could not get tv to work on English channels.
food menu for westerner's poor only 5 items to pick but plenty selections for other countries.
we had the Belaire suite, which did not have what was on the amenities no ash tray, small tv without channels, no mini bar no robes, shampoo and shower gel had to be put on floor in shower, no bracket had to bend down in shower to use without slipping. We have been here many times before but this last time, smoking area outside other people from hotel across the road (the grace hotel) used it

Excellent staff, they are very friendly, polite, and helpful. With a gym, pool, and massage onsite you hardly need to leave the hotel. The area is vibrant and busy with lots to do and see nearby.
Entertainment is easy to find with bars nearby and shopping is great too with easy access to Siam Paragon and other big centres as well as local markets etc.

Great location for entertainment.

Guess the hotel maybe a little dated. But service was excellent. Young guy who cleaned my room was excellent. 2 lifts so there's no waiting. Great location with soi 4,soi 7. Nana Plaza and BTS Nana within 5 mins walk. Think it's going to be my Go to hotel when im in Bangkok.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Belaire Hotel in Bangkok during the Chinese New Year 2025. The experience was a mix of highs and lows. On the positive side, the hotel room was outstanding—clean, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. Room service was efficient, and the staff were extremely friendly and eager to assist.

One notable aspect of the area was its predominantly Muslim environment, which made finding pork-based items challenging. This was especially noticeable in convenience stores like 7-Eleven, where my usual go-to pork burgers were nowhere to be found!

The major downside, however, was the hotel lobby. It had a persistent, unpleasant odor, similar to a broken sewage system, and the furniture was old and visibly dirty. Every time we returned from outside, we couldn't get to our room fast enough.

Overall, while the hotel had its shortcomings, it provided a satisfactory stay. With improvements to the lobby, it could be a much more inviting place.

Would I stay here again? Perhaps, but only if the lobby situation is addressed.

Dated hotel in a dirty neighborhood.

One of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. There is no shower door and water gets everywhere while showering. Shower head is so dated and faulty that water doesn’t fall straight. Waiting bench in front of elevator might break ay time. Photos shared.

The Belair is a very nice hotel, but it is down at the end of S5 and the pavements are very uneven and difficult to walk on and it’s a very narrow road with cars and motorbikes driving down

Staff are very friendly, breakfast was good, checking in was very considerate and checking out was a breeze. The only thing that needs improvement was the towel supply which was inconsistent coz we get only two towels instead of four in two occasions ( 4 travellers). We also requested for extra pillow which didn't happen.

Area surrounding the hotel smell of sewerage and floods easily when it rains. Location is not easily accessible by foot when it rains. Pillows were totally worn and not comfortable to sleep on. We woke up with neck and back pain throughout the 7 day stay. Front desk, Mirin was exceptionally helpful when there were issues with housekeeping. She had everything sorted for us. Overall, hotel was ok and bathroom was clean.

Through you I booked 2 rooms February 12 to 14 and I have the email confirmation from you, However The Bel Aire Bangkok showed me all their paperwork that only showed 1 room booked for those dates from you quite a problem after arrival at 1:30 am andhaving to pay extra charges that I thought were covered

Perfect place to stay with your family!I didn't expect how hot Thailand was. Since I brought my son with me I felt like he didn't really like how hot is Thailand,I am thankful that the hotel has an indoor playground. He was really happy. I also like that they have a restaurant inside. I brought my entire crew with me like we are 12 people.And 4 were Old and they didn't like how hot Thailand was!Thank goodness they have restaurant inside and wow the food was phenomenal.They have different variety of foods around the world and I was so amazed. I forgot the name of the waiter in the restaurant.He is sooo nice and accommodating. they also has a bar inside and the guy who made our drinks?Soo good. And lastly the people in the front desk. The night people in the front desk were really helpful and accommodating. Super nice staff specially Mr Sompoch (not sure the spelling) ,he is super helpful can understand english and very modest and i forgot the name of the guy that was in near at the door,he is really friendly and always helpful. they also has a van outside the hotel (I believe the Van is not associated in hotel) but hey we rode with my family and wow it was only cheap.I bring hearing how some other drivers will charge you high amount but to my surprise it was cheaper than tuk2! I will definitely coming back to this hotel.I felt safe with my entire family and convenient!

This hotel had spacious rooms, and I’d recommend to include breakfast as there were many choices.
Be mindful some floors are smoking so ensure to select non smoking.
It is a bit far from MBK and Icon Siam malls, hence in a low key area. But lots of eateries and middle eastern restaurants around. Very convenient for Muslims as food was halal.

