We had a pleasant stay at Shama Sukhumvit Bangkok. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very large, which was a big plus. The location is excellent — right in the heart of Bangkok. If you head one way, you’re in the middle of the busy, lively part of the city, and if you go the other way, it’s a more upmarket, quieter area. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, which was very convenient.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was housekeeping, as towels were not always replaced and the mirrors weren’t cleaned properly. That said, whenever we raised anything with reception, they were happy to help, and we were out most of the day anyway. Overall, a great location and comfortable stay for the family

I came to Bangkok to have some medical treatments. Shama Sukhumvit Bangkok was the perfect place to recover. Rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils for basic cooking. Nice sitting area for family. Located in a good area of Bangkok that we like. Staff were very helpful in providing extra pillows for my comfort after my procedure, and caring towards my recovery.

This is a unique location, super quiet in the front and tourist area out the back entrance. The staff is extremely accommodating and efficient. They have an on-site tour booking agent (yes you'll get the stops at various shops) but they're not high pressure like a lot of tour stops. The pool is amazing situated overlooking the city. The location of the hotel is near lots of malls walkable , BTS or taxi. I would definitely stay here again.

A pleasant stay

The hotel is mainly occupied by arabs and families . Location is right at soi 2 and yes it’s where the go go bars are. So u will need a higher floor to stay away from the noise. Not the best if u have young kids who are not familiar with the Thai night life culture. There were women and ladyboys at loitering at the rear of the hotel. But the security was prompt at keeping them out of the property. Overall the stay was good.

No rooms available for change as well.
Cover is dirty with a red marks, blankets and pillows is dirty, fleas may from the blankets....not sure

we had reported to the hotel, but the staff asking if i got any skin sensitive....., i never have skin problems as well as my roommate

Do Not Prepay for Breakfast when booking room

Big clean and nice room. Not bad for the money. Except I prepaid for 5 mornings for 4 people for breakfast. I only used 1 of the breakfast vouchers because the food was so bad. Cold waffles. Rest was more of a Thai lunch. I complained but was not offered a refund for the money I prepaid for breakfast. I spent 1500 baht per day eating at coffee club across the street every morning even though we had free breakfast at hotel.
Pool area could use updated and area not for children. Lots of bars and late night noise. But still hotel is nice for what we needed. Separate bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and living room. Room very nice.

It was certainly a good experience for my family. The room is spacious and my kids love to run around in the room. The toilet to the master bedroom comes with a bathtub which my kids enjoy. The maintenance team was quick to respond when we highlight that the 2 in 1 washing and dryer was not working, they immediately swopped one for us using the spare in the storage room. Personally, i think they should have some routine checks on the equipment before checking in of guests. The gym is equipped with essentials like the treadmill, free weights etc. The swimming pool is small but sufficient for my family. What could be enhanced is having a clock in the living room so that we are aware of the time. There are a number of 7-11s in the vicinity if you exit from the back gate of the apartment. Much variety of food can be found.

We booked a 2-bedroom apartment and it was very spacious. Facilities were a bit old and there is absolutely nothing to play with at the Kids' Playroom. Pool was nice, breakfast good.

On our first night, our apartment facing the night clubs were extremely noisy and I had to call the service staff to switch a room for us. Fortunately hotel staff were very helpful and response. We got room changed and it was much quieter.

Hotel service was very pleasant despite the facilities were a bit old.

Good hotel but stay on the quiet side if you want

The hotel is walking distance to two BTS stops and a few mins away fr restos and mall. Nana/Soi 2 is next door though & if your room is on that side of the building, it gets very loud at night, its difficult to sleep. The room was starting to show wear and tear but very good layout with a wonderfully equipped kitchen. Staff was professional and friendly. Gym machines all functioned well. Pool was small but ok. Breakfast was not bad either.

The 1 bedroom looked fine. The toilet and floor wasn't cleaned properly as some hair were still around... But at least the bed and pillows were clean. Some stains were on the light coloured couch quite disgusting. We spent most of the time outside so we didn't care. The swimming pool water was too cold to swim. The staffs were not very helpful and friendly. They could have done better. The location was ok, walkable distance from the BTS station. Must bring your own towels, their towels are old.

Great location as right in middl of the nightlife

Had a very good fishing trip to catch the red tailed Mekong Cat Fish , similar to Robson Green in extreme fishing , I had 12 fish from 20 kilos to one over 50 kilos , weep on Robson as my big Fish was around 2 X the size of the one he had on his TV program , but as they said I knew I had muscles after fighting fish of that size , still my Thai gf I had a massage after each fish , great fun !

The hotel is very clean. Close to BTS, taxi and buses. Surrounded by lots of shop, bars beauty salons and night market. Terminal 21 is with in walking distance. Platinum fashion mall can be accedes by bus. This is is great hotel for friends couples but not families with kids because of the surrounding night life. The staff is really friendly and the room service is great. There is a really god gym and pool in the hotel.

I stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and it was lovely very spacious and clean, great for a group of friends. The back enterance took you out near to nana plaza so you could easily walk to the main nightlife. Pool was lovely on the roof but only 5 beds so could maybe do with some more. Breakfast was really good despite me reading some bad reviews. Staff were lovely and very helpful, the guy selling tours was very friendly and took us on a trip to see temples at a reasonable price. Would deffo reccomend

In fact is Shama more than a hotel. You got even more than in your own home.
A nice kitchen with even a wastub and 2 flatscreens + dvd-recorder. A beautiful swimming pool and a lot of good

The hotel staff are welcoming and very helpful. I left my mobile phone in the taxi when going to airport from the hotel. called the hotel staff to report it. They followed up until they located the driver and got the phone dropped at the airport. Unfortunately I was already on the plane. They sent me an email that the phone has been dropped at the airport lost and found. I managed to get my phone the next day when my friend was leaving from Bangkok. Thank you Shama!!! I have stayed at this hotel 3 times that I have gone to Bangkok and as always beat my expectations.

