 3 weeks. I wonder how many people would have just given up and lost the money? This is a bad review on Expedia too. I have booked faithfully for YEARS, but I am considering switching fully to Agoda. One last remark on the hotel: when I was sitting in the lobby waiting for the manager to contact me about my refund, I watched the front desk attendant give the same dirty windowless room to the next traveler who had just walked in…without cleaning it. Enough said.

The hotel is very close to the pub even though it’s in a alley. Not recommended for family with little kids. For couples it’s fine. The staff there can speaks English with no problem. But the breakfast was just bland and you could get better food outside of the hotel... just skip it, the price with breakfast is not worth it.
My room has a good bathtub with jacuzzi function. The bathroom is clean. It could be nice with the Bluetooth function in the room works. Bed is comfortable and big. AC is strong and cool. About 6-7 mins walk to Asok station where you can do shoppings in Terminal 21.

Nothing likeable. Breakfast is not continental as claimed. Not even an egg is offered, only bread, drinks and room temperature yogurts are placed on the counter, no service at all. only one staff present. Room smells moldy, with mosquitoes too.

Located at the end of an alley way.
Walking into the alley were a few bars but there were no noise at night.
The location is very good as there's very delicious street food just outside the alley, 7Eleven & nearby to Terminal 21. Biggest plus point was it was close to Asoke BTS.
The Room Size was really Big but was a bit dated. The leather sofa was not a hit. But the bed was just amazingly comfortable.
The housekeeping didn't really do a good job daily cleaning the rooms as some of the rubbish was not cleared away.
My Check-In experience was okay but checking-out took a while as there was no dedicated reception but 1 staff doing everything. Was a bit disappointed when I requested for a later check-out after staying for 6 nights but was declined.
Overall it was a pleasant stay especially considering the price point & the location & bed.
Besides these, I guess I would try hotels nearby with proper lobby & not in an alley if prices are similar.

It is a good sized room with a very nice bathroom including a bathtub with Jacuzzi jets. The few windows that exist are frosted glass, but the room has a nice lighting system with different \"mood\" settings. I like the quiet location off of Sukhumvit soi 20. For the most part it is quiet, but the neighboring large hotel had noisy tour groups going up on buses in the morning. Just a few minutes walk to the BTS and MRT stations. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in a good location, easy to find. Room was good but the TV in the bath room is broken, unable to use. The jacuzzi is great and it's the best thing in the room. Receptionist was ok but not so professional. Breakfast is continental, e.g. breads, bakery, yogurt, two types of cereal, fresh coffee, fruit juice, no eggs (in the first picture)

The room was exactly as depicted in the pictures. The bed was absolutely heavenly. It was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed on the mornings so I missed the breakfast provided. My one small issue is that there wasn't a lot of English movie channels. But as there's so much to do in BKK.. It's just the one small issue.

The Well hotel next door had security using mega phones all the time. Every time a car or bus pulled in we had to endure blah blah blah over a megaphone.

The glass sliding bathroom door wouldn’t close & there was no privacy in the bathroom or toilet at all. We changed rooms 3 times to try and avoid these problems but couldn’t. Very unpleasant experience.

However, the lane itself left some things to be desired. There are 3-4 bars with hostesses loitering in the evening hours. I (single girl) never felt unsafe at all, but you should be aware. I was also rudely awakened some nights by yelling? Not sure if it was from the bars.
Please also note that the hotel doesn’t have a local landline, and therefore making reservations or local calls will be challenging unless you have a local contact or number.

The hotel is down a little zoo off Soi 20. Great position!! The room was large, very clean and excellent facilities.
The downside was the noise, our room backed onto next door hotel with coaches coming and going from 4am. Very were honking horns and speaking through loud speakers!! Had a good and comfortable stay. The hotel is about 1 year old and is small with only 14 units all junior suite rooms and location is approx about 5-7 mins walk. Good pizza and Japanese food across the street at Jasmine City. I love the massage at Soi 20 too. Will stay here again on my next visit

First of all, excellent and attentive staff to check in and answer all questions. Ms. Ang is the perfect concierge. For a solo business traveler it was a convenient location. Sports bar around the corner, cheap eats and convenience stores all nearby and on the east end of the city it was easy to get in and out of the airport in 30min. PLUS a nice park close (600m) for jogging in the morning, 1800m per loop. HOWEVER if you are traveling as a family, give this a pass as it is at the end of a street with girl bars which were nauseating to have to walk past. Shag 2, Why not?, Angels Club, etc... were the names of the places. I’d never bring my family there. They’d be traumatized! They do need to fix the wifi as it had blind spots. I had to leave my room on the 4th floor to get reception. Should give it a 3-star but Ms. Ang gets the star back.

Location is excellent! price is doable, I stayed for 6 days and books two extra days one of those days was overlapping they would not refund me so I paid twice for one night, the staff was excellent except one girl seems a little bit arrogant very unusual what Thailand. The Wi-Fi really needs to be upgraded in and out during my stay and it isn't a full breakfast I stated the best thing about being here is location besides that I think I would take my business somewhere else.

We had a good stay at this hotel. The hotel is quite narrow and everything is mini - \"kitchen\", pool, fitness center - but the room is very spacious and it has the amenities you need (even a shower by the pool). The staff was polite and helpful and let us check out an hour later as it was low season and our flight left late. We'd stay here again.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations. Nice clean and quiet hotel with extremely comfortable bed. Plenty of amenities. I considered the area safe and very acessible to train (BTS) and other attractionns. Staff were friendly and excellent. Will stay again.

