This is the third time my boyfriend and I have stayed here. It's in a busy area, but still quiet at the same time. There are lots of amenities, including a washer/dryer, which is a plus. There are also two 7-Elevens nearby and a laundromat. We are a three-minute walk from the BTS Nana station, which makes getting around easy. The staff are very polite and welcoming. We would stay there again anytime.

Parkroyal was an excellent mid-range luxury hotel for the money and is perfectly positioned for someone who wants to enjoy the nightlife of Nana Plaza without being stuck in the middle of it. My unit was basically an efficiency apartment that I could have lived in full-time. Staff was AMAZING and friendly 100% of the time. The biggest surprise for me was that the food at Parkroyal was better than ANY OTHER restaurant that we ate at during our stay?!?

Good location if you want to be near nama plaza. Everything is within walking distance. Staff pleasant. Room size and hotel good for the price. Draw backs, housekeeping overworked, room should have been cleaner and it’s hard to get room made up yet the housekeeper where ruining around. Easy trying to get everything the shower head was about a foot short and the bathroom was soaked when finished with shower, literally a flood. No backup toilet paper roll. It had a washing machine with no detergent? Everywhere I have stayed with A washing machine gave you a small packet of detergent for one/two uses. Pool area was unkept. Breakfast was rough, a lot of food was cold and old. No menu in room. It had a great closet, plenty of space and shelves for clothes. Great pillows. The AC unit in bedroom is on the loud side. Staff was friendly.

Our suite was large, spacious and clean. Reception staff and restaurant staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was excellent for westerners as well as for locals. The swimming pool is beautiful. The hotel location is close to good shopping and to skytrain.

We have stayed here before and will again.

On arrival the car park attendant helped us to park in the private car park
The reception and bell staff were always very friendly
I liked the there being several security guys hanging around the front all night watching people coming and going
Our additional requests were carried out efficiently
The maid was very friendly and did a nice job in our room every day
Importantly, it was very near the restaurants and coffee bars on Soi 8 and Sukhumvit
We will certainly stay here again when we visit this part of town

The staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is good with many selections. Our room is spacious, has balcony, kitchenette, washer/dryer, refrigerator and many awesome things. But the maid service needs improvement! The maid did not cleaned our room for 2 days since we were there! Although we turned on the light indicator for maid service before leaving the room, returning 5 hours later and the room was not cleaned. When we asked for fresh towels, she apologized for not cleaning the room. The shampoo and body wash dispensers are empty since the first day we checked in.
We informed the staff about the incident upon the check out.

Older hotel but nice big rooms. Adequate kitchen, however refrigerator is actually a mini fridge. No tray to make ice. Washer/dryer to use, nice as we needed to do laundry every other day. Gym, swimming pool and sauna.

Overall good stay. Big rooms and was told I received an upgrade which was nice.

Staff were friendly. I used the gym a couple of times and the pool looked nice too.

Only thing that was annoying was the bathtub set up. After a shower, a lot of water drips onto the floor, like up to half a litre! Explained to staff and was told that it was normal and most rooms are like that. They sent staff up to help with the issue but it seems to me that this is a known hazard and should be fixed asap. Stopped me giving 5 stars.

Overall great stay. The location is great. Close to Soi 4 which is great for nightlife, but the actual hotel is off the main street so not as busy. The accommodation itself is good. The rooms are spacious and the price is reasonable. Some of the amenities could’ve been better, eg: the bathroom tub design is poor so there’s a lot of water that splashes out onto the floor. But overall great stay.

The hotel employees were very friendly from checking in to helping with the breakfast and also helping us with a late check out. Location is great and less than 5 minutes to the local BTS which is on the main road. Everything you expect in a room cleanness comfort and very appealing to the eye.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is clean, and offers good value.

I would especially like to commend a staff member named (Mr Golf) . He was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to assist guests with sincere care and professionalism. His dedication to service truly made a positive impression. I believe the management at Park Royal should consider recognizing his efforts through a promotion or salary increase.

Location Notes:

The hotel is located near the Na Na area, which is known for its active nightlife, including adult entertainment.

If you prefer a quieter environment, this may be a consideration, as occasional noise can be heard until midnight.

However, the hotel itself is slightly removed from the busiest part of the area, providing a more peaceful setting. It’s also just a five-minute walk to the BTS station, which makes getting around the city very convenient.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

Hotel needs renovations. Told the cleaning lady to come back later to do my room never came back. Told the reception about it she hust smiled and charged for a beer I consumed. Not welcome complementary water like at any hotel but the fridge full with drinks sealed so once they are open you have to pay at hitel prices and not replace

The PARKROYAL Suites - one bedroom suite is very spacious and lots of room for your liking. It fairly modern that comes with two large TVs one in the living room and one in the bedroom.
The good thing is it has a washer/drying so you can clean all your dirty laundry. The air conditioners looks brand new and works extremely well if you like your hotel room ice cold when sleeping. The area of this hotel/apartment suite is convenient and walkable to lots of restaurants and shopping with a staff that is also very friendly and will assist all your needs. However, unfortunately the room they gave me had a musty stale, mouldy, & damp smell - to include the water coming out of the shower to only have luke warm water which would be a deal breaker for those who like hot showers or fresh pleasant smell when they enter a room.

Great location. Soi 6 is really fun and Soi 8 is a block away. Great pubs and restaurants are everywhere with Nana Square and its rowdy and wild joints a 5 minute walk.

Couple issues. First they have a strict \"no more than 2 towels in the room at a time\" i sweat a lot in thailand and shower 3 to 4 times a day. This rule left me baffled. Their towels are basic thin white towels let us have more than 2!! Also the carpet in hallway on 12th floor is coming up in ridges that can trip you. Other than that , fine place. The people aee nice and helpful