We stayed 3 nights at shama of two bedrooms. The area is very large especially the master room. The staffs are very friendly & helpful. The breakfast provided is not too rich but it is ok. We stayed at 12th floor but still noisy at night since there is bars at the back street of the apartment. The small swimming pool at the top floor which has infinity view. In conclusion, this apartment is good which we paid the reasonable price.

I was very happy with this hotel. Then room was awesome and the breakfast perfect for me as I like eggs WW toast and yogurt.
I think I had the best latte ever which was prepared by one of the waiters.

Great hotel with above and beyond customer service. Staff is very friendly and they even surprised my friend with a birthday cake all on their own accord. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've had with a cappuccino maker and a custom omelette chef. The rooms are very spacious and clean with contemporary designs. Hands down, this hotel is well worth the money and I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

I loved the Shama Hotel. The Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The location was absolutely awesome - with the metro just round the corner. The gym facilities were also great but the pool could have done with a few more sun loungers. If you want your room to be totally noise free, ask for one away from the bars. Also best to use the front entrance for kids in the evening as the hotel backs onto the red light area.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It has a great central location for various activities. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I had a one bedroom, and it was nice and spacious. I loved that it had a balcony, as most hotels in the area don't. It's also nice that since there is a full kitchen, there is a grocery store very close, in the Ploenchit Center. Overall, I enjoyed staying at the Shama Sukhumvit very much. I would certainly stay there again.

キッチンがついていて部屋も綺麗。レセプションの方も分かりやすい英語で話してくれる。
部屋には最低限の食器や栓抜き包丁などはあるがティッシュはない。
アメニティは歯ブラシとシャワーキャップ、綿棒、コーム。
シャワールームにはシャンプーとシャワージェル。
ベランダには洗濯物を干せるところがあった。
屋上のプールエリアは宿泊者ならカードキーで入れる。専用タオルが置いてあるので自分で取って勝手に楽しむスタイルだった。
最寄駅はNANA駅といわれたが、Phloen Chit駅からも同じぐらいの距離に感じた。
むしろそっちからの方がスーパー(お土産買うのに最適でクレジットカード使用可)やbootsがあって便利だったので利用していた。

離紅燈區近的類似日租套房概念

晚上樓下是著名的紅燈區，有5、6家7-11和藥局，樓下店面吃的專坑來紅燈區尋歡的外國觀光客財，但小吃一樣便宜。飯店前門出去是紅燈區，後門出去是百貨公司，走個100公名就是BTS站，其實真的很方便。

地點都算放便，酒店職員服務態度好，泳池幾靚！我們選擇2房1廳，房間寬闊，舒適整潔！亦有免費bb床提供！
美中不足就係樓下果條街雖然好多食肆，小販，好熱鬧，但是係紅燈區，品流複雜！而且晩上酒吧發出好大音樂聲，要安靜休息嘅就未必適合！

Hotel is modern in opzet en de service is uitstekend. Vanwege de ligging lijkt het mij geen geschikt hotel voor families met (jonge) kinderen maar voor stellen en single reizigers is het perfect. Kamer was netjes en groot in opzet (heb wel een upgrade gekregen bij aankomst) en het is fijn om een balkon te hebben. Het enige wat mij tegen viel was het ontbijt en roomservice. Erg beperkt en de helft van de gerechten komen uit de Indiase keuken.

シャマスクンビットは全てにおいて満足しています。

部屋が広くて清潔感もありました。アラブ系の宿泊者が多い以外は気になる所はありませんでした。nanaは目の前で築浅の広い部屋でもし有名ホテルチェーンで有れば３倍はするでしょう。

De leefruimte is prima alsook de keuken + wasmachine = top
Het ontbijt blijft pover.

40 TV Chanels en geen BVN - Wil dit zeggen dat men geen Nederlanders noch Vlamingen ontvangt ?

Dagelijks onderhoud verblijf is prima.

ナナプラザの前にあるコンドミニアムです。
女同士だとナナプラザにはいかないので、ホテルに行く道の途中で少しだけ覗けました。
ホテルの屋上にありプールからの夜景がそれなりに綺麗です。

가족여행으로 쓰기에 만족!

가족끼리 간 여행이었는데 방2개에 화장실도 2개가 있어서 편했어요~ 방도커서 쓰기도편하고 무엇보다 조용히 잘수있어서 좋았어요
다만 청결이 조금 아쉽고 아침메뉴가 많지 않았어요
직원들은 엄청 친절했어요 필요한거 얘기하니 바로바로 주셨어요~
다만 체크인할때 직원분이 영어발음이 좋지않아서 알아듣기가 조금 힘들었어요
전반적으로는 만족했어요

طاقم ترحيبي ممتاز وخاصة Nenna حيث قامت بتلبية جميع الاحتياجات الإضافية وهذه رابع مرة اسكن في نفس الفندق. غرف واسعة. الخدمات الترفيهية جيدة من مسبح، غرفة ألعاب للاطفال، غرفة للصلاة وصالة رياضية...
الفندق ممتاز من ناحية الأمان ..
الاشياء التي لا تعجبني: بوفيه الافطار ضعيف ومتكرر يوميا بنفس الأصناف... ولا يوجد خدمات نقل توك توك من الفندق للمستشفى مثل باقي الفنادق المجاورة..
