Old, tired and well worn out. Didnt realise until arrived that this is the Indian / Arab area populated with rude tourists and shops catering to their own
The location was great, but, cleaning off bed bugs in middle of the night, yeah nah not going back.

Good hotel for this price, close to trainstation and walking distance to centralworld, location was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Room was not top standard but a comfortable bed so had good sleep!

Room was hot. Aircon wasnt strong its very old Carrier system and it leaks water at night. Bed was hard so was the pillow. It desperately need renovation but location was good near traffic junction between Shell petrol station and Nana Plaza.

This is really for Budget conscious tourists, room conditions really old. However, location is good with pubs, restaurants around n 7-11 just next door, really very convenient if u don’t mind the old n worn down condition.

A decent room with WiFi near Nana Plaza

This hotel stay was fair. The location is directly on Sukhumvit Soi three straight down the street from Nana Plaza. The shower worked well. The WiFi was decent and the shower worked well.
Only downside was the cockroach saw in the bathroom, but that’s common in SE Asia.

One night stopover

1 night stopover from Manila airport. Hotel is comfortable and has a handy 7/11 open right next door. There are restaurants nearby and a bay walk. On the flip side, the room had no fridge which is a must in this humidity. Polite reception who ordered me a Grabcar back to the airport very early which got me there very fast for only 259 (I'd been ripped off the night before by a metered airport cab from the airport which I was quoted 300 from the supervisor, but a dodgy meter in the taxi topped the ride up to 800). Nothing to do with his hotel though, it was sufficient.

Excellent staff with all the convenience of public transportation all around with restaurants and other live entertainments. Just need additional non smoking rooms because I am a non smoking customer. The hotel is great.

Grimy hotel trying too hard to be upscale

This hotel was rather disappointing. For a cheaper price in a different area of Bangkok we had a much cleaner, nicer room. This one was big, but the walls were disgusting and it reeked of cigarette smoke. Located on a really busy street that never quieted down, so it was always noisy in the room.

Good location

Total stay here for 6 nights. Good location but hotel a bit dated, but cleanliness is good. Located near the intersection that leads you to Nana Plaza and other pubs also next to BTS station. Many Arab restaurants at here. Also a small street at the back that sells t-shirts and souvenirs.

Good management and staff. ONLY THE WORST THING IS THEIR AIR CONDITIONER in rooms which is not sufficient even for the month of starting of March. I am a regular client of this hotel but the A.C. problem is never solved.

Just 5min walk to BTS, 24hrs burger king and Carls jnr opp the hotel. cheap thai food behind the hotel. center of bangkok. easy to travel to anywhere by MRT/BTS. but expect traffic jam if u plan to take taxi. Great Wifi and Bed.

Stayed here many times. Good location, so it's a little expensive for the quality. Wifi o.k. shower pressure poor. Rooms are a good size. Very hard to find if walking down street or if taxi driver is unsure. Look for pink diamond sign \"G\".

Very helpful staff

We stayed for 3 nights . We were given a complimentary room upgrade on arrival . The staff were very helpful with suggestions for getting around and directions to different facilities we needed through the city.
There was a small amount of noise from the road traffic but only minimal.

Picked this hotel as it was closer to sky train and close by some shopping areas. What I didn't know was that Nana is a Red light area which is not what you want when you are out with family or as couples. Hotel is out dated. Towels were torn. Room was big though. Is a decent stay if you ate looking only to crash in the night and nothing else.

Pros: Everything Cons:Inconsistent hotwater supply

Reception staff are friendly & have good attitude. Double room price was reasonable. Location is pretty good. Hotel has on-premises night security. I was informed joiners require ID proof to be submitted. However hotel had problems with hot water. It's quite essential for an early morning bath. I am sure it would be annoying if you don't get a consistent/steady hot water supply. Apart from this hot water inconsistency everything else is good.

Very noisy

Very noisy hotel, air conditioning kept rattling on and off. Lots of noise from street below. Rooms very close together so noise from other guests quite intrusive. Room supposed to have safe but didn't. Room could do with a good deep clean e.g. fingerprints on mirror dust on bedside table. TV could do with more channels and those available should be tuned in correctly.

Clean and served its purpose for a cheap stay

Stay at their Grand Inn Suite on the top floor. Everything is ok. Good enough deal for a good location. Not for the fussy though as things are starting to wear. Still nice enough for my standands and cheap room rates when book in advanced

Hotel is running down!!

The hotel is running down and full of cigarettes' smell, my room bath towel got cockroach waste in it! I get to know from my friend that they keep their towel right next to the walking staircase wall cabinet, I even can see cockroach at the reception counter. When I told the receptionist there is cockroach on the floor, they just look at me and smile. That's all, no action taken and watch it crawl away. Oh my god.

I can hear people walking and talking outside the room, it is not as good as what you seen from the pictures.

I only can say the only good about this hotel is the location is easy access to nana bts, food and cab service.

The hotel is small and located close to Mosques and heavy traffic. As this is a small hotel, it is noisy all hours of the day and night. The hotel was conveniently located near Bumrangrad Hospital. The photo's gave a unrealistic expectation as the rooms which appeared bigger and newly refurbished online. It's amazing what photoshop can do! There weren't many options for food through out the location. The restaurants in the surrounding suburbs consisted mostly of Arabic and Indian cuisine.

Location not too bad

The location isn't too bad because its only a few minutes away from the sky train and a station, but the neighborhood itself isn't fantastic. I was fine walking around in the dusk by myself but wouldn't advise it with valuables on your person. Luckily there is a fast food mall right across the street if it gets late and you are hungry, but good luck crossing the street (as is the case anywhere in Bangkok). The woman at the front desk spoke the best English of any hotel person I met on my entire trip thus far. I was told breakfast was included but was surprised when I was handed a bill at the end. It's easy to walk by the hotel and not notice it either, so keep your eyes peeled.

