Big and comfortable room, clean. It might need some updates but it was perfect for two nights. Staff were friendly and helpful, they made us wait until exactly 2pm to check in but that's ok. They have a shuttle service to BTS. The pool is not amazing but it's a nice space to seat outside, quite noisy due some construction when we stayed there. They were also kind and let us keep the luggage there for a while after checking out.

Tropical Oasis in the Big City - Koi Pond

In the middle of the big city, I found an oasis.

The koi are just amazing as they lead to the pool area and plants and garden make one forget you are in one of the largest cities in the world.

The staff is simply superb. The golf cart to take you to the main road (it is a bit of a walk) so you can get to Asok BTS is very helpful on hot days, the breakfast is truly special. and of the peace of nature makes this hotel an exceptional option.

This is a secret oasis that I would recommend to anyone.

This place is a treat!

After a long trip staying at lower-end hotels, the Aspira was a total treat. It's toward the end of a long (thin) avenue, but a tuk-tuk is always on call to take you to the main road (and pick you up when you return!). The pool is great; the poolside food and drink service is great too. Staff was super accommodating. It's also close to Benchakitti Park, which is great for a walk. We hope to go back!

My favourite hotel by far because of the staff and amenities. I was only here a few nights but the staff upgraded me to the best room available when my original one had some odd issues. There's a tuk tuk on standby to take you up and down the narrow alleway to the main street, from where you can access a plethora of restaurants, different train lines & a massive shopping mall.

Great breakfast with fresh waffles and personalised omelettes everyday, beautiful backyard with a pool, lounge chairs, swinging sunbeds, smoking area and a garden. Free water bottles everyday.

Couldn't recommended the hotel & staff highly enough! Lus the rooms have a great view.

Great little hotel off the main road. Incredible staff. Hotel is showing some wear and needs more aggressive maintaining. Common areas are nice. Rooms just need some updating I think. I love love love this hotel. I am a terrible sleeper, and I was so anxious about getting good sleep in Bangkok. Then I found this hotel and I was in heaven. It is so peaceful and quiet, but it’s also close to the ASOK BTS stop and Terminal 21. Incredible convenience but a nice and peaceful sleep = heaven. All the staff members here have been absolutely lovely and friendly as well. I really adore this hotel.

Quiet hotel minutes from bustling Sukhumvit rd

We’ve stayed here a few times before. It’s a wonderful hotel set in a walkable soi. There is a shuttle service on demand too. The pool is great. I think it’s under new management as the whole hotel has improved, staff were more friendly too.

Overall, it is an excellent hotel and I have stayed there many times. However, the manager of the night shift tried to get me to pay an additional fee when I returned to my room with guests. I was staying in a suite which is designed to accommodate entertaining guests with a large living room and dining room. He, however, thought that I need to pay a fee for the privilege. For the most part, he ignored me and would only speak to my guests which were Thai. When he did speak with me, he was condescending and rude.

This is our go-to hotel in Bangkok! Have stayed at least 5 times! Comfortable beds, great air conditioning! Rooms are spacious and clean. very friendly, helpful staff. Love the pool area! Decent breakfast buffet and it’s nice to have the pool bar and the dining room open again (after Covid). Safe and walkable area close to Terminal 21 and tons of food options. Will definitely be back!

Overall - We had a good experience with this hotel and I would recommend for a stay in Bangkok.

We had a slight issue on the first evening with the air conditioning but the staff were very helpful when reviewing the issue and providing us a new upgraded room not long after.

The hotel itself is nice, with a good outside area and pool, nice restaurant for Breakfast and in a decent location for food, shopping and transport options.

I feel satisfied with the stay for the price we paid and thank the lovely staff at Aspira.

Recommend this hotel!

Beds were comfortable, it was quiet but still in a relatively convenient location. There is a tuktuk service to the main street that is really helpful and fast.

Water temperature and pressure were great - there was also a rainfall showerhead.

I also love how the hotel has an app where you can use it to request housekeeping, chat with the front desk, and request amenities.

We didn’t use the pool, but it had a very nice nature feel to it.

