The non smoking room had a terrible odor of smoke combined with urine. We brought it up to the front desk staff as soon as we checked in but they said there were no other rooms available.
Drinks from the lobby are extremely over priced. Laundry service is astronomical, $195 baht or $6 USD per shirt.
They also only give one key card per room, which is required to use the elevator, so two people in one room must always be together.
The AC would shut itself off at night and the room temperature would skyrocket.

The hotel is nice and clean. Staff was friendly. The price was good. The street outside off the property can flood when it rains, making it hard to walk anywhere. Unless you have tall boots. Besides that no complaints.

The room was dirty and moldy and smelled very, very musty. Saw some cockroaches but it was really the smell that got me. I think the linens were washed but they were stained with what I’m guessing is a red bodily fluid. Check in was confusing because there’s three hotels called Grace in the same area. The staff was friendly and attentive and it seems like house keeping does their job well the room was dirty for other reasons. Very good location too.

The only positive is the layout from photo looks great, however just imagine worst deterioration, mold in shower and walls with wall paper peeling and found insects crawling. This hotel has good layout however in need of a major remodeling badly.

Generally ok but I had read lots of reports of cockroach's and yeah they had a few in the bathroom lol but doesnt freak me out lol.
Issue I had was 4 bottles of water in the room all un-sealed!

Hotel is clean and rooms are well equipt with everything you need for your stay from hairdryer to ironing board. There is a microwave and fridge and the bathroom is really impressive with walk in shower and large bathtub. Only downside was the difficulties i encountered trying to access netflix and youtube which the hotel did rectify although it was a daily occurrence and ib the end i opted for casting my phone onto the screen. The rooftop swimming pool is also abit small and the water needed cleaning more often due to avian visiters. But overall a lovely hotel.

Nice stay with WiFi problems

In general, it was more than Excellent, it could be an Outstanding if they would solve the WiFi weakness. I mean leaving it open without passwords allowing the outsiders sharing it while guests can’t in some places inside the hotel!!!?

I recommend the following:

1-to improve the lobby: e.g., provide counter for hot drinks and coffee, juices, etc.
2- Include tourists counter

Good hotel, rude morning receptionist

Had a great experience with the porters & morning receptionists. Room was kindly upgraded free of charge. Good location close to Nana MRT. Unfortunately did not get to experience the breakfast as i had to check out at 6am.

Rating would have been much better if it was not for the rude receptionist i had to unfortunately deal with at 6am during my check out. I did not appreciate the attitude or rudeness. The experience had left an unpleasant memory of a fine hotel.

Nice hotel, but bad counter staff costumer service

Booked a double bed room with one big bed, but when I reach my room, found out that it has two bed instead. Went down to reception counter and asked for change in room as I had book for a single big bed instead.
Counter staff just replied \"Just push the two beds together\"
Me \"I had booked for one big bed, not two and push together\"
Counter staff \"currently we have no room with single big bed yet, and booking request subject to avalbility\"
Me \"I dont mind waiting for later checkin\"
Counter staff \"We duno wat time our guest be chceking out or if they will be checking out today or not\"
Me \" Dun your hotel have a system that keep tracks of your booking?\"
Counter staff \"We dun know if our guest be chceking out today, and why not u just join the beds together\"
Me \"Nvm, next time I wun book your hotel again with such customer service. If i had wanted two beds, I could had book other hotel. I chosse ur hotel partly due to they have a single big bed. and this is not a speacial request, it is what i had booked for\"

Hotel staff just wana easy solving of issue but this tis not what I had booked for in first place.

Nice hotel i should say, but ruin by their counter staff service on very first day.

Overall experience was bad. This due to the accommodation not being up to date and standard. This obviously was a good hotel when they built it however it is clear that it has not been taken care of. Rooms were dirty with ingrained dirt in the furnitures and walls. All wooden furnitures in our rooms where damaged and the other ones where stained and smelly. We were a company of 8 people with 4 different rooms and all rooms were the same. A couple of us changed rooms and it was still the same. Our reason for changing rooms were because of the dirt and cockroaches. However it was futile since the whole hotel were infested with cockroaches and we kept seeing them in all the rooms. As a solution we got a spray against cockroaches to use. No compensation was offered even after repeatedly complaining and even showing pictures. Pool area on the roof was great however staff was bad att providing towels, unfortunately no toilet in the pool area, few chairs and no trash bin available. Other than that really nice pool and good sun hours. Location of the hotel was good with available metro station 5 minutes walk, green line nana station which was much appreciated and well connected to other lines. However the street that the hotel was on was very dirty with a couple of beggars outside and a lot of shisha bars. Staff was very friendly but could not do anything or would not regarding the situation.