Great value

Good, clean hotel in great location near Nana BTS. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was huge and, though looking a little old, had great air con and comfortable bed. Plenty of bathroom amenities, room service, great value.

I've stayed in hostels nicer than this

First I am going to say I am a 25 year old traveler and stayed at this hotel with a few other friends. We are all very easy going and not at all high maintenance. We got a room on the 2nd floor, with a dreadful \"view\" of a wall and trash. Additionally, the room did not appear very clean. They did not give us new toilet paper everyday and when we finished the current role and asked for a new one, they denied our request! They did the same with towels, and given the heat, wanting to shower twice a day with a new towel is not unreasonable.

Location was great, however that is the only good thing about the hotel. Other reviews I read were positive, so I took a chance, but was extremely disappointed. I would consider this more of an upscale hostel, however, I have stayed at many other hostels that are nicer than this.

Staff was great they made me feel very welcome and were very attentive to my needs. The breaksfast was great. The room was big and very comfortable, the only problem was no english speaking channel on the TV. They had a channel the spoke of the history of the Royal Family and the country but could not understand which was bad for me because I enjoy this kind of stuff. Anyway the holtel was very good and would stay there again.

一言で言えば、値段相応です。
設備に関しては結構古いですが、特に不便ということはありません。
ただし、アメニティグッズはありませんので、現地調達するしかありません。
スタッフの対応はとても良かったです。

場所はsoi3のスクンビットからすぐのところにあり、ナナ周辺の夜遊び向けには立地は抜群

施設が古く、お風呂のシャワーカーテンが臭いこと、エアコンがカビ臭いこと、冷蔵庫の冷えがいまいちなことという欠点があった。

スタッフの愛想は非常に良かった。

一日中、soi3を通行する車などの騒音がするが、寝れないほどではなかった。

値段が安いので、他のホテル次第ではしぶしぶリピできるレベル

タイへ格安で泊まりたいなら良いのかなって感じです。
ナナ駅に近くて周りは色々あるからアクセスや立地はベストです。特にナナプラザ行って女の子をお持ち帰りしたいなら最適かも。笑

■プラス面：立地が良い・スタッフは英語話せて親切・無料の水ボトル付き・セキュリティボックスあり・クーラーつけっぱなしにできる
■マイナス面：エレベーターが古い(というかゆっくりw)・シャワーの水圧弱い・アメニティ(歯ブラシ&髭剃り)無し・部屋は値段相応で田舎のビジネスホテルという感じ

まぁ、僕は何回かバンコク来てるので気にならなかったけど、ここが初めてのタイ旅行ならオススメはしない。宿泊費と立地でみたらコスパ良いが、もうちょっとお金出せばアソーク近辺でもっと良いホテルがたくさんあります。
でも、ナナプラザや夜遊び目的の男性には、ＪＦも取らないし、無駄にスタッフが干渉しないので、オススメのホテルですかね。だから、家族連れとカップルには良くないかも。

急遽、宿泊することになり利用しました｡

繁華街の中に有るので、駅へのアクセス等は非常に便利でした｡また、スタッフは英語対応して下さり、フランクに声かけしてくれるので、ゆったりした気持ちで利用させて頂きました。多少歓楽街ならではの賑やかさが聞こえてきますので、神経質な方は他を検討したほうが良いかもしれません。私は余り気にならないので、睡眠にも影響ありませんでした｡

初日に蟻がでましたが、ホテルの殺虫剤等の対応で最終日まで問題なく過ごせました(私は過ごせれば問題ないので気になりませんでした)。毎日のベッドメイクをお願いしてあると(札を出さない)毎回ボトルウォーター2本を補充して下さり、飲みきれずに置いてきました(あと、私は20Bのチップを置いていました｡少ないか、妥当かは…？)｡シャンプーやタオル、グラスはあります。日本のだと歯ブラシやハンガーは備え付けである感覚ですが、無いので持参のものを利用しました｡冷蔵庫はあります。

立地や価格など、急遽利用した割には、満足してます。何より、片言でほとんど英語が話せない私でも安心して宿泊させていただくことができました(1度、Google翻訳を使ったくらいです)｡

飾らないスタッフと気兼ねせずに利用できる雰囲気は、好印象でした｡

市内中心部にあって便利

今回、初めてホテル宿泊しました。
あまり調べずに予約したんですが、思ったよりも良かったです。チェックインもスムーズ。あとマネージャーらしき人が「ありがとう」と言ってくれたのも嬉しかったです。

入り口は少し分かりづらいかもですが、中にはいると清潔感があって良かった。部屋についても一通りの設備は整っていた。

３泊したのですが、初日にエアコンが壊れていたので受付に連絡したところ、
修理ができなかったようで部屋が変更になり、２日目にグレードの低い部屋に案内されました。
あまりにも狭い部屋で窓もなく、
「予約してた部屋と同じグレードの部屋はないの？」と受付に聞きましたが「無い」との返事。
仕方ないので残りの２日間をキャンセルすると伝え、支払いはexpediaで済ませていたので
expediaに電話しようとしたところで、「部屋がありました」と急に対応が変わりました。
部屋あるなら最初から案内してほしいですね。

立地、価格、設備等に不満はありませんでした。価格相応で良いと思います。
たまたまエアコンが壊れていたので、↑のような状況になっただけだと思うので、普通に価格重視の方であれば利用価値はあると思います。

スクンビットソイ３という遊ぶするにはとても便利な場所です。
そして料金がとても安かったです。