It’s a convenient location. Walking distance to the BTS and amenities such as Foodland and 7 Eleven. The service and concierge staff are all excellent and welcoming. Very helpful to us. Had a really good stay here at this hotel, which has a really nice pool and a good breakfast. At this price-point it is the best hotel we have stayed in, in Bangkok. We had not ordered the breakfast when booking, but we purchased it when checking in for 200 baht for adults and 100 for children. We can only recommend it.
The hotel location is good, near Sukhumvit road and near the train to several malls (10 minute walk).

Hotel located almost end of soi 5, one way street with v. uneven pavements, 15 mins slow walk. Hotel good but toilet area seems to hv flawed design, basin area with sharp ends are dangerous.

The breakfast could hv improved with either ham instead of sausages all
day and at least 1 Chinese and 1 Thai and not either Chinese or Thai Food. Fruits wise, bananas shld be added and hv at least aThai Dessert.

The hotel bell boys are v. good, they even bring weighing scales to yr room, thumbs up and would certainly put up at this hotel again.

I hv stay 13D/12 nites.

The location and staff at this hotel was amazing.However the roomsare in sorry need of renovations and the beds very uncomfortable. Food was excellent .
Unfortunately whenasked when our room would be ready we where told 15 minutes many times and we waisted valuable vacation time waiting in the lobby.
The tour guide, Tom, made our stayin Bangkok very memorable. I can't thank him enough
So if you are not into a fancy room this hotel is great.

The service we received was great. Everyone was polite and helpful. Check In and Out was with ease. The room and furnitures is clearly aged but still in decent conditions. Its close to Nana BTS which is great because if you plan to travel by car/taxi you will be sitting in traffic even in the morning and very very bad from 5PM-9PM. Leave your hotel before 5PM if you travel by taxi.

Floors 1-9 is the ‘hotel’, floors >10 is ‘residence’.
I requested a 2x double bed room that was in the residence.
The residence floor and rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. Amenities and bathroom was sub-par.
Lobby and breakfast was good. Pool was good

We booked 3 rooms for our family vacation. The hotel staff were great n the room esply the toilet was well maintained n clean. Location was good as it takes only 5 mins walk to Nana Station. We even walked all the way to the art box. There are many halal food in the area and can shop til 2am.

Pictures hve nithing to do with reality. Its very old and the smelly . Bathroom is very dirty and towels not clean and dirty. The room has a bad smell and my family start having bad allergies due to the room conditions. Its not worthy the money i paid for.

Amazing stay. The best service we ever received in a hotel.
The staff is amazing. Never encountered such a level of professionalism and efficiency and friendliness.
Staff at all level has good English command level.
The restaurant is super good. The bolognese pasta is to die for. Never eat such a tasty sauce. I'd would come back just for it again.

Room is basic and served the purpose, 2 double large bed, comfy. Room is big and clean.
TV should include netflix! 😉

Swimming pool is good and clean. Happy hour on the pool is a must do.

Neighbourhood is surrounded by tons of street food barbers massage palor kebab.
A bit in the pricey side compare to other area of bkk.
Drinks and food and service inside hotel is good value for the money. But thins outside is a bit pricey. Lunch in a kebab restaurant at the entry of the street for 45€ we were 4 and took 2 mix platters and one sandwich...

The view from the room was nice.

There should be an area for smoking/terrace drinks. Not just few chairs, something more decent.

Will surely come back in the hotel again

The location was extremely convenient being very close to Nana BTS and on a street filled with great restaurants, laundry, 7/11, pharmacists, supermarket, Barber and even a McDonalds at the end of the Street

Could do with a few tweeks

Well not a good start when I sent 2 messages asking for directions and received nothing back. Check in was easy, and the room was ok. Curtains were stained but it didn't affect the trip. wifi was a pain at times as you had to keep logging in. Breakfast was ok, and you had to fill out a sheet to order your type of eggs and also bacon. The staff at the front desk were cheery as the the security/doorman. However I think the room staff need to cheer up a bit. Twice i greeted them with Sawadee Ka and was ignored. Quite unusual I must say. It states it is a 4 star Hotel, but I would rate it as a 3 star Hotel. Overall, decent place and location with plenty shops and Restaurants beside it.

Construction work around the pool area resulted in the Gym and day spa being closed also, nothing left to do at the hotel itself.
