Convenient location but not worth the stay. We were escorted to a condo building behind this hotel. (Euro Classic Condominium)
The room smells moldy & carpet was filthy.
I can see mold on the ceiling, ac vent & corners of the room. This is a health hazard.
The room was not the picture on the website.
The shampoo/conditioner were half used.
I will never come back here.

Hotel was on a quiet street off Sukhumvit road, so not much noise. A short walk to the Asok BTS and Terminal 21 shopping centre.
Staff were very helpful and welcoming.
Cleanliness was mid but not as bad as some of the other reviews for hotels in the area. I guess that’s what you get for a cheap hotel in a popular area. The housekeeping was good but the general cleanliness of the room could definitely be improved on.

If you are staying in the old suites, I would treat it like a rental rather than a hotel.
But at least the hotel staff were more attentive than my landlord has ever been, so I didn’t mind it all too much.

Beds were super comfy and there was always a supply of bottled water and towels. They were even nice enough to give us free breakfast when we had to change rooms.

The room smelled like mildew. We only stayed the first morning and the last night. 2 of 5 days. They need to clean out their while A/C systems and replace their filters. Other than that they were great. If they fix I will stay again.

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at Kingdom Suites on Soi 15 in Bangkok. The rooms were large, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, with some of the best beds I’ve slept in. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel truly welcome.The breakfast was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and easily one of the best in the city. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk to nightlife and major shopping malls, and the nearby Skytrain makes it easy to reach Bangkok’s historical sites.I highly recommend Kingdom Kingdom Suites, especially for anyone planning a longer stay in Bangkok.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality really made a difference.

The room was big, clean, and very spacious, which made our stay comfortable. Although the room felt a little old in terms of decor, it was still well-maintained and comfortable.

The breakfast was also good, with a decent variety to start the day nicely.

Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for its spacious rooms and helpful staff.

The building is dated. However, the front desk staff as well as the staff that occupies the restaurant are very professional and polite. However, housekeeping is another story. If you want your room clean, it heavily depends on which individual cleans it.

I would rate the house cleaning 5 out of 10.

Overall this Hotel is good and it is located in Sukhumvit 15, which is a 10 minutes slow walk from Asok BTS station ( Green Line E4 ) and Sukhumvit station (Blue Line BL22).
The room is big, spaces, clean and the staff is friendly. Standard Breakfast are good but not much selection.
5 minutes walk to main road,, which there is a lot of restaurants and massage parlor. Opposite the main road, there is a night market.
Not big but is good enough to walk around, enjoy, relax and have a beers.
Basically, selection this hotel for holidays stay or business stay had no regrets. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A lot of the pictures online are taken professionally and it seems much brighter online. In person, it’s pretty dark even with all the lights on. Lights aren’t the problem, the problem is the smell and how it’s outdated. The smell is musty and the cleaners don’t vacuum the carpets everyday unless you ask them to. We even requested for an air purifier because that smell is VERY STRONG. The hotel looks good in pictures or from afar but l you’ll notice how it’s not updated and eveythings old and worn out. The bed sheets, blanket covers sometimes come stained with yellow spots or dark spots so you’ll have to double check and ask for change. Also the last 2 nights before leaving we had issues with the shower water turning hot and cold and from strong to weak.

I only gave 2 star because 2 of the guy staff were actually super nice. Or else I would’ve given this place a 1 star.

The room was very spacious and clean. It seemed a bit old, but staff constantly maintained the cleanliness and replenished waters, towels, sheets and soaps everyday.
It was quite the comfy space. There is no city view from the room to speak of, but that wasn't advertised nor is the reason for this location. It is right in the middle of wonderful restaurants,malls, and nightlife.

I had my comforter dirty then the next day I asked for make my room... When I arrived at my room again, the comforter was just on the other face down, meaning they just tried to \"hide\" the stains on it.
Also almost everyday I killed a small cockroach.

\"Not my first choice next time — friendly staff but too many inconveniences\"

I recently stayed at Kingston Suites, and while the staff was friendly and did their best to assist, I wouldn’t choose this property again in the future.

First, half the property was under construction, which took away from the overall experience. The hotel definitely needs renovations, and this wasn’t clearly communicated when booking. The breakfast was also very underwhelming — not many appealing options, and definitely not up to standard for what you pay.

I specifically booked this hotel for the washer/dryer combo, which unfortunately did not work properly. I asked for help several times, but no one seemed to know how the dryer function worked. That was frustrating and made laundry during my stay more difficult than it needed to be.

Another odd issue was with babysitting services. The website lists this as an available amenity, but they had to search for someone off-site, which made me question the reliability of what was being advertised. Thankfully, the sitter they found was wonderful — but the process didn’t feel professional or prepared.

What really caught me off guard was the experience with their sister hotel, Samala. They claim to offer complimentary access to their pool — but then turn around and say there's a $15 charge to use it. That’s not complimentary, and the messaging is misleading.

Hotel in the heart of a lively area. The rooms are well appointed and spacious. The beds are the most comfortable I have slept in Thailand – well known for very hard mattresses. All the hotel staff were courteous and service was amazing. We stayed for two nights and liked it so much we returned after a tour of SE Asia.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. What I didn’t like was that the shuttle service ends at 6pm. They were kind enough to send us out on our first night. However when we asked for subsequent nights, the staff explained the service ends at 6pm. The streets leading out to main station was quite dark and busy, I felt was not really suitable for people with elderly travellers to walk out in the night. We didn’t want to utilise grab as we are going to nearby terminal 21 only for dinner. Do consider to extend the shuttle in the evening as it’s challenging to walk in the dark on the uneven roads.

Nice hotel, however a little costly for its age. Does not have a decent bar to grab drink. Only a couple bottles in the dining area. I paid 90 baht for a coffee but next door at 711 you can get a better coffee for 50 baht! Staff are fantastic! It's handy to walk to everything! The traffic is totally gnarly!!

Location is good. Not too far from Suhkumvit Road BTS.
I was put into the condominium building.
1st the card wouldn’t open door. Move to 2nd apartment.
The smell of damp musky odour was strong in corridor. Couldn’t understand how people live with that.
Apartment was huge. But it was dated. AC units were very noisy when the inverters kicked in. Just outside window.
The main fault was the intermittent sewerage smell emitted from the floor drain in toilet.
Top of toilet was in need of a deep clean. House came in,but didn’t clean it down.
View from window was multi car park building.
I reported it to reception on checkout.
Breakfast was ok. Best thing was the espresso.
Staff were very polite and attentive when approached.

They do need to increase their signage off the road as my taxi drove straight past it, their restaurant sign for the Thyme restaurant was more noticeable which confused us.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned well. Breakfasts were very relaxed and yummy.

Tea and coffee facilities in the room were poor.

Overall it was a base to roam from and to sleep in. It achieved this and was very comfortable.

Yet another wonderful stay at this place. Even when it was my second time here, Yoko, the front desk staff recognised me immediately and was as helpful as could be. The breakfast was again, though limited, was fresh and delicious. I just wish the butter was pure butter and not blended butter (just my preference 😅)

I recommend the Korean BBQ place next door (Jin Seng). Very delicious, value for money and only a short walk away.

Definitely will stay here again if I have business around this area.

Nice sized room, clean, and conveniently located. The hotel smells of stale cigarette but the room was fine. I did ask for non-smoking room. Staff was extremely nice. Just a few things that was off was the bed sheet (flat sheet) had a tear, and we had to ask for tissues both roll and box. I guess maid service needs a little attention. But overall I did enjoy my stay.
