Stayed here 5 nights. Excellent Staff specially Miss Lima & Mr UThip the supervisor who are very kind and helping. Honestly great hotel and clean nice room for the price. I gave 3 stars because there are three prostitutes living on 6th floor for 3 months (I came to know) in room #693 who are inviting hotel guests and outside walking people to their room and the management knows about it and does nothing. They sometimes put their smelly thrash outside their room door in the corridor and all other guests on the floor have to smell it.

Perfect location from terminal 21, and lots of eateries, barber shop and tailor shops.

Housekeeping should maintain at highest standard as still got leftover at the fridge from previous occupant.

Location is literally next to BTS - very convenient but you also stare passengers on platform from the window. Not for pretty view but very easy transportation.
Noise from sukhumvit is also very audible, if you’re light sleeper better pack earplugs.
Overall nice hotel for the price range.

It was fine for the price but a bit too noisy. Otherwise he personnel were
excellent, friendly and polite. Hotel was clean but the old key system where you must hand in your key each time you leave the property is tedious, keycards would be so much better.
Location is great for nightlife etc. and the bar \" The Game \" is right beside the hotel which is good or bad depending on your tastes.

Overall, I may stay there again.

Old school hotel with traditional keys to open doors rather than key cards. Location is good, right beside Nana BTS. Room is not sound proof so you can hear doors opening and shutting, and sounds from the street are prominent as well. There were sounds of construction at about 2am during my stay. If you're a light sleeper, you might have some trouble sleeping, otherwise it's fine. Staff is friendly, room is decently clean.

OK for 2 nights.

Pros: Excellent location: lots of bars and restaurants in the area and in a stretched out hand distance to Nana BTS station, so that you can literally catch the train jumping out of the hotel room straight to the BTS platform;)
Cons:No breakfast and a bit noisy, if your room has a street view.
Overall: OK for a short stay, however, I'd say the hotel is a bit overpriced.

My stay was placent but really very bisapointed with one thing that no service for luggage shifting. When I called a taxi later day the security guard came to help me with luggage shifting to taxi. But reception staff stopped him doing so. As my flight was by 12 midnight and my hotel booking was up-to 2pm same day so they couldn't let me extend mY booking by extra paying.

Avoid this hotel. The rooms do match the descriptions on Expedia. It’s all so dishonesty bait & switch. Expedia is promoting rooms fake pictures! The rooms smell awful and the staff will do nothing. Services are way overpriced. Better to stay at any of the nearby hotels without the bad smells. The staff is very rude and this property should be avoided.

This hotel did NOT match the images provided by Expedia. Expedia is guilty of false advertising on this listing. It’s a complete scam as the room will not be what you expect because the images are for rooms that don’t exist.

They also lost some of laundry and still forced us to pay for the laundry they lost! Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Good place to stay

We booked 2 rooms at this hotel and one of the room is a corner unit which is very hot in the afternoon due to glass windows and wont' cool down by the air-con. Is like sauna inside the room. Besides this, we are satisfied with the spacious rooms. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is great with easy access via BTS and convenient store 7-11 close by. Good place to stay.

NON Smoking please!!!!

This time I stayed on check in I was given a smoking room. I was unaware of it till I opened the door. I have stayed here many times. And I did go back to the desk they informed me that they were full and would not have a non smoking room until the next day. Unfortunately I had to stay in this room for one night. If you do not smoke you do not want to stay in one of these rooms it made my clothing smell. It was very bad. I always enjoy this hotel just be aware of the type of room your getting to what you booked.

This hotel located just beside nana station on sukhumvit metro line, just barely 50m away from the exit. Terminal 21 shopping complex are about 8 mins walk. At night this area full of nightlife, walk along the street you will find food, night club, night market..
Front desk are very friendly and helpful, I really like them! This hotel has been maintaining well which can notice from furniture, electrical stuff and cleanliness. Only drawback is it is a bit old.

Inexpensive Hotel, Very close to BTS

An inexpensive hotel with very friendly staff, just what you need for a quick stop over in Bangkok. It is very close to the Nana BTS station, you can even see the hotel from the train platform. This is not a luxury hotel by any means but is perfect for the price and proximity to BTS. Only three stops to Siam and one to Asok, easy transfers from the Airport Link to MTS to BTS make it simple to get to and from the airport.

Overall good and nice experience.

The staff was friendly, but not always helpful. The room was very clean and nice, but the bed was very firm and hard. I prefer a softer mattress, but that is a personal preference. Overall it was a great experience, the staff was nice and the room was certainly worth the price. I would stay there again.