This place was perfect for my short stay. The hotel room was very clean, ac worked great and they provided clean sheets and cleaning of the room every single day, along with restocking more water bottles for you. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody staying in this area. You are in walking distance to pretty much everything you can image from the mall to shops and food.

Hotel needs to revamp!

My recent stay at Aspira 12th Avenue Asoke Sukhumvit left me with mixed feelings. While the hotel has its merits, it also has some significant drawbacks that need addressing.

Let's start with the positives. Undoubtedly, the standout feature of this establishment is the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine desire to make my stay enjoyable. The attentive and courteous demeanor of the employees made a positive impression and significantly enhanced my experience.

However, it's essential to acknowledge the areas in which this hotel falls short. The first notable issue was the lobby. While it boasts four different sofas, they appear old and worn, which significantly detracts from the overall ambiance. A welcoming and aesthetically pleasing lobby is the first impression a guest gets, and this aspect needs a refresh.

Additionally, the functionality of the service lifts left much to be desired. Both lifts to my floor had issues, making the process of getting to and from my room frustratingly slow and unreliable. This is a basic necessity in a hotel, and it should be addressed promptly.

Moving on to the rooms, I was disappointed to find that the furniture showed signs of aging. The cabinet doors in my room, for instance, struggled to close properly, giving the room a somewhat unkempt appearance. Attention to detail in room maintenance is crucial, and this aspect was lacking during my stay.

Amazing hotel! Very affordable and the pool area has a nice tropical vibe.
All staff were friendly and we had no issue communicating in English.
It’s located at the back of the alley and takes just over 5 mins to walk from the main street, but the hotel offers free tuktuk ride to the main street 24/7, which helped us a lot.

They bill themselves as an Oasis in the heart of Bangkok. They are this and more. Everything here is well done the location is right in the middle of the Sukhumvit yet because they are at the end of an alley the hotel is secluded and quiet. The Garden and pool area give you a place to go and relax in between running around Bangkok. Any problems I had the staff was able to take care aith no hassles. I will stay here again when I come back.

After a long flight, this hotel was a little haven in busy Bangkok. It’s not situated in a particularly pleasant road but it’s great once you’re in the hotel. Our room had everything. The bathroom was spacious, stylish and very clean. Housekeeping promptly brought and made up an additional bed. Nothing was too much trouble. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We have been to this hotel many times and have enjoyed the atmosphere , but on this occasion the change in staff in the dining area, has left us with a different perspective, a different experience, there is one member who name is Moy.,who we find extremely rude never says hello, and never wants to serve us from the first instance. We find this very displeasing, on other instances we have noticed her looking at us and seemed to us to be making remarks and giggling with other members of staff, so immature. We are people of colour and would assume some form of racism and we observe her treating others with respect. We hate complaining but feel that we need to express on this occasion.

Convenient location just 7 min walk to Asoke BTS. The hotel provides free tuk-tuk service from hotel to main road every half an hour. We stayed in a junior suite room which provides big fridge, microwave and cook top (without cooking utensils). The room is spacious with pool view, clean and quiet. The shower head is broken and the water pressure from the shower is not enough. Breakfast is below our expectations as there is not much to choose from and the food is not filled even the dish is empty. The only credit we will give is the pool and garden area. The pool is comparably big as this is only a small hotel. There are big cushions available for lying comfortably in the garden area.

I had a deluxe room on the 9th Floor which offered fabulous views over a huge park. The city skyline wowed with lights at night. The hotel is located near the end of a quiet street and is a truly quiet location for a light sleeper. Unfortunately my room had a connecting door to the next room with poor sound proofing. I later learned that there is another deluxe room on the same floor without an adjoining door. The room was spacious and well laid out. The king bed was a little firm but comfortable (no lumps). The room had a built in safe which was big enough for my laptop, Nikon SLR and a couple of lenses. Room cleaning was average. The hotel had an excellent dining room where I had breakfast everyday. The range of food on offer was excellent along with tea, coffee, juices etc. The dining room staff and reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a free Tuk Tuk that departs every 30 minutes taking guests to Sukhumvit Road although one can walk; its only five minutes or so. The hotel has a great pool and gym. My only real complaint is that on arrival the room smelt strongly of must or stale cigarette smoke and I found it difficult to breathe. Upon my complaint, staff promptly had the carpets and air conditioner filter cleaned and had a maintenance worker open two small windows. After a couple of days the smell disappeared. I would definitely stay again and I recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a quiet location with great views and friendly staff.

