Very good service at front desk. I have stayed here before with good rooms. This time though tne veneer on deck and bed were chipped off. The bed spread had rips as well as some towels. The bathroom was good with a great shower the room was 301 and needs a good makeover. When I did inform front desk of ripped towels and bed spread they did fix the problem promptly

An average hotel nestled in a district full of 4 and 5 star hotels. Difficult to find reasonable priced restaurants particularly if you are looking for Thai food.
Hotel itself is very dated and could very much do with some financial input.

I arrived late … the lights by the bed didn’t work, neither did the safe.
Reported the next morning … safe and one light fixed.
Would not call me a taxi to the airport … offered me a ride via a mate for 700 baht … it is a 350 baht fare tops … told me to get my own.

It’s situated in the middle of everything. Convenient for anywhere you want to go. Room is modern with a main control next to the bed. SmartTV with every streaming app. Staff is really friendly. Modern furniture that is in pristine condition. My favorite hotel I’ve stayed in Bangkok.

This hotel has a number of good points, beginning with location. If you are interested in the nightlife around Sukhumvit Rd, this hotel is dead center and surrounded by shopping, restaurants and other attractions. A short bus ride will take you to the cultural sites to the west along the river. My room was relatively newly furnished and spotless thanks to the housekeeping staff, although there were a few weird design flaws like a bathroom faucet that didn’t open all the way due to a misplaced mirror and the generally rather weak lighting. My only real complaint was the very poor wifi. In general though, I would still rate PS as a value for the money, and all of the staff were welcoming and efficient, which helped make my stay a pleasant one.

The room was very cute, but from at least my room, if you are over 6'5\" you might kill yourself with the low ceilings (on the 2nd floor). The room was very nice and the staff was friendly. Only real issue was the humidity caused the desk in the room to build up moister and leak a not insignificant amount of water. When I brought it to the hotel staff's attention they cleaned it as best as they could and applied a temp fix for the duration of my stay. The location is great too! Near to good malls like Terminal 21 and great places to eat all over. If I'm back in BKK again, I will definitely stay at the Paradiso Boutique Suites again.

Nicely remodeled hotel I believe their info said 2015-2016. Two dayshift ladies at the front desk must be owners. Be polite and friendly just normally to them and they both bit lemon recently. Not a friendly reception by far. But Security guy is better and working hard moving your bags to your room. Elevator only holds three, that's OK, but sometimes at the end of the ride the doors don't open. Front desk answers right away when you hit the telephone button in the still closed elevator. Go up to the third floor and try to open the door. I did. That did not work. Went back to floor one at the office and they still won't open. Within a minute the security guy had a flashlight and some kind of tool standing there when the doors opened a minute or so later, from the outside. So they need to fix their elevator for sure. Housekeeping doing a great job with room cleanliness, beds made nicely with fresh linen. Western type in was air conditioning a big plus.

The lift was not working. On the first night till last day, the hotel staff had to force the lift's door to close properly. It stopped working totally on my third day of stay.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. But in sore need of updating. Room 602 has the air-con blowing directly onto the bed; glass shelf over the bathroom sink blocks guest from swilling face or rinsing mouth; new facade makes cleaning windows impossible, hence dirty glass.

A smallish hotel just 60 metres from Sukhumvit Road in Soi 10. Location is great with easy walking distance to MRT and BTS. Rooms are small but clean, comfortable and well appointed. Cable TV is only just OK but the wireless internet worked well. Represents excellent value for money. Most staff were excellent.

Lower your expectations at booking this room. Don't get me wrong, it does offer a comfortable area space and bathroom with jacuzzi but the room feels tilted on one end which is evident by our roller luggage bag rolling to one side. Not much international TV choice. Location is their only saving grace being less than 4 minutes from Nana BTS. It is value for money if you are ok with the conditions, otherwise, do consider taking a flight home. Their wifi doesn't work too..

For a superior room the furniture was in a bad condition, the WiFi was so slow,not worth using, the cable tv was not working and had not worked for 20 + days, only 3 thai channels working. Have stayed there before,it’s gone downhill and the reception staff didn’t care.

If you want to get around in Bangkok, you really need to be by the public transport system. This hotel is about five minute walk from Nana BTS with good connections all over the city. Locally there are plenty of restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as high end and market shopping. Overall great location in Bangkok.
The room is small, as you would expect from a boutique hotel, clean and perfectly adequate for as, let's face it, you are only really using the room to shower and sleep. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, spa or pool, but all are are available within a few minutes walk. For the price, you can't beat this in central Bangkok.

Everything is ok, but not provide toothbrushes and toothpaste!!! And the sofa bed cannot fulfill my ecpectation. It's too small to sleep! Luckily the bed is big so that 3people can sleep on it.

Good Value Hotel with an Excellent Location
The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but there is enough room to store things. The bathroom and rain shower are quite spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the bed side controls were nice to have. Lighting in the room was adequate, but not bright at all even with all the lights on. Some may have issues with this if trying to do work. The Wifi signal was also not very good and it was very hard to connect online most of the time.
Checking in and checking out were both done quickly and efficiently. Paradiso is ideal for people who don't need extra amenities and just want a comfortable room to sleep in at night and have close access to everything nearby. The value is pretty good for what you get.

Place is really clean, bed is comfortable, and room temperature easily adjustable to suit my liking. I like that it is located near the busy main road and conveniently between Nana and Asok station, with only 5-7 min walk to Terminal 21. It is just beside Korea Town with a lot of eateries in the vicinity. Also, very easy to book tours from the tour booth at the lobby.
Place is really clean, bed is comfortable, and room temperature easily adjustable to suit my liking. I liked this hotel, the staff were outstanding and the location is very convenient. The rooms are fairly basic and not new however they are comfortable, quiet, clean and functional and overall the hotel was good value for money.

A great place to stay for all the right for Sukhuwit Road with the only downside being that the cheaper of the rooms are a bit small BUT still great. Quiet, great location and close to transport, clean and great décor, tea making, helpful staff (especially the doorman).I can guarantee that I will always be staying here when I come to Bangkok, (I do often)also I have no reservation about recommending the hotel. A great stay.

Hotel was very accessible to almost every tourist attraction, malls, restos, convenient stores. I stayed there for 4 nights. Just wondering why they charged us for 4 bottles of mineral water. On he first day, reception told us that we get complimentary water per day of stay. Will definitely pick this hotel again for comfort and convenience and price.

It was a good hotel but looks a bit old. There were traces of mould in the bathroom but negligible, so not a major worry.
Everyone was friendly and for the price, it's definitely worth it. Just that the hotel looks a bit old and is dated. Probably needs a major renovation to update it a bit.

It was my first time staying at Paradiso. Have to say I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
The location was great:
- only a few steps to the main road
- less than 3 mins walk to the nearest BTS (Nana)
- no more than 5 mins walk to nearby 7-Eleven
- approximately 10 mins slow walk to Terminal 21!

- reception staff spoke decent English, no trouble communicating at all
- helpful in getting any form of arrangements
- check-in and check-out procedures were fast and efficient