Great location. Next to Nana station and nightlife. Staff were nice and helpful.
Bathroom a bit dated and water was just lukewarm most of the time.
Had a room on the 5th Floor. Window overlooked Nana station platform, but could not hear the trains.
Found a big cockroach in the room one day, and saw a little tiny bug crawling on the bed too.
But housekeeping was good, and bed linen changed everyday and room cleaned properly.
WiFi was quite choppy and kept dropping out.

A good location and the staff are extremely friendly. Lots of restaurants and convenience is the BTS right in front of hotel. Its approx. 15 mins walk to the Terminal 21 - a trendy high rise building with lots of different exotic food on every level.

Decent location, but hard mattress with no box spring (just a box) and dated bathroom with tile grout in dire need of a good bleaching make this place a tad overpriced. Spotty dysfunctional wifi was also quite annoying as I had business to attend to. For same price, much better can be found in immediate vicinity.

I picked this hotel purely for the location ... I wanted easy access to the BTS in order to get to the airport the following day with minimal fuss - and it was perfect. I had been a little worried given the location that it may be noisy, but the room was quiet and I had a good nights sleep. Overall, I was pleased - the room was a little old fashioned and small true, but it was comfortable, had all I needed and I had a good stay. The staff I encountered in the hotel were all friendly and welcoming. I'd be happy to stay again.

The hotel isn't BAD, so much as not up to standards of the booming Bangkok tourism industry.

It's old. Water heater is creaking along dribbling out tepid water. Door panels are chipped and pulling away. Safe requires a lock from the front desk instead of the usual combination. And comforts are few to be had. Fitness room is at another hotel, and no swimming pool access whatsoever.

So, not a BAD place to stay, so much as there are better choices to be had for the price.

For the price and location, this is a great value

First off, price is the major driver here. Given the low cost I would have expected a small disaster of a room, but no, it was basic, very clean, sheet are all new and towels that are new and very clean. The staff is friendly and will help you with anything you need. The room is large with lots of storage and a safe for your wallet and money.

With the cars, buses people and trains, I still got lots of good sleep, the a/c was not too loud and most likely helped with the street noise. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay in Bangkok...literally 30 seconds from exit 3 of the BTS Skytrain at Nana station...5 minute walk to Nana Plaza,plenty of street vendors along the route.Overall a good little find...don't expect the Ritz but the room was clean & the bed was super comfy..It can be a bit noisy if you get a room at the front of the hotel...but after a night out you certainly don't notice the street noise....wi-fi was fast with no issues....I've already booked for my next trip in November...Yes i'm sure you could find better hotels if you searched....but for the price i was more than happy...If you want to use the BTS Skytrain to explore Bangkok then this hotel is perfect... out the door & within 30 seconds your on the Skytrain platform

very noise area to place a hotel

The seal on my window in my room was broken so i could hear everything all the horns and the non stop traffic on sukhumvit street, all day all night.

The room smelt so bad from the wet aircon filters that I had to buy an air freshener so its bearable. The room keys has tags are so bulky and outdated and has to be handed back everytime you step put of the hotel.

The bed was so hard it hurt my back to lay on it. Definitely not worth the money.

I am a non smoker (I quit 17 years ago). They put me in a smoked in room - they might not have any smoke free rooms. If my room had been smoke free I would have completely happy.

I love this hotel

Very convenient since the hotel just next to BTS station. Earlier was skeptical if we will face the sky train and the street market noise since our room just facing directly to this both..Thank god due to the hotel room sound proof, we can feel the privacy and really enjoy our stay. Easy to get nice tuk tuk and food. Counter desk staff was little friendly at beginning but when we chat with them in the nicest way, they really become helpful and treat us like a family.

Definitely I will recommend to my friends and will be my first choice for my next trip..thank you

This was my 3rd stay at this Hotel and so far the best.
Got a room on 6th floor which is quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean at best location. Many good restaurants just around the corner.

This is a very old hotel and needs some urgent renovation but at least it is clean.
There are better hotels in this area for the same price.
The only good thing at this hotel is the location with many excellent restaurants and shopping malls nearby.
The standard rooms are very noisy. If you need a quiet room there is a surcharge!!!
Requested a quiet room at the backside or high floor but got a very noisy room just next to the skytrain station.
Reception staff is very friendly except one lady which was not nice at check in.

Fair priced budget hotel located right on Sukhumvit in the hub of Bangkok. Rooms are functional, clean and comfortable.
Breakfast does not start until 8.30am which indicates its primary clientele are there for vacation.