We stayed 2 nights here. Got an upgrade too sn apartment size room which was lovely. The bed was a little too hard for me but most hotels in Thailand I’ve found are very firm. Not the worst bed I’ve slept in but hard all the same. We were lucky to have a bath but unfortunately the water wasn’t hot enough too use it. They offer a tuk tuk to run you to sukhumvit rd but it only runs every half hour, not at your disposal anytime which other hotels in the area offer. Overall nice, would stay again.

Lovely place for staying down Sukhumvit Soi 12 about 400m from the main road. You can walk or wait for shuttle service from the hotel. There were many Chinese guests who were a bit loud at the lobby during check in and check out but that didn’t bother me. Staffs were nice and helpful. Overall it was worth the money. Will definitely come back again.

Very shabby soft furnishings in bar/breakfast area. Restaurant not big enough for breakfast time. Bedrooms need refurbishment and have very poor lighting. I have been coming to Sukhumvit for 20 years now and was looking for a hotel to replace my normal hotel on Soi 11. Unfortunately yours missed the mark, it is bht1,500 more expensive but not worth the extra. Cold swimming pool which gets minimal sun.

the shuttle is not regular. there was once we waited at the pick up point (back to hotel) at 930pm (scheduled time) but we waited until 945pm and the tuk tuk didnt come. Suspect bcos no guest was coming out from hotel. Other guests made a call to the hotel to check on the tuk tuk but no one picked up the call. In the end, we walked back and the tuk tuk was parked right in front of the entrance but driver nowhere to be found. the tuk tuk also dont bring you to the main road, it stops a quarter before reaching the main road. You still need to walk some distance. The bed has no stable hinges. We had a double bed. Whoever softly flips, the whole bed will SHAKE. The shower water is also not consistent. It will be hot and be cold. i can also see the pillars of the hotel cracking from my hotel window. Not a good stay but the room cleaning was good. that's all about it.

This was our first trip to Thailand and this hotel was our first stop. It genuinely felt like a little quiet oasis in the middle of Bangkok. We felt safe and comfortable there and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the garden and pool area and enjoyed relaxing in the swings after exploring the city. The beds were firm but very comfortable with both firm or soft pillows. It was very close to the sky train and MTS so we could easily get to where we needed to go. It was perfect for us!!

Aged hotel but still well maintained.

Pros:-
- big and clean room
- nice swimming pool
- in the heart of city but giving peaceful and relaxing feel

Cons:-
- some of the things look aged
- a bit of a walk into the end of the soi that's why is quiet

This is comfortable a spacious accommodation that is a few minutes walk to the sky train. The pool area is very nice with a few different seating options. The pool water is quite cool and takes a bit of adjusting. The bedding is good quality, I found the bed to be too firm for my liking but I'm sure others will find it comfortable. The lounge and dining areas in the suites are comfortable and we'll equipped. The kitchen equipment is very limited and my kettle didn't work well. The hotel supplied water and tea and coffee sachets daily. The bathroom is great with a narrow but deep tub in a sectioned shower/wet area. The shower water pressure and temperature were excellent. My only complaint here was a faulty alarm clock that went off at midnight each night. I think the staff tried to resolve the issue but it still went off. I unplugged the clock but each day when my room got made up the staff reset it for us 😁. The buffet breakfast was generally good and the egg station chefs were excellent.

Very good, room and bathroom is spacious with atleast a Double king size bed.
Pool area nice.
Gym had the basics needed, although running machines weren’t working at the time

The staff is not very responsive.

The only friendly people are the tuk-tuk drivers. We ordered breakfast for ourselves, but only realized that they are prepared breakfast for the adults, we had to pay 200 baht/day for our daughter.