Value for money hotel with good facilities
The hotel is new, staff, room and facilities are very good. Plenty of towels, great bed. The included breakfast can be improved. Free wi-fi worked well. Free drinks every evening was a bonus and very enjoyable.
The hotel is situated away from the hustle and bustle of Sukhumvit, but is very near to all attractions and good eats.

Really friendly staff, will do there best to help guests. Only issues i found where:
1 - swimming pool was tiny. Its literally 1.5m by 1.5m. Its not a swimming pool, its an oversized bath if anything.
2 - gym is the same size as above. Its tiny.
3 - rooms where clean however the windows dont fully seal closed which means a lot of red ants get in. The sofa next to it gets covered by ants anf in turn they get on your clothes if you leave your clothes ln there.
4 - breakfast has a very poor selection. Literally about 8 items on total, very poor range. Plus theres only 4 tables in reception to sit and have your breakfast. So if the hotel is fully booked youll wait a while to have breakfast

Nice hotel with good location
Due to flight delay we were arrived hotel by midnight.The hotel was great but just have mosquitoes when check-in. The front desk assistant quickily bring us the electronic mosquito killer and mosquitocide to clean the room.

I m a confort looker during my trips. When I booked I thought there is a pool an gym. I looked other review too. The hotel itself is tiny, not to select if you look for big hotel atmosphere. Located at the end of tiny road, end of all naked bars. Not to pick if you are a consecutive Asian female traveler.

The Hotel is about 6 months old, so everything is new and furnished nice. A small boutique hotel with about 4 rooms per floor x 5 floors. Located in a mini soi (street) off soi 20. location is a short walk from Terminal 21 shopping/MRT +BTS train lines. The mini soi has a few small bars other hotels an a popular & delicious local noodle eatery. There was a small dunk pool on the rooftop to cool down after the hot Bangkok weather. The hotel room was magnificent, all electrics electronic, the bed was very comfortable, and the jewel was the bathroom, equipped with a single bath spa, & large shower. There was also a TV above the bath. The happy hour free drinks was a nice cosy way to relax at the end of the day and talk to other travelers. Staff were friendly, Breakfast is a small continental style. Overall I would recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The room was great. Large, clean. Very comfortable bed. Location was perfect for us. Water pressure was meh. Out the back window is a club that seems to get out at 4am and a hotel where tour buses seems to idle their motor at 6am. Breakfast, pool and gym were pathetic. Overall, a good experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Negatives first - hundreds of tiny dead ants in the room, air con resetting to icy cold regularly, all lights coming on during the night, single glazed ill-fitting windows making it noisy, no handrails on stairs, no disabled access to rooftop

My room was on the first floor so you could always here as people come into the reception.
I was very impressed with the room it was very new and modern looking and the bed was so very comfortable one of the best I've ever had in Thailand.
My only real complaint was one morning I woke up with a boat 10 mosquito bites all over my body and so itchy the bugs get in from somewhere in that room and the toilet would not flush properly I had to plunge it a couple times and the shower would not drain also maybe big hairball in the drain or just poor Plumbing on that first floor anyways but other than that very nice and friendly and helpful girls in the reception and very nice looking hotel room

This small hotel was very nice the room comfort was perfect for me especially the bed very comfortable I was extremely happy other than the last night I woke up with about 12 mosquito bites they eat me alive so if they could keep the mosquitoes out it would have been 10 out of 10

Nice accommodations. Clean and great hospitality. The location is in a alley which makes it quiet however it is very hard for the drivers to find the location. Except for some small black bugs flying around in the room it was a very nice stay

アソークから徒歩圏内でお得に宿泊できる。フロントデスクスタッフはフレンドリー。プール付きを探してここにしたが、プールはチェアが１つしかなく手入れされていなかったのでイマイチ。部屋は快適だったがティッシュがなく少し残念。

Perfect for everyone who likes to live midst the Bangkok buzz and nightlife. If you like it rather quiet, the area is not for you. We got used to it but sure was a lill loud and the room came with its little ticks (no light switches as such). After figuring it out, it was all good, just a question of getting used to things for one week.

蚊と白蟻が入って来て、途中痒くて起きるなど、虫対策して欲しいです。
メイドのお姉さん、殺虫剤のスプレー持って来てくれたり、フロントのお姉さん寝てるか携帯ゲームやってて対応してくれず…
部屋は綺麗で広くて良かったのですが、虫対策をすれば、立地的にも良い場所です。
朝の飛行機だったので、荷物があったのでタクシー呼んで欲しいと伝えたが、朝6時頃って言うのもあったのか、又フロントのお姉さんスクンビット通迄出ればいるから自分で捕ませろと…
部屋が綺麗な分、色々と勿体ない気がします。

想在房間內體驗下雨可以入住這間酒店
入住第3天外出回房後竟然見到整個房間地板和浴室都是水，行李、桌子和梳化上的衣服全部濕透！化妝品、日用品、充電線全是水，都濕透！酒店有安排我們轉房間，但整個晚上我們都在擦拭、吹乾濕掉的物品，整個旅遊心情都被破壞了！還不知道水是否髒的！酒店在我們多次要求下肯幫忙洗淨衣服，我們已提醒有白衣服注意掉色，第2天拿回來居然有一件染色了，還多了一條不屬於我們的內褲，真是傻眼！住了這麼多酒店從未試過天花板漏水如雨浸掉房間這樣的事，酒店也沒有任何賠償！慶幸發生時不是在睡覺，真的倒楣死了才會住在這間酒店，我們住的是502房，想在房間內體驗下雨可以入住這間酒店！另外，熱水水壓嚴重不足，忽冷忽熱，2人入住只有一支牙刷（每天都是），第1天晚上問員工拿多1支竟然說沒有，拖鞋也只有1對（不是用完即棄那種），轉房後連wifi也用不到。
