Although it is right on Sukhumvit, the place needs a revamp. Great location by bars and malls. Don't expect anything lavish. Still using the archaic keys so don't lost it whatever you do.

My room on the 6th floor faced the street, it was an ok room, a little loud, but my friends room faced the back, it was awful. So the rooms vary a lot. Lots of good restaurants around, so don’t get the breakfast. It was priced ok for what you get. No bar by the pool.

Room was not in the best conditional. It was acceptable and toilet drainage has a smell coming from it.

Shower pressure was initially 2/10, but they fixed it to 5/10. That made it more bearable.

Overall infra needed a lot of work, but staff were exceptional.

have stayed here before. was disappointed there is no laundry service anymore. instead they now have one washing machine and drier which can get very busy. also my air con was always switching itself off. the good things are the friendly staff at the front desk, the restaurant and the ladies cleaning the room. the location is noisy but very central to night life, shopping and transport.

I won't stay here even for free!

Apart from its location which is very good, almost all other attributes of this hotel scores ZERO.
NOISE, NOISE, NOISE . . . the noise from trains, cars, and motorbikes is such an issue that the hotel (admittedly) providing \"ear plugs\" as part of the essential items to each room!
The rooms are not sound-proof, and you would easily hear the noise from moving the chair on the floor from other rooms.
The toilet opens directly in the room and the room opens directly in the main corridor.
Another extremely annoying thing is the shower and the water pressure. The pressure of the water goes from high to low and vice versa for no reason. It is almost impossible to enjoy a shower as, apart from the water pressure, the water temperature changes suddenly from boiling hot to cold for no reason!
I raised the issue with the reception, and their reply was; \"we can't do anything about it\" which is irresponsible and mounts to cheating as it seems many other guests raised this issue in the past.
It seems this hotel has passed its age and it is ready for demolition as it's not suitable for human habitation.

So if you think you deserve better, then look somewhere else. Book this hotel ONLY if you want to spoil your holiday!

Great little hotel in the middle of the Bangkok action. Really good breakfast and free filtered water coolers on each floor. A little noisy depending on which side your room faces. The hotel is on a main busy road with the BTS train rolling by frequently from 6am to 12 midnight. Overall great for a few nights.

Be prepared to wake up at around 5am as the LRT goes barreling by the hotel. The bathroom condition was not great. At the front when you check-in you have to give them 500Bhat cash as a deposit. Crazy, never had that happen before. Also the night I stayed there the club below the hotel was in full swing and there was so much eye-candy waiting to be picked up in front of the hotel. If you are into that kind of thing, might work out well as sleep will be a secondary thought.

This hotel is in the middle of everything. If you like quiet hours at night, then this is not the hotel for you. Bangkok does not sleep at night. The cafe downstairs stays busy til morning hours. Alot of things to do near this hotel and is walkable to pretty much everything.

I think the best parts about this business is the location, being close to Ashok BTS station and a large modern mall with good restaurants and entertainment. However, the same attribute makes it difficult for the guests as Sukumvit Rd where the hotel is located is also one of the most polluted thoroughfares of the world.
But you can’t beat the price. The amenities you get is modest accordingly.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is adequate and affordable, staffed by friendly people.
All in all I recommend this hotel to people who do not want to make too much fuss about a hotel and want to save money to spend in something else. We are coming back.

The location is excellent for shopping, it's close to Terminal 21 and Robinson. I wouldn't recommend the place for families but it's probably ideal for single men. The rest room was very clean which I appreciated but they didn't provide components breakfast, slippers and toothbrush but you can't complain given the cheap rates.

There's also a money exchange at the entrance that's quite helpful for travellers.

Very clean & great location (as long as you know all the bars, nightclubs & transportation you are looking for is in a red light district) I would book again but I could care less if street girls are hanging out in front of building. They never bothered me.
