I’ve been staying at Landmark since 2006, and remains my favorite in Bangkok! Maybe not the newest, but the staff is incredible! I highly recommend going for the club floors! What an amazing view and experience. Just an overall solid and amazing hotel that remembers you from stay to stay! The management and staff get a A++. They will go out of their way to make your stay a pleasure and they really go that extra mile to insure they are grateful you chose The Landmark! Great job to you all!

The Landmark Hotel in Bangkok (Sukhumvit Road) gives out an air of luxury and opulence with five star service from all the staff, from the check in staff, bar staff and porters and room service. The lobby is vast and welcoming, and I was also allowed to check in early following a short wait whilst they get the room ready. They offer a complimentary welcome drink in the bar next to the lobby, and the seats were very comfortable. I had chosen a corner room which was spacious with great views of the city. They had all the usual amenities in the room such as air conditioning, minibar, toiletries and even stationary and adaptable multifunction electric sockets.

They have a limousine service to and from the airport but I did not use it, as the hotel is close to the Nana Skytrain station which connects to Phaya Thai station and from there directly to the main international airport by train, total journey time about 50 minutes.

The hotel is about a 10-15 minutes walk to major shopping centres like Siam, MBK and Central World, and all tourist attractions are easily accessible by Skytrain or public transport. The Grab app is worth having on your phone as it is the Thai equivalent of Uber.

It was a memorable 6 day stay enjoying the hotel location and facilities, and five star service with a smile from all the staff. I look forward to returning.

Staff were great for the hotel internally need to makeover. A lot of of the carpets were quite grubby stain marks.etc.
The food was not of the quality I was expecting, the Room service was good, but the food was often cold

The room as always was very clean and in good order. Some of the rooms feel a little dated, but I've been staying at the Landmark now for almost 20 years and I always stay here when in Bangkok. The staff is amazing, and make you feel like they are really appreciative of you being there and they will go out of their way to make sure everything is up to your standards! Fantastic hotel and staff!

We requested a non-smoking room, but when we step in the room, smell of stale cigarette smoke is found.

Although we can change to another room, the air still fill with cigarette smell.

Besides this, other things are good and we are happy to stay in this hotel.

The Landmark Bangkok is a sister hotel of the original Landmark in London. You would expect that The Landmark Bangkok would be synonymous in characteristics to the London branch, which is one of the leading hotels in the world. The Landmark Bangkok however, failed to deliver. I was expecting a luxurious oasis but was instead greeted with a pretty average hotel. I booked a VIP Premium Club Room which was small and not spacious. There was no elegance or luxury. Breakfast was not at all appealing. Staff were pleasant, but not overly friendly like other hotels I have stayed in Thailand. I come often for work. What shocked me the most was I saw two separate gentlemen come back to the hotel with prostitutes that they picked up in the road outside. This class of hotel should not allow this. I understand that this may go on in a hostel but not a world-renowned luxury hotel. More staff and concierge need to be visible. I was never greeted or made to feel like a VIP. I had high expectations but was left disappointed. The only positive was location. The hotel is located in the heart of Sukhumvit and a short walk from Nana BTS Station with bars, shopping and restaurants on your doorstep. Very clean. There are better 5 Star hotels in Bangkok.

Great hotel, with easy access to anything. I stayed here twice on this trip. First stay was on nana plaza side… very loud till 3am so don’t pick this side unless you plan on being up…. Second stay was on the opposite side. Amazing room and nice and quiet. Staff was great, very helpful. I’d definitely stay here again

Food was excellent. They have access to a 24-hour gym and that is key for me when traveling.

Breakfast was always one of the high points of the day. Of course eggs to order, but also bacon, sausage and also asian breakfast options with noodles and various currys. The coffee is always great after breakfast as you watch the street from the ATRIUM's second floor vantage point. And finally, but never last is the staff at the ATRIUM. They are always there to bring your eggs or coffee or help with a spare fork or extra sweetener.

Room was great, on the 20th floor but overlooking nana plaza so could still hear the bass from the music at night. Not enough to stop me sleeping but was noticeable. Bottles of water were refreshed daily and all staff were very friendly .
