I really liked this place. The staff was friendly and even went out of their way to help me when I got food poisoning. The only real downside to the property was that there was no in-house laundry service. Having to lug my dirty clothes a block to get them cleaned then back again the next day was a pain in the butt. Maybe the owners should consider a contract laundry service company in the future. Other than that it was great.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great. The hotel itself, unfortunately is extremely depressing! There is NO noise insulation and with terrible noise from the adjacent street, you feel like you are sitting outside on the street. You can also hear everything from adjacent rooms. There is no ventilation in the rooms. If the air con is not on all the time, you really feel suffocated. The worst thing about this hotel is insect infestation! I found little roaches on my bed, on the walls as well as in the bathroom. You have been warned: Steer clear of this hotel!

Majestic Suites is my favorite (small) hotel in the central Nana area in Bangkok. Everything you need is just outside the hotel. The staff is very service minded, and the rooms are nice and clean. Good A/C and not too noisy. Small restaurant and bar, but really not needed because you will go out anyway.

It is a central location with access to all types of facilities. The only drawback is rooms at the back of the hotel, like mine, are exposed to the heavy bass thumping that seems to be coming from the building to the rear. Another weakness is there is no breakfast included option. The restaurant on the first floor appears to be run by a conssionaire and the hotel does not have an arrangement with them.
